Clean and organized, so it was easy to find what I was looking for. VERY helpful in the customer service department. If I need to go to a GameStop, Ill be back at this location :)

I have never left a review before but this experience was so bad that I feel it is necessary. I believe chantel, the store manager was the one who helped me or as I should say did not help me. My husband and I walked in looking to buy a switch. Not one person greeted us as we walked in. When I went up to the girl to get help it seemed as though I was an inconvenience to ask for help to know about their product and what they had left in stock. She had a horrible attitude and couldn’t care less about if I bought something or not from them. I can, with 100% confidence say I will never return to this store and thanks to the employees here I will not be shopping at a game stop again. I feel bad for the owners of that store for having such horrible employees.

This is my second Complaint files against the Store Manager, “Chantel”.This time she told me I can’t purchase a Visa Gift Card via Apple Pay because of “policy”. Although I have done this at least 3-4 times prior for Gifts in the past Year.Clearly making up Rules and can’t show me such “policy” since there is none!Will be getting to the bottom of this via Email with Corporate as I don’t feel filing a Complaint via phone is working.No way should you have someone running the store like their personal Business!

I love gamestop But there have been many changes.. Severe cutbacks Are heavy And very visible There probably wont be a gamestop in the next 10 years. Thank you for all the cherished memories from the past 10 years.

Love this store but I personally only go in for game cards. They seem to run out of my particular game card quite often, yet they seem to have every other game card ALWAYS available 🤷‍♀️ go figure... still love the people that work there - ALWAYS friendly! ALWAYS personable! ALWAYS themselves! ALWAYS the perfect combination!!! ❤

Did A online order and came to pick it up only to wait in-line for it not to be ready. Was only one person there helping a line full of people. Bad business

This is my local and preferred Game Stop. I always get excellent service. Staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. They have even offered to search for pre-owned copies of games for me in order to save me money.

Very good GameStop! Employees are very helpful when you need help finding what youre looking for, but arent annoyingly aggressive when youre just browsing. The prices on new games are average, but the used games and consoles are for sure a good deal, especially when worrying about the condition of used items. Would recommend this GameStop for sure.

I giving GameStop a 1 star due to the fact I order a game same day pick up like they requested. I order it at 218 pm and as of now 726 pm the process still hasn’t gone thru. The same day pick was a joke I waited outside for an hour and half for the store manager to tell me they called the tech support and they said they are backed up. I don’t get it shows that they took the money out of account but I can’t get the game till the store gets the process order so what’s the point saying same day pick up if it’s not going to happen just be real. This is why they are getting a 1 star cause now I don’t know when I can get my game.

They always have the cards for the pokemon events. Thats usually the only time I come here. But everytime the events are going on theyve always had the promo code cards (except the last time when you had to scan a QR code but they had the stand up cardboard cutout with the code in the store)

I walked into the store with my younger sister in tow. Im 34 shes 15.. We were both greeted and treated very well by all associates. They answered a few questions we had about some technical issues regarding Nintendo Switch gamepads. My sister can become extremely shy however the sales associate made her feel extremely comfortable and for that I was grateful. We will definitely return to this location just bc of the staff.

Has a steady atmosphere and most of the time isnt packed or at least doesnt have long wait times.

This particular store is ALWAYS SLOW... Not to mention, they never answer the phone. I shouldnt have to go out of my neighborhood just to get good customer service. I have called and complained to Corporate and I was supposed to receive a call from the District Manager and of course that never happened. Customers are the reason your doors are open. We as the consumer should be treated with respect and proper attention. No one should have to call a store over and over just to get an answer. Its not professional nor fair to the customer. The only good thing about this store is that its close to my house and the guy with the curly hair. THATS IT! !!

This particular Store is very small, It is neat and clean, and has very nice polite and helpful crew, but I highly recommend going to the Greenwood shopping center Store as it is much bigger, more variety and allot more even nicer crew.

Love this spot, the guys and girls here always help out and will always help on new game recomendations, the store manager is by far the coolest and always knows his stuff

Apart from shopping occasionally for family and friends the store as far as the products offered is pretty much standard for whats offered in the area; however, service there stinks. No matter how many employees they switch out they still have the same type of characteristics; whereas, they talk about clients that leave there store as Ive witnessed on more than one occasion, when asking direct questions about certain products it seems moreso of a bother to get the information needed; In addition, making a call to that particular location compared to another not far from there they either almost never pick up the phone or leave you on hold for 20 plus minutes as Ive just experienced today then hang up the line rather than picking it up to verify if client is still on hold. Quiet frankly this is just bad business! In addition, to writing this short notice Ive taken the liberty of contacting corporate through their email to see how this matter will be handled seeing as no matter how long it maybe before I decide to deal with this location periodically which is possibly every few months from moving officially to the area, the service is still the same and has not changed.

Sore full of liars!! I called at 3:30pm and asked what they are paying (cash) for a PS4. That was literally taken out of the box not even two months ago, so by no means was it brand new in the box, but also so scratches or marks of any kind because it sat on a tv stand for almost two months, so they told me 140. I went to the store about 45 min later and they offered me 175 store credit and $90 cash. And I said I just spoke with you and you said $140. And he had the balls to say, o we have to take $50 of for a refurbishment charge, and I asked him to explain what exactly had to be refurbished and the girl said, we we have to fix the glass part. And then we have to wipe it down, theres some dust on it. First off this is no glass piece of a ps4 and second they had the balls to tell me because it was a little dusty and they had to wipe it down that warrants a $50 fee, and if I wouldve wiped it down I would have got the $140. Then when I ask how come the $50 fee is reflected it the the store credit value. She said after thinking about it for about 45 seconds that it is and I wouldve got $245. And then I asked her it what world those numbers added up and I could tell she was up set I caught her in a lie. And I said I would never take a store credit from the because I would rather flush money down the toilet then spend At a GameStop. The first and last time I will ever visit one of these scam artist.

If I could give it zero stars I would. On game stops the website they list a set of prices for merchandise that you can trade in for store credit or cash . The prices are split into different categories rating the quality that the merchandise is in. Today I brought in an Xbox one controller that has no physical defects on it whatsoever, no rubber is chipped off of the toggles no buttons are broken no scratches or blemishes on the plastic at all. The only thing that the gentleman behind the counter noted was wrong with it what is that it was a little “dirty“. When I asked him what he meant by that he said that it would have to be brought into the back and cleaned. Which obviously prompted my next question so you mean if I just brought this home and wiped it down with a paper towel it wouldn’t be considered “dirty”? To which he answered “yes”. The only reason this is so aggravating it prompted me to write this review is that if he had not deemed it dirty a.k.a. needing to be wiped it with a paper towel the cash trade-in value would have gone from the five dollars that he offered me to the nearly $20 that it list for the like new condition on the website. So basically what this gentleman is saying is that a paper towel and the use of it to wipe down a controller is worth $10, an action that takes less than a minute to perform. Also, let us not forget that once this paper towel wipe down has been finished and I got my generously offered five dollars (if I had accepted which obviously I didn’t) they were going to resell the controller at nearly $50. So basically he was trying to find an excuse to only offer me five dollars so they could make $45 off of the controller instead of only 25 or 30. That is extremely disgustingly greedy and the gentleman behind the counter is probably the rudest GameStop employee I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. If you have the available transportation go to the game stop near Lantana and 441 they are much more pleasant and they won’t try to rip you off for your gaming merchandise that you spend your hard earned money on.

Im sorry guys, but were closing right now so you have to pick up something and.... ehm... yeah. The first thing one associate tells us (me and my girlfriend) after 10 minutes of wandering in the store. We have worked in retail for years in different positions and had never ever treated a customer like this. I hope theyre meeting their sale goals so fantastically they dont need the extra sales, cause they just lost customers today. I dont care if youre next door to home, Ill drive to Congress and forest hill, they do know how to build rapport and do not kick people from the store.Shame on you, hope your DM sees this.

I just walked in Gamestop today at 1:00 pm and nobody greeted me or asked did I need help! It was 2 people working... the guy had an orange shirt on so I assume he was the manager and the cashier stood at the register holding a conversation with a guy... I had 2 games in my hand but after I seen they were purposely ignoring me... I put the games back and walked out... and they never said a word...they definitely need better customer service! Im a Gamestop Reward member I pay my annual fee and now I have to go to Walmart to buy the games... UGH... Pissed
