Cellcorner is an amazing company. I bought and iPhone from eBay that was supposed to be AT&T and unlocked. Not only was it locked but it was from a Canadian carrier. I could not get anyone to help me. Cellcorner took the time to research the problem, find the carrier,and unlock the phone. The never took more than a day to reply yo my emails and they did not stop until the problem was solved. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have a phone unlocked. Worst company! If I could give no stars I would. They do not care whether you receive the product timely - I waited 14 business days only to receive an email that stated my unlock code could not be found - their solution was that I submit another order and wait another 14 days. They dont provide any status updates as to when you will receive a code other than, it is pending and dont actually answer questions with any useful information that will help solve the issue. I chose to walk away from this as why would I want to wait another 14 days for a code that may not be found from a company that doesnt know why it cant be found? This company and their customer service is a joke.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Sold me an unlock code for a device that didnt work and treats you like a criminal instead informing themselves of their own mistake. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of other sources of unlock codes on the internet.EDIT:Provided seller with a video documenting how the unlock code didnt work according to his Terms and he made more excuses. Dont fall for this scam artist.
