I went to get information, I was looking for the best deal on the 55+ plan and on iphones discounts, before I commit to change my carrier. The agent there was friendly and explained everything to me, and gave me options on phones, including the monthly payments on some phones I liked. But I was not ready and the agent was nice still and gave me his business card, if I decide /wanted to do business with them, he didnt get upset or changed the way he was talking to me, I thank him for that. πŸ‘

The worst customer service ever On a Wednesday at 10:30 am. They only had 2 employees The manager nick is the rudest person ive ever met in my life 7 customers waiting in line for 35 minutes with no explanation 4 elderly people that were frustrated and never been helped Employees were coming in with starbucks looking at people and leaving 0 help I really was chocked I wish i could post a video of what the situation looks like im palm beach att its the worst ! We had an exceptional customer service experience when visiting the AT&T store on Okeechobee Blvd. in W. Palm Beach on Mon., Aug. 2, 2021. We stopped in to add my phone to our family plan and get a new SIM card and phone number. Andy was our customer service representative. He was laser focused and delivered really outstanding service and follow-up. I highly recommend him and he is a tremendous asset to the organization. Thank you.

I always dread having to go to the store but I had put it off too long. Ever since getting our new phones over a year ago my phone thinks I go by the name of my boyfriend. When I went in there tonight there were several workers. I didnt see a log in so I approached one of the workers and asked him if I am supposed to sign in whereupon he took my name and entered it into his tablet. Said I would be next and it shouldnt be too long. Watched two workers finish up with their customers and then pack up and leave for the night. Then saw another two finish up about the same time and then just kind of hung around their workstations after sanitizing. Neither approached me to help me. I finally went up to them and asked them if one of them can help me. The one worker then offered to help me But I felt rushed the entire time we were talking like she was in a hurry to get done with me. All I wanted to know was how to make my phone recognize me as the phone owner. After briefly looking at my phone she insisted that my boyfriend must have taken my phone and logged it into his name. This is not true as the phone has been logged into his name ever since they were given to us by AT&T. I just had not taken the time to go over there to get this corrected because it usually means hours of my time. Long story short she told me how to log him out claimed I was going to lose everything in the phone and then would have to log myself in. Told me I needed to find out what his Samsung password was not his Gmail account password. Wrong on both accounts. She also claimed that once I logged him out the screen to log myself in would appear automatically. Wrong again. I had to search for it. By the way, I did not lose any of the data, text, accounts, files, apps, or anything in my phone as she predicted and the phone now recognizes me as the owner. When I call my children it now shows my name on the caller ID not his. This salesperson was wrong on almost everything she told me and rude as hell by rushing me out the door

I have to share my experience at this store, so maybe the next person is treated better. I went in yesterday looking to upgrade my phone. I was welcome by Junior, a gentleman with 0 enthusiasm, and no clue what customer service or sales are. After asking him a couple of questions and barely getting the right answer I was told the phone I wanted they didn’t have it and I could go somewhere else. Then I decided I was going to get the one they had in stock and ended up being the one of the options I wanted, but he said he got confused with the color. This agent not only didn’t welcome me with the right attitude, but did not ask any questions to see what was our needs, did nit inform us about the cell phone. He gave me the phone and did not even help to activate it and walked away. I spent another hour there trying to solve an issue activating the cell phone (which was a mission and I ended up at apple cause they could not figure it out) and he didn’t even asked why we were still there. I could have bought a cover, charger and probably upgrade another two phones but I decided I was not going to spend a penny extra in this store. After 1 hour and 35 minutes wasted there, I had to go to apple to get help cause nobody there could help. Horrible way of conducting business. I personally won’t set foot there ever again.

These people saved my life. I was alone and stranded. No way to talk to anyone. The only way that I could send memes was by carrier pigeon. These were the dark ages..until a helpful woman at this ATT store helped me find a phone. Now I am truly alive and talking to everyone I love. I have so many memes now that I am become meme king.. Dustin and Jay at AT&T on Okeechobee blvd and I-95 were very professional, and extremely helpful. We made a mistake by originally going to an authorized retailer. I called the store here at Okeechobee and told them what happened and Dustin told me to come right in. We came to his store and they made everything right and effortlessly fixed our account. Jay was patient and kind and worked with us until everything was completed and helped us upgrade our lines. We will definitely be back here and suggest anyone needing service come here. Worst AT&T. Went in and the girl talked me into a phone. She declared that it would have to be sent to my home. I live in a high theft area and I said you mean you cant just send it here? She said no then they would be to busy. I went to AT&T then at Shoppes on Woolbright and the crew was more than helpful and sent my phone to the store and called when it got there. Wait is too long and there is no place to sit I was tod to walk around or stand in the corner. Especially difficult due to my foot injury. Dustin the manager has completely gone out of his way for my mother in law! She actually asked me to write the review because she didn’t have a google account but couldn’t stop telling me how much he helped her. Absolutely the worse customer service experience weve had in our 13 years of being AT&T customers. Both the sales guy and his supervisor Mary were rude and incapable of assisting with basic account usage. Im not sure if AT&T just hired them in the past few weeks and did not have enough time to train them accordingly but we were spending another 1k on a phone to upgrade the account and they werent able to help with basic tasks like adding a user to the account. Not sure why they are there in-store if they cant handle simple tasks. It wouldnt hurt to have a refresher course in business etiquette, there are certain words and gestures that are inappropriate when dealing with customers.

I enjoy my service with AT&T but did not enjoy my visit to the actual store. Salesman misled me on a prepaid plan I was purchasing for the purpose of trying out their service before committing and charged me an unnecessary fee. The fee I can accept but don’t mislead people on the facts of a wireless plan.Update: Had to go back to the store for a matter I couldn’t solve online. The gentleman I worked with was very professional, knowledgeable and took care of my problem right away. Don’t want to label a store poorly due to one employee. My experience with AT&T has usually been positive and this restored it.

Stopped in this morning to check out the new iPhone as i’m due an upgrade. Said hello as I entered the door and zero response from either rep (they were with customers but could have told me to sign in). Finally a manager comes out but acknowledges the people who came in after me. I told her β€œI was here for 10 minutes, thanks” as I headed towards the door. Her response? β€œI was gonna help you”. There are other options to purchase and I’m very disappointed at the lack of customer service.

This store has the worst customer service experienced salesman I have ever encountered. First of all I bought a BOGO phone and the lady selling to me added 2 extra phones. Secondly, I went 3 months, couldn’t view my bill, didn’t receive any bills through mail or email, and my plan was showing as unicef(combined bill...I.e: phone and internet); when all I have is wireless service . When I went to the store to ask for help I got the 2 extra phones removed and the extra charge but still can’t view my bill and my outstanding balance was high. In so many occasions, in one day I spoke to over 13 different people, got transferred over 13 times. Why?!? Because, they have over 100 different departments and yet not one person in that department is adequate at the job. The customer service is so poor with att reps over the phone that you hear they have something in their mouths and an agent told me that att does their job at sending out bills maybe the post office isn’t doing their job. WOW!!!!! Ok, thank you! So everybody else receives there bills and I don’t because the post office is not doing their job. 07/06/2019 @ around 4:15 I came to the store, and spoke to J. He helped to the best of his knowledge and then puts me on the phone to make more phone calls to att. Then J walks away, to talk to his coworkers as they stood around laughing and gagging on each other’s jokes. Thank you so much att for your imbecile representatives and dumpster leading customer service.
