Absolutely brilliant work! I went with my damaged I-Phone 8S. If it were a person, I would describe it as shot and only able to crawl. I left with it looking like it had a day at the spa and it was now running marathons. Lea was fantastic but there were clearly a couple of others that jumped in. When you take your phone to the carrier, it never really gets fixed because they’re not motivated, right? The carrier wants to sell you a new phone. This business FIXES phones and they don’t stop til you’re satisfied. I was quoted a reasonable price in advance and they stuck to it. Even though they had to keep making adjustments for a couple of hours. Honestly, I felt like I should have paid them double. The customer meetup is a outdoor booth right outside the food court at the outlet mall. You can walk, shop or grab something to eat while your phone is fixed. This is THE best phone repair place I have ever been to. I recommend it without reservation.

I was leaving the mall on the way to get my screen replaced when I passed by Cellular Outlets kiosk in the mall. Stopped to talk to the guy and he matched the price of the competitors. I figured for the sake of convenience, this was better than going to the other place on the other side of town. WOW, that was a bad move! They said it would take about 30 minutes, which was fine since I needed to goto Best Buy across the street. Called Cellular Outlet about 45 minute later and the guy said it would be a little while longer. So, I decided to go get lunch somewhere 15 minutes away. About and hour later, after lunch I call again. Oh were still not finished with the phone.This is already 2 hours later. At this point I decide to just go back Cellular Outlet and see whats happening for myself. When I got there I am told to wait because there is a line of customers. I get the phone back and pay. Then the clerk says Oh, was the touch ID on the home button broken before you came here? I told him it was all working fine beforehand and I want them to fix it now. He told that the Touch ID cant be fixed, they dont have the part, and wont be able to get it at least until next Monday. I told them, well thats a problem because Im going home to Europe on Monday. The guy was nice enough during this whole process, but seemingly unprepared to handle this kind of situation. I asked him just to give me at least a refund considering that the phone is now more broken more than before. Guy said he cant issue me a refund. I kept calm this whole time despite this infuriating experience, I told the guy that I also work in customer service so I understand that in these situation you really just need to give the customer a refund and let them go on their way. He couldnt supposedly, and then he took me to another guy at another kiosk (the repairman). Now Im talking to this guy! Here I am, negotiating to get my money back for a botched repair job that took 3 hours of my day! I asked to speak with their manager...but he was unavailable for religious reasons...I ended up negotiating 30$ cash and the guy wrote me a note saying if I come back I can have 30 more $ for the repair. Who knows when Id ever be back, and who knows if this place will even be there, or if anyone will honour this note (unfortunately the note has since disintegrated). Shortly after my home button completely stopped working and since that day I can rarely send text messages and have other ID related issues with my phone. I got nothing from this experience but a broken phone and 30$ less in my pocket! Insane experience!

This store is amazing and Isaiah is my hero! I was in a real bind -- the screen on my iPhone was completely cracked, to the point where I couldnt even put in the passcode to open it. With an upcoming trip planned for the next day, I really couldnt wait to get it fixed. Isaiah was kind enough to stay open in order to help me out. He did an excellent job, saved me loads of $, worked quickly, and did it all with a professional, kind, and positive attitude! You can count on Isaiah and trust this business to meet all your cell phone needs and then some!!

This place is a joke. My boyfriends phone wasnt turning on. Called this place before driving over there. He said it could be a lot of things but listed the prices of $45 for a battery change or charge port change or its $69.99 to change the screen (it was cracked). We get there and then the guy looks at the phone, says its the screen. Then says its $130. He told me he never told me it was $69 and I was making it up. Figured since we drove all the way there to go ahead and have them check it out. Come back 15 min later and its the screen apparently thats the reason but I tell him Im not paying $130 because he told me it was only $69. He refused to honor what he said then told me hell do me a favor and charge me $89.99. No !! Not happening. Told him we just want the phone back and well go somewhere else. Once we get the phone back from his tech which took him 30 min to go get, I asked him his name and he ignored me. I then went closer to him and he says he doesnt remember. FYI just look for the guy with light eyes and doesnt know any English with a thick accent. Moron.

Horrible absolutely horrible the person that day who repaired my phone was horrible he basically scammed us out of our money. He said we have a 90 day warranty for our screen so we go back another time within our warranty and we say hey can we please get this repaired because it had a crack I noticed so we went within our 90 day warranty and he called us a liar saying it never happened that he never said that and plus after we had got it fixed my phone was not working properly so please never come here

Unimpressed. Came in to get my screen fixed and Left with my rear facing camera broken. It shakes now when I try to take a picture- this I addressed before I left. I was asked what I did to my phone and I explained that I did not have that problem before he fixed my phone. They implied it was my problem and they could not fix it. I have used them before and even referred people to them. Never again.

Anyone needing to get there iPhone fix. I urge you to not get it done here. Got my iPhone 6 fixed here. They first put a screen on that had a black mark on it and once I turned my phone on. I showed the worker, he offered to change it. He then changed it to another screen, since then I have been having constant problems with my phone, that Ive never had before. The screen that they also put on is lifting. Im guessing they didnt seal it down all the way. I wish I wouldve just taken it to apple. But now I know. Ill be using my insurance to get another phone since they have ruined this one. Verizon told me that this can happen when going to one of these offsites because they dont use the same iPhone screen but instead a cheaper version. I really hope this helps others.
