The associates and managers there were friendly and were willing to help locate an item that was labeled on the shelf but was not stocked. A few minutes later an associate came from the back carrying the exact item I needed. The store was clean and well organized. And stock clerks were pleasant and helpful as well. Ill be coming back to this store again. Thank you all for a wonderful shopping experience.

One of my favorite Publixs to shop in this area. Wide aisles, helpful staff and variety!My only complaint: the small parking lot.

My shopping experience was great and my birthday cupcakes with excellent and whoever made them cupcake need to Pat yourself on the back there was delicious

The system they have to buy water in gallons is super obsolete, more than 15 minutes waiting for the empty gallons to be received.

It is well run, well stocked grocery store. Incredibly clean. Prices are higher than the discount stores, but you get what you pay for. If you pay attention, there are some very good deals.

Publix is good it’s my favorite place to go for groceries. Employees are knowledgeable:) The only suggestion I have for all Publixs is to look into making the delis larger with more employees especially sub area. The line can be long and lengthy wait time.

You find specific products that cannot be found in other supermarkets

Great they have really nice employees everything was in stock unlike other places! I was in a hurry and the customer service lady called me over not knowing I was in a hurry and ring me up which I thought was super nice the store is very clean and everybodys very helpful! This is my favorite Publix. They have items other Publix do not carry and the wait is usually short. Cashiers are quick and keep things moving and staff on the floor are helpful and courteous.

Pricey but always seems to have what other stores don when it comes to food and wines, etc. The pharmacy is good too🙏😇😏

Every time ive been coming to publix to get a sub made its always a problem no matter the time of day. Workers are rude and choose to ignore me like i havent been standing there for the past 5 minutes or more. There was a time i called while in the store to be helped while standing at deli because the workers are looking at me and just talking and doing their own thing. Its as if they dislike there job. You dont like it then quit. 07/28/2021 117pm 07/27/2021 evening and every other day prior.

I the pub sub experience is the worst. I have nothing to say about how they taste because they are delicious. But if it takes 45 minutes on average for me to get a sub, then there is a serious problem. It is not a one time thing, this happens here at this location on the regular. No one wants to help prepare the subs and the person working behind the counter is miserable. I only have a certain time to go eat sometimes and they make it real hard.

Seemed a little smaller than other stores. As always it was clean and stocked. Very limited meat selection, high prices.

I love this Publix! The STORE MANAGER went out of his way to make sure I had the desired cake for my cousin’s baby shower! It felt like I was dealing with family. I had been so stressed prior to contacting this Publix and the store manager, bakery manager, and bakers made everything easier!!!! Thank you guys! I am forever grateful!

This Publix is a great grocery n more store! Always greeted by emoloyees in the aisles and at checkout. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Happy and kind employees. Kudos to management for treating them right! It shows. Produce always looks great and beautiful meat selection too!

Poor pharmacy no orderly line. It doesnt matter there is only 2 of you, service the person who has been patiently waiting not the person who just showed up. Even if youre busy acknowledge the customer give directions. Mind you when I showed up nobody was their.

I ordered a sub online, it took them two hours to make it and when I ask the reason the told me someone called out. I’m sorry, but at any other job you would still need to work like someone didn’t call out???I don’t suggest ordering a sub online at this publix unless you want attitude and a sandwich missing condiments.

Clean Store with alot of bogos

Horrible policies starting with the pharmacy department. 1) My mother needed her $400.00 medication, and they would not let me pay for it over the phone with my card. (I am in Ohio and she is in Florida) They said the only way to pay is in the store, or using the phone app. Their app doesnt allow second parties to pay for someone elses meds. 2) I asked if I could purchase a gift card that she could use to pay for the medication, and I was told that gift cards can only be purchased inside the store. (Again, I am in Ohio and she is in Florida) 3) Also, when they refilled the prescription for only 10 days, instead of the 30 days that the prescription requires. I guess Im just used to the great service we get at Kroger in Ohio.. This would never happen at Kroger. Publix used to provide excellent customer service years ago, but they just didnt keep up with the advanced technology, and updated ways to do business. Way behind the times.

Its my neighborhood Publix I love my store although I always feel their watching me, I have a shaved head and a few tattoos but other than that pretty harmless, its funny because long time ago I was in loss prevention, so you know when the random dude comes up to scope you out and ends up looking at some random item, on the shelf 😆🤣😂.But the cashiers always sweet it was Marie a few days ago, very grandma like. I go like twice a month maybe more and my wifes there weekly never had issues with anything, food is always fresh. And love the buy one get one free save mucho 💰 💰#SteveDaWaiter #SFlife

Clean store. Helpful employees. Had all Christmas dinner items in stock on Christmas Eve. Lots of customers and quick checkout

I got in line before the chicken tenders were done cooking and had to walk around the store which wasnt an issue at all. I got back in line after the elapsed time to prepare the chicken and I had at least 10 people in front of me and there wasnt any bread left or chicken tenders. The woman working came through the entire line and took my order down with a paper and pen and then proceeded to make my order first because I was in line before everyone else. This meant alot to me because customer service employees often overlook the little things like that. She gave the best customer service experience I couldve asked for. Publix needs to endorse this type of over achieving work ethic. I have been to a ton of different publix and none of them were as impressive as this one. This management team would be arrogant and naive to not reward this behavior in some way. I wish I could leave a tip because it went a long way with me especially since everything has been so hectic lately.

I love this store! During the past few weeks, the shelves are being restocked consistently. The essential workers there are always so pleasant and helpful. It is clean and the carts are always sanitized. They all go out of their way to make your shopping a pleasant experience. Thanks to all of you who are working so hard!

ROTTEN SEAFOOD! Buyer beware. I bought rotten crab here. I waited in the customer service line for 20 minutes while people in front of me bought lottery tickets. All they did was refund my money, even after I explained how my whole dinner was ruined because the smell of rotten food in the house killed everyones appetite. Customer service did not care at all..

Very crowded, hard to find parking until later in the evening. Otherwise its a typical Publix.

I love this Publix however today the person making subs was VERY rude. I realize she was making a sub but she didnt have to be rude because i asked a question at the same time. It was a simple question. Apparently she cannot multitask and does not have a good Publix attitude we are use to so sad.

Went there looking for a specific item and they had it. Satisfied!
