Im very frustrated having to wait for Store Associates to open on time. Please hire reliable people, morning hours are crucial to people who work full time and want to quickly come in during less busy hours. The hours of the store says open it 10am... Its pass that why is it still close?

Love the shoes. The staff was so helpful. They helped me find my size even offered to see if the shoes I wanted was placed in a different area of the store. We found a pair!

Loved this store and although they made a little mistake (Afterpay option) they were kind enough to take care of it hold the boots I needed (for a trip to snowy NYC) and called me back to let me know everything was ready for me to get my boots that I needed so much. Thanks ladies I am very pleased with the service and my boots. Definitely the perfect choice for snow in Manhattan but also very pretty to continue to wear even in hot Florida ☺️

Horrible Customer service and rude. My wife was showing me two different styles she was deciding on purchasing and all is a sudden the young lady Yanks the shoes from my wifes hand and scolded us for moving the shoes. We were going to put them back and not just leave them there. I did not get her name, but she was working the cashier when we walked in. Not only did the store lost a sale. Steve Madden lost a customer. Unbelievable.

Great Customer Service!I was walking around the store and one of the sales people, Jacob, asked if I needed help. I explained that I really wanted these white boots from the website, but they only had sizes 5 or 11 available. He said if you give me the style, I can check other stores and they can ship directly to you for free. He said there was one store in NY that had them in my size and Ill be receiving them this week. I went into the store discouraged and left very happy.

When visiting the Palm Beach Outlets we always leave with a pair of shoes from Steve Madden.

Great selection! I was really impressed. On the downside the store and aisles are way too small. Its really hard to pass other customers on the same aisle especially if youre carrying other shopping bags or pushing a stroller. Saw plenty of employees standing around but no one greeted me nor did they ask if I needed any help.

Went into the store yesterday, saw a pair a boots I loved and said out loud I love these. I need to get it in my size. That same moment an employee walked by me, glanced and went to the girl next to me and asked her if she and her mom needed any help that she would be happy to help. So I stare at her to get her attention after and she glanced at me again and walked away. Some otger lady did the same thing and the 3rd employee was so busy she probably didnt notice or have time to ask. Maybe because the shoes were over $100 they thought I didnt have money for it?! I kept walking around to see if someone who ask if I needed help. Never happened so I left to Aldos and bought shoes there.

I purchased shoes from Steve Madden that were too small. I went to the outlet to exchange my shoes, they happened to have ONE pair left in my size. However, you can tell the shoes had been worn. I passed and asked for a new pair to be shipped to my home. Six days later, I received the SAME EXACT shoes in the mail, from the Palm Beach Outlet, that I DID NOT want because the shoes looked worn. Ive been shopping at Steve Madden for years. I own MANY, MANY, MANY pairs of shoes by Steve Madden, and these shoes may be my last pair!!! It is very disappointing to think that someone from that store would send me a pair of worn shoes that they literally tossed in the box. The shoes werent covered with tissue paper. The box is ripped. The shoe is literally peeling and the bottom of the shoes are dirty!!!!! Shame on the employees at the Steve Madden Outlet and the supervisor, whom I dealt with personally! I will be returning the shoes TOMORROW and contacting corporate!!! Unacceptable!!!!
