These guys and gals always do a great job. Ive never had any issues at this location. Ive been in the store and yes sure they deal with other rude customers but other wise they try to help everyone out in a timely manner. They helped me transfer my info and the setup of my new phone was stress free. I want to thank Maritza and George for taking the time to do that. Made the experience great. Ive sent family members to come see them and they can say the same about everyone there! Thanks again!

Walked in and ordered my new iPhone 13 pro. No stores have them in stock but was walked through the process of having it ship to my house. Thank you no other store has took the time to explain the process just always advised me to do it through customer care. Didn’t want to go that route I’ve had issues before where they send me the wrong phone. Keep up the great work!!

I’m so pleased with the new staff and management. I don’t know how they do it to remain calm when dealing with rude impatient customers. All I have to say with this pandemic please be grateful these people decided to show up for work. It’s not easy being on the other side of the counter. I went by for technical issues. I was immediately helped by George. He was beyond professional and kind. Drove 1 hour because i knew i would get tbr best customer service. I greatly appreciate this location. forever a long term customer!

In this day in age when you need your phone for virtually all aspects of life, then to be told No at the door by the store manager, George, before he even gives you a chance to express what your concerns are, can be demeaning and frustrating. I was told to return to the store at a specific time to address my individualized needs by a representative of this particular location, only to be told No upon my entry into the store by the manager. Great job T-Mobile with the awesome customer service! A fall from grace isnt always pretty.

I had just purchased a new iPhone 12 Pro Max and I was having trouble transferring my info from my old phone to my new one I went in there for help and at first a gentleman stated he didn’t understand what I was talking about so finally I figured it out by myself just to run into ANOTHER problem saying TMobile locked my SIM Card so yet again I went back into the store and asked a young lady with purple hair for help. Instead of her AT LEAST trying to hear me out and troubleshoot the problem she just decided to tell me the iPhone I purchased was locked (which it was not) and never attempted to even try to help me she told me to go somewhere else SMH. Then when I went to a different TMobile store the problem was fixed in no time. The customer service there is AWFUL and it seems that nobody in the store knows ANYTHING about phones they’re just there for a paycheck I suppose

Do not I repeat do not shop at this store. If you wanna join T-Mobile or do any business don’t do it at this store. I went in to join T-Mobile and they guy who I dealt told me I was gonna be getting a good deal. That was a lie, he told me that I was able to buy one iPhone 12 and get another one for free and I talked with customer service and they said it was a lie and that they don’t have a promotion like that going on. On top of that he jacked up my bill almost $100 more than what he initially told me and put me on a plan i didn’t need. After being on the phone with customer service the fixed my bill but I promise I will never shop at this location ever again, I’m gonna go to a corporate store instead

They were having a conversation within themselves and had no type of customer services like rude and lazy they have three people and no one inside but us and still have us waiting. Bad customer service

The store staff was so friendly and helpful. Wes was amazing! I had a complicated situation getting a phone for my son in the hospital and even though they didnt have the phone I came for they sent an employee to another store to pick it up for me. I would highly recommend this T-mobile store. I also have to give a shout out to Little Smiles for making a new phone possible.

Mr Parker was very helpful and his employees were friendly met all my needs satisfied by the service provided and the employee that finished helping me set up my phone was very helpful and knowledgeable mr Mari will for sure recommend this location

I came in literally just toAsk a question and was greeted by the blonde girl, I believe she was the manager. She was super friendly right from the start, I asked about a certain iPhone promo and she immediately had another young lady (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name I think Keya?) well she double checked the promo because it isn’t what they told me online. The other young lady took so much time getting me pricing and showing me the benefits of the plans. The girl who was I believe the manager kept with her to make sure everything was what we wanted and between the 2 of them, we decided right then to bring over all 5 of our lines. These girls were so sweet and reallyHelpful! I highly suggest this location even though google maps shows them in the other complex, I’m glad we found them.

Absolutely incredible experience. My wife, myself and my children came in just to inquire about the 3rd line on us and honestly we were hesitant because of the location but boy were we surprised by the instant feeling of the cheery bright welcome! There was a young man who started speaking to us Mauricio (?) and then a young lady (Liliana- Store manager) came up when she heard complaints with our previous carrier, instead of instantly pushing anything on us she asked if she could help explain our previous bill which in turn showed us all the unexplained fees and in fact we were receiving the free phone they stated. She broke down the current iPhone promotion and the 3rd line on us. We literally walked out with our trade ins turned in and us in 2 new iPhones one practically paid off with the trade in, one with the promo and our other trade in paying off practically the price of the 3rd phone. The gentlemen was so sweet in getting all of our information transferred and everything in line for an absolutely smooth and fantastic visit to this store! We can’t wait to walk into our old carrier with our new devices and awesome TMobile hats we got! We can’t say anything but amazing things about the store manager and Mauricio!

Waiting too long

Go to another location if you want to go in store... I was told I had to stay outside and the store was empty. Just another reason to switch from tmobile; poor customer service.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Id rather sh*t in my hands and clap than return to this store!

Walked out after 45 minutes of waiting. There were literally 2 customers and 2 employees. And one of the customers left a 3 ft wide circle of skin where she had rubbed her crustacean like feet together and nobody even tried to clean it up...ugh

Very unprofessional, didnt get EarPods in my new I phone 8 box, employees were cursing and I just didn’t feel like they valued the customer.

Reps are uneducated about Tmobile procedures, and very unprofessional. While servicing you they will bluntly pick up personal calls hold an entire conversation while you are waiting. There is no check in method, they don’t have anything in stock. Managers are never present and only reached through text messages. If you plan on waiting an hour for service this is the place.
