We have known Rafa for years and is our go to for all our devices and repairs. He does such a great job we rarely need him lol. Just got a replacement charger for my MacBook Air. Very great price and works perfectly. We have bought used phones, iPhone cases, and iPhone batteries in the past without any issues. Highly recommend him!

I bought a used IPhone 4s here and the battery was hardly functional. When I noticed that the battery was draining unreasonably fast, I took it to the Apple store and they couldnt replace the battery, since the phone itself was also damaged, but they gave me a new phone completely. It may sound good because I got a new phone out of all this, but its not. I got lucky. Who knew Apple would be that generous? Im confident that the battery issue was a known fact by the shop owner, as you should have an extensive knowledge of technology. I even specifically asked if the battery was fine before purchasing and was told that it was. Not the right thing to do...

This is a small, owner-operated store, the business of a gentleman who quoted me a reasonable price (half that of the other, larger businesses around), and then bent over backwards to make sure the work was done properly and for the cost he quoted – even though (through no fault of his... I initially brought him a bad part) he had to do much more work than he had anticipated. Based on my (admittedly limited) experience, I think Rafael is a kind soul, committed to his customers satisfaction, and working hard to provide for his family. His is the kind of locally-owned business I think we are lucky to have, and all should support.

This shop is great place Ive ever shop in. They have great costumer services, good price and good quality electronics. I brought my phone here and I had it over 7 months no problems whatsoever compare to other stores. This the only shop Ill go to.

He’s a great guy other place charges extra money but he’s very reasonable so I took him my iMac 2008 and he upgraded it to Yosemite and might I add it’s a 2008 Mac so it’s a good job what he did and given me back my Mac within 2 hour or less great guy.

Had a problem with my sons computer and I tried these guys at Hi Teck and all I can say is Rafael is the best. They are very fair and very knowledgeable and really troubleshoot the issues and there were a few. It is great to support a small business and be treated very well as opposed to the big box places like computer geeks where you have to make an appointment to bring your computer in. I am from out of town and my computer screen went blank the night before. I got on my phone and googled computer repair places. Hi Tech came up, read the reviews and called them the next morning. I dropped the computer at 9am, by 10 they had me an estimate and was fixed by noon.....and at a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend them and would do business with them next time I am in the area
