The staff was trying hard but place was short staffed when I visited. There was insufficient seating, resulting in 3 couples, all elderly having to stand around. Some staff took almost 30 minutes (yes we were there longer than 30 minutes) to resolve problems of customers. Place needs more staff and better seating for waiting customers.

This store is terrific. I just bought a new phone and made 2 different appointments to get it set up. After the first appointment everything was running ok but of course new things come up as you get more into the different apps. The techs here, led by John at the front, could not have been nicer to me. They got everything working correctly and showed me how to do so many things with the phone. Being there 2 times allowed me to see other customers with their new phone problems. The techs were all very patient with them. As I said, this is a terrific Verizon store!

Representative lady literally got upset at me for looking at her & said “You don’t have to look at me like that” she was a brown/black hair look latina idk know her name cause the big big big Hispanic man with the short cut black hair wouldn’t give me her name when I asked for it . DO NOT GO TO THIS VERIZON LOCATION. 2/3 people working & 2 people in the store but apparently wait time is “30-45” mins even to find out the prices of headphones since there’s no prices on any of their items this place is a joke stay away from this place better off going to metro PCs /T-Mobile will save u a lot of stress headache and MONEY metropcs wireless for ALL 😇

We ordered a phone and went to pick it up. We discovered that it was the wrong phone in the store and we handed it back. They told us there would be a restocking fee. We did not even open up the box. Unbelievable, they later recanted their claim for the fee but would not cancel the order. The salesperson we dealt with went by the name of Paule but he was completely dishonest and disreputable. Avoid this store!!!

Today was, hands down, the worst experience i have ever had with Verizon since joining them more than 15 years ago. I understand completely that procedures have changed because of covid-19, but today was ridiculous. Keeping people waiting outside for over an hour, no updates about progress, allowing random people to enter ahead of you for no reason, and, to top it off, a security guard inside who giggled at our frustration on waiting outside. Too many competitors to be forced to deal with such terrible service. Oh, and they didnt even have what I wanted when I finally got inside. Time to make a change in phone company.

Ive been a Verizon customer for many years. Today, after visiting this store on numerous occasions, I finally met Addie. She was knowledgeable, efficient and a pure delight. She made my day. The manager and Chase (met him on another visit) were also very nice. Some of the other guys in my estimation act as though the customer is there to serve them, not a good way to keep and grow business. Thanks again Addie for a job well done.

Be VERY careful with this location. They gave us $500 credit on 2 phones we turned in so we would buy two new phones. We did it and then they cancelled the credit and kept our phones. We went to the store and they say we must call, we call and they say to to the store. Frustrating and deceptive.

Disorganized. Unprofessional and unfamiliar with thier own products.I went in there to buy a $1500 phone and walked away after the associate who assisted me was completly inaccurate and had to be corrected by another associate who apparently was not having a good day either...If your company represents value, I suggest they train the staff accordingly because they just lost a customer 🤷‍♂️

I went to this store not sure if I was going to switch from my prior phone carrier to Verizon, due to my experience I did and it was amazing. Ryan who is a PHENOMENAL representative and was the rep that met me and assisted me. He was very pleasant, he was not pushy and he took the time to ask me what it is that I was looking for and how he could help me. I was very skeptical at first and was not sure if he was going to be pushy or like your typical salesman and he was anything but that.I asked a lot of questions about the different specials that they had going on and he took his time to tell me about all of them and he explained them to me. At first my guard was up and I was hesitant because I knew that my credit score has dropped some and I wasn’t sure if I would qualify for anything good, again he was very kind, was not pushy and just said we can do a pre-qualification check which wouldn’t effect me negatively in any way and at least see if I pre-qualify for anything.I qualified for a great deal and was able to walk away with a new iPhone 11 and just paid a $49 activation fee, received a $300 credit for my trade in, a $400 rebate that I will get in 6 weeks, and a triple bundle special and received an amazon fire stick, a wireless charging pad and a 10K portable power pack, my total out of pocket cost was $150 and without choosing the bundle special my total cost would have been $49 .This may not have been a good deal for someone else but it was a GREAT deal for me. I normally don’t write reviews good or bad but the phenomenal service that I received from Ryan at the West Palm Beach Verizon store warranted a one.Not everyone will qualify for the same deals but I will say this, Ryan will help you find the best deal for you based on your qualifications. Definitely go check out the West Palm Beach Verizon store. Ryan was phenomenal and he’s your guy.

This is a very good store location, and the staff is friendly and courteous, as well as knowledgeable. You can tell many people agree with this bc it’s one of the busiest locations. During peak times there is a long wait time, but the agents are well worth the wait and provide plenty of distractions and entertainment in the store in the meantime.

Lasaun, the General Manager, helped my girlfriend and I, in such a quick and efficient manner swapping out a car changer for a wall charger. I ordered the car charger online from Verizon directly that was not the correct plug so he happily exchanged it for the correct galaxy plug! Very friendly team and all smiles in that store! Really appreciate the great friendly service from a local Verizon customer :)

Ok, I have all of you beat. My wife and I had the best experience ever today at this store. Reese was our consultant and she was FANTASTIC. No long wait, no rudeness or any of the other negative reviews. She greeted us with a smile and happily help us through our purchase. Our purchase was somewhat complicated. We have five phones coming over from Sprint. Two being upgraded were out of town, one was a simple upgrade right then and two others that she took care of. She even made sure my wifes phone was set up and she tested it to make sure. We went in thinking how complicated this was going to be and she made it as simple as she could. She even wrote us notes as to what to do next to get our phones ported over from Sprint properly. It was a GREAT experience and I would tell everybody that wants to go to Verizon to go to this store and ask for Reese. I would actually give ten stars if I could. Thanks for everything Reese. You were AWESOME!!!!!!!

Was here on the first at 10 a.m. and it wasnt working. Now Im back from traveling for work and ready to pay my bill but once again the payment kiosk is offline and no one has any advice or answers. After multiple issues with Verizon customer service, I came into the store for help. If it weren’t for Xander, one of the solutions mangers, I would no longer be a long time Verizon customer. The customer service I received here was exceptional! Xander did everything within his power to help me with my issue and I could not be more thankful. He truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! The staff at this locations is second to none. You can tell that they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. New customer to Verizon, after being stuck with sprint for to long. I have to say, I am very impressed with the service and not to mention the top notch customer service is great. I bought the s10 along with the bundle for a extra 100 got a case, screen protector and a fast wireless charger. Two days later the screen protector lifted and messed up. I walk into another Verizon here in palm beach 500 miles from the ga store and they replaced it and said thanks with a smile and handshake. F sprint. Its great to be able to use internet or data while talking on the phone.

My phone was not working for a whole week, I couldn’t access the cellular data, I didn’t have no internet connection whatsoever. I done went to the Verizon cooperate store in boynton beach in Congress, not even on specialist couldn’t resolve my problem, so I try this location at west palm beach, and the moment I camed inside the store, the GENERAL MANAGER “XANDER” greeted me with a great customer service, he was so nice and polite, he help every customer that camed in, and not only was he so nice and respectful, but he had so much PATIENT, he is the best of the best, I was at the edge by changing my service and joining another company, but XANDER, change my mood and made me happy, not one representative could even fix the solution, but Xander stayed on the line with a representative and did not get off the phone until my problem was resolved!!!! I couldn’t be anymore happy, I walked out this store happy and very satisfied just by XANDER going beyond to get my problem fix on my phone, thank you XANDER YOU ARE THE BEST !

Tonight I went into this location and Dimonique was incredible. Her level of costumer service and kindness was outstanding. She said hello to every person that walked in door and even though it was busy she made everyone feel accommodated and welcome. This was by far the best customer service I have had at any Verizon store. Dimonique was polite, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. She made sure I got what I wanted and what I needed for my new phone. I gave her a hug before I left because she was that amazing. I broke my phone and I was very concerned that I would loose photos of grandmother that were not backed up to my computer. She took her time and she made sure everything was transferred successfully. She made my day !! Brian also stood out to me . He was working the floor and helping many different customers at one time . One older lady was getting very irritated because of her own lack of knowledge and technology but Brian remained calm, cool and collected. I will be back to this store and I will no longer go to the PGA store or the Jupiter store because I was mistreated at both of those stores. Beware of the PGA store you will wait forever for anything.

Avoid this store! They are crooks! I went into this store to upgrade a device. I have 4 phones on my plan. The sales associate instructed me that if I put a protection plan on all the devices I would get a free hum device and there would not be any fees associated with it. He told me its something they include with the protection plan. I decided I would also purchase a hum so I have one for each vehicle. A few months later I review my bill and see I am being charge for both devices. One suppose to be free. I call customer service to ask why was I being charged and they told me it was never free. They never had that offer. They also said as a courtesy they would take it back. They told me to take it into the store. I took it to the store and Ellen at the store told me that I cant bring it back to their store. I told her the customer service lady told me too. She rudely told me that verizon customer service dont dictate what can be returned to the store. I cant believe a major corporation would treat customers like this. Its very upsetting because I am a loyal customer that been with them for years.

Also there is no repair center there. Bring in phone with issue, they order another one for you without seeing if your phone can be repaired.

Words cannot express my appreciation for Isaiah who helped me from start to finish during a very emotional time of life. It was BEYOND important for me to get all of my text messages synced with my new phone once my old phone completely broke. Not only did he greet me at the door with a big smile... when he asked how I was doing I broke out into tears due to a recent loss. He calmly and kindly waked me through the entire process and SAVED all of my sentimental texts, photos and videos. Verizon is very lucky to have such a wonderful person working to help people. Excellent service and couldn’t have my devices working without their help. They even found that i Was overpaying for my phone bc I use so little data and saved me around $80 a month on my plan. Can’t beat that. Not many companies will look for ways to save you money. What a great way to keep you connected to Verizon over other carriers and competition. No matter who helps me then are always truly patient and understanding. Expect to wait for service bc this place is always filled with customers, but no one will rush you once it’s your turn.

Visiting my parents in Florida and my phone got wet. Went here to ask if there was anything they could do to help me get a phone before I traveled back home. The greeter took my name immediately and informed me there were two people ahead of me. I noticed three customer service reps working with people. After waiting about 20 minutes, I see the greeter walk over to one of the reps (I should have gotten his name) and tell him that I had been waiting and my name is Lisa and please go over. He came over and told me to file a claim online, there was nothing the store could do. I expected that however, I was pissed off to find out that he was just hanging with someone in the store and not doing his job. He wasnt helping a customer! If the greeter hadnt said anything, I would have waited longer just to be told to go home and file a claim. Young man, tall, dark hair, beard. Thats all I remember so I am disappointed by his lack of customer service effort.

I went to this particular location because its near my home. I was looking for a phone and I also wanted to switch my service. When I went inside a young lady who is short and blond with her hair in a ponytail approached me, she asked me specifically what I was looking for, I explained to her I was looking to get an iPhone for my son and I was looking to switch my service. She was very aggressive and unprofessional she wanted me to get the BOGO deal which Ive never heard of an iPhone X that was not my intention to come in the store to purchase an iPhone X my intention was to come into the store to purchase an iPhone 8. She tried to make me get the BOGO phone which is a iPhone X. Ive never heard of an iPhone 8 not to mention I told her I wasnt interested twice. At this point, I told her that I did not need her assistance. She was very pushy and unprofessional.

I say that after one experience where the guy helping me was watching a TV show on his phone the whole time he was helping me, and then he tried to steal an accessory that came with me phone. I had purchased a new 4g phone online, and needed a new sim card to transfer my old number. I know this makes me a potential headache for a commissioned sales rep as Im not there to spend any money. I had to wait about ten minutes, but once I got a rep, I was all set within about five minutes. He got me the new card, showed me where the numbers that I would need on the card and the inside of my phone were before I installed it, and warned me that Verizon would try to bone me on my bill if I activated the new phone before my monthly plan reset (he was right). Didnt catch his name, but he was a tall (Im guessing) Hatian-American. I overheard another rep, a nice young lady with short hair, working with an older couple nearby, and she was very patient while going over their phones and tablet with them.

Did not help me whatsoever. If youre having phone issues save yourself time and go some where a place can fix phone issues. They are not technical support. The guy touching my phone was sick. Gross, just gross. You know its cold inside when in the middle of disgusting Florida summers theyre all wearing sweaters and hoodies in there. And while I was sitting there the manager was sitting next to me having a personal call. Store was not busy at this time but she had been walking around the store talking on Spanish. The employees were talking in a huge circle while the manager was just sitting there on a personal call sitting next to me while they were all talking bs..she got off her call and joined in. Verizon stores used to be friendly places with knowledgable staff. Verizon has gone down hill dramatically.
