Catering Manager Heather is wonderful! She called me after I placed my custom cake order and asked if I had any questions, or if there was anything else she could do for me. And she was more than happy to get all the balloons I requested blown up and ready for me to pick up! I will definitely use the bakery at this Publix again. Thanks for making my daughters birthday perfect. The cake was DELICIOUS!

I am probably Pulbix Supermarkets biggest fans. As a contractor partner with Pubix for the 26 years I see what goes on behind the scenes. Not just what the average customers see. Compared to many of our other retail customers, Publix is the only store I or any of my family and friends will shop in. Safety and cleanliness matter to Publix. Not just the bottom line like I have witnessed first hand at other grocery retailers!I love Publix because they always put the customers first!Patrick Gallardo.

Found everything i needed. And everyone was nice and polite specially a guy name William from Produce department he was singing and in a happy mood he made me smile. I just have to go back since two things scans the wrong price.

A really clean Publix and very helpful staff. We couldnt find something and someone went out of their way to make sure we were able to find it much less return our cart.

This publix is terrible. The employees are rude and miserable. It is on my way home from work and more convenient to stop at, but I will go the extra 7 miles to the Loxahatchee Publix on Seminole Pratt and Orange, just so I dont have to deal with miserable employees. I hate stopping here, its never a good experience.

This shopping area is an upscale strip mall. It serves mainly the Ibis development, and it has many of the most necessary shops. Liquor store, haircutter, Dunkin, nail shop, Chinese takeout, restaurants, and more, and of course a Publix supermarket where you can find pretty much everything.

Nice and clean. Shop here several times a week.

Went in on lunch to pick up 2 preordered subs. Ended up that they hadnt been made had to wait nearly 45 min bc of customers in line. When they finally were made they forgot to put it in the pick up box and i had to wait in line again. We had ordered the subs 40 min before arriving. 3 stars for politeness.

Im eating soup and pub subs until I die nothing can stop me Im chugging the chicken tortilla soup like its water and Im eating hoagies like they are french fries dont try to stop me, you cant 🧟‍♂️

Produce are horrible quality, brown rotting broccoli, mushrooms, salads. My husband (he’s vision isn’t the best anymore) bought Swiss cheese and it was completely covered in mold. Buyers be aware in meat department as well better check expiration dates! Actually you should just choose a different Publix this one is clearly not well managed when it comes to quality of the fresh items.

Clean but clueless employees. I couldnt get 2/5 things on my list. Nobody could help me get it / or knew why they didnt have the product.

I placed an online order for 2 subs and arrived at the time I requested it to be ready. When I got there at that time, not only were the subs not ready but they hadn’t even started making them. I asked if my order was ready and she gave my order slip to another employee and asked him to start making it. 20 minutes later my 2 subs were finally ready. This is ridiculous. I will never order subs from this location again.

This store is great to shop at but Im rating the pharmacy less than a 1! The pharmacist tech Jamie was extremely rude over the phone and in person! She not only rolled her eyes at me twice but was the worst person Ive had to deal with ever at a Publix! I called to make sure they had the eye drops in stock because the drive from where I was, is 40 minutes away. She told me that she didnt see they had them in stock and that she would put me on hold to go double check. She placed me on hold but then hung up for some reason. I was unable to get in contact so I just drove there. When I got there she told me in the rudest way I thought i told you we didnt have them! I then said well you told me you would look and put me on hold. I got disconnected and couldnt get back in touch with you. The previous store told me you guys had the drops in stock so I just went. I went to 5 different places that day looking for them. I told the managers what happened and they said they would handle it. When I walked back over 10 minutes later to pick up the drops I heard her talking about me saying that I was rude to her and that she wasnt at all to me! This is very unprofessional. I could hear her from two isles over!!!! She carried on and on until I finally came over and said something to her and she quickly ran to the back of the pharmacy and didnt say a word. I was very sick at this time and had just left the hospital. I dont think I deserved to be treated like this at all when I simply walked in there very pleasantly and asked a question. She was very unprofessional looking with long ghetto nails. Red hair and was not very well kept. They must hire anyone whom walks through the door!

If it wasn’t for the fact that this was the closest Publix to my house, i wouldn’t go here. Almost every time i go here there are expired foods on the shelves, they discontinue carry items within a couple weeks and no one really wants to make eye contact with customers in the Deli or Sandwich section. I will say that most of the people there are really nice and want to help customers but just not in the deli area. The store is clean, always stocked and of course good staff which makes it hard to give this a bad review. I think with a couple changes this store could be great.. just needs some work.

I’m from NYC Queens and I posted that I found this wonderful Super Market called Publix Grocery Store in West Palm Beach and they had everything from My OLD SPICE COLOGNE to Liverwurst LoL my Friends told me I must try Publix Fried Chicken and tonight I did and their Fried chicken and the Fried chicken was so damn good I almost Cried !!! The Brother behind the counter was Super Courteous and I asked for four Breasts and he told me about this Box of chicken with 2 of Everything For Like $7.50 ... The Smoked Baked Beans reminded me of The old Automat Horn and HARDART Baked beans ... only Seniors from NYC and Philly will remember those ... The Staff are really helpful and Friendly ...

In the past two weeks this store has continued to allow shoppers in without masks, in spite of the law. Those that have brought it to the attention of courtesy desk or management were met with a shrug of the shoulders

The employees are incredibly nice & helpful. From the registers to the seafood & meal prep! All over! The pub sub assemblers varies...sometimes theyre attentive, sometimes not.

I have to take a moment of my time to let everyone know what a GREAT Pharmacy that Publix has at the Ibis location. We have been shopping there and using their pharmacy for the last 7+ years and I have NEVER had the quality of customer service from any other pharmacy. I am a 55 year old woman and my husband recently lost his job along with our insurance. I take medication that I have to take daily and the cost of this medication was out of this world. The pharmacy manager saw to it that we could work something out that would make it more affordable for me so that I would have the medication I needed at a cost that was more than agreeable. I want to applaud him because there are not many places that seem to care about their customers the way that Publix Pharmacy does. The rest of the store has always been there for us and we will continue to remain loyal customers. Thank you and I highly recommend THIS Publix to any other.

Love my Publix

This Publix is a very convenient place to shop and Ive always had good experiences with the staff there. They are friendly and courteous to me when I enter the store as well even if I end up not purchasing anything because Im window shopping that day. They have amazing subs and a knowledgeable staff when it comes to ingredients in foods. This is especially important to me because I have a little lactose sensitivity.

Store needs total renovation.

I was in the check out line and asked the bag boy if he could get me s bag of Sun gems salt. He put the bag in my cart and then my groceries. The cart was full. The bag boy then tapped my cart and said, Have a good day and walked away I thought to myself, Wow, thats crazy, I guess they dont offer to help the customers anymore. When I got outside Im loading my groceries and another bag boy passes right by again not even offering to help. What a shame I heard that publix likes to hire family. I guess thats what kind of employees you get when they dont even have to work at getting the job!!

I live right behind this publix and its pretty convenient to shop there unless I encounter that one black lady with a missing tooth and super short red hair. On one occasion she was really polite the people in front of me in her line but to me she just glared, and never said a word. On a second occasion she nearly ran me over with carts instead of just letting me through the front door and today she blocked my entrance while glaring at me with the stink eye. Someone needs to train this lady on customer service or just right out fire her. She cant work there if shes gonna be holding grudges for no reason against people.

Lots of waiting at multiple stations I visited, which is odd I think for a late Saturday afternoon. On top of that the deli made a mistake on my wifes order that she placed online for pick up. 🤦‍♂️

Please grow a spine and enforce the 10 items or less line...last three times I went there...they are checking out some a-hole with a full cart in the 10 items or less line. Its bad enough your deli is slow..at least get your customers out fast enough.

Its a good place to shop... the associates are nice. The deli in particular features the best manager ever.
