Excellent place to get your phone fixed for $80 which is I feel is a good price for replacing the glass on the phone. Most phones nowadays cost over $100 so why buy a new phone when you can just spend 80 and get yours fixed again. The wait wasnt so bad he said 2 hours it was under that. And I would recommend this place for opening up your phone meaning unlocking.

My phone was BROKEN not a little bit the whole display was messed up like i couldn’t even see the screen(i know irresponsible). honestly i didn’t think i could get fixed i thought i was going to have to buy a new one. but i took it in and he said it would be done the next day(they were closing). i thought it would take at least like a week(the screen was really bad) but i have my phone today and it looks new (thank god) i was so surprised when i saw it . moral of the story they made the process quick and easy so i definitely recommend.

I hesitate to write this review but I realize that they must be eliminating the bad reviews. They truly earned, specially the sales guy.They will sell you an IPhone with NO FACE RECOGNITION because they DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT. We brought it back to get our money back early the NEXT DAY the sales guy didnt want to lose his profit.They might be able to repair crack screens. However, whatever you doDO NOT buy ANY used iPhone from this sketchy place. They will tell you everything is good AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

My phone went completely black on the screen which caused me to buy a new phone. It was cracked as well.The issue was T-Mobile couldnt transfer none of my pictures, documents, and voicemails. Even though I had Google drive some of my photos didnt get to upload. My grandmother recently passed away so it was very important that I had all my pictures and voicemails of her. DeSean was extremely professional, patient, friendly and took the extra step into not only helping me get all of my documents back but he was able to retrieve my voicemails. At first the voicemails didnt transfer to the new phone so I was a little upset so thats when DeSean took that extra step. He thought of ever possible way to retrieve those voicemails and finally got them!! I brought an SD card and he showed me how to copy and move my documents into the SD card. I definitely recommend going to him. He gets the job done in a timely matter and is very informative. Also I wasnt charged over $200.He knows his stuff. I will definitely come back for my laptop to be fixed.
