This was my first time ever entering this store or seeing 5.11 products. I saw products online and wanted to see in store for myself.From the minute I entered, Kirsten Parisen, started to help me.I explained her my clothing style and what I was looking for. She was extremely kind and patient and helpful! I was extremely satisfied!I am typically very picky with my clothing and I was blown away at the selection and beautiful inventory on display!I found a few beautiful items to start out with and I know for a fact, Ill be back again to shop very soon!

The guys and girls here are knowledgeable. They know their stuff. My visit was excellent. They know the differences between every one of the products. Local first responders are constantly here because they know its one of the best places to go for tactical wear, boots, shoes, and bags. Dont forget to pick up a patch while youre there.

Bought a LV6 tactical bag in green and I requested a store exchange for black, pick it up a week later. ONLY REASON FOR THE ONE STAR.2nd item- I purchased a pants that was extremely big and returned it. I was told that they could not exchange the item, the tags were removed but yet they were in there in the bag. Not been worn!Quality of service is extremely POOR.

I had purchased my first pair of 5.11 boots over the summer. Had great customer service and the boots turned out to be quite comfortable. I used other brands for the past 12 years and liked that I could walk into a physical store and try on boots vs ordering online. I went to the Okeechobee Blvd location in Florida. Well, after 5 months, the seam at the base of the boot where it meets the sole blew out. I had kept my receipt and box as a just in case, as I always do with boots Ive purchased. Not realizing I should have called customer care for warranty, I went back to the store, half expecting that nothing can be done. The management staff and associate staff were fantastic. They replaced my boots on the spot and were fantastic. I will call customer care in the future for an RA# but the staff blew my expectations out of the water. I will be returning for all foreseeable boot purchases.

Awesome spot to buy clothing and accessories such as belts and buckles.No jewelry or glittery things in this store.All products are quality.Staff is knowledgeable also kind,courteous and funny.I would recommend anyone to go check them out because you probably can find something you need.

Wheelchair accessible. Very knowledgeable folks inside. I had strange request and in Twenty minutes the young lady had built me a perfect rig. When she had a stopping point, she promptly turned and asked the other person there. Not many folks will do that. Very good 👍 customer service!

A great atmosphere and awesome and helpful folks that all work there who definitely like their industry. Also very much appreciate that they do classes on a near monthly basis Ive been in with two of them with regards to stop the bleed and another one from the manufacturer for tourniquets. These classes are awesome and definitely very informative for people not just in the firearms and shooting industry but for any folks who want to be able to you know help out if theres a crisis situation that arises. It really is a great store and I love to be able to have a store like it so close.

All 3 of the staff members that were working were incredibly attentive and eager to help without being overwhelming. I went in today to purchase some boots (which were out of stock in my size, unfortunately) and some work pants. I will definitely be returning to this store and purchasing here as much as possible before ordering online.

Just lie other 5.11 stores. Super friendly staff and all the 5.11 stuff. But its always super limited stuff. So unless youre going there specifically to buy some 5.11 gear you already know you want, dont expect to browse and find some other stuff.

Spent 3 hours in this store staff was beyond knowledgable, warm, and stimulating. I ended up with a full plate carrier amongst other items. Staff placed an order for a popular out of stock item for me and guaranteed me as a repeat customer. This is customer service at its best thank you to Luke, Kirsten, and Amy!

Great store. Love the selection of products. It’s understandable that they can’t carry every option for everyone’s needs but they’ve always helped me find what I need. I’ve always been impressed with the level of service from the staff in the store every time I go in. Sadly, my wallet is not always allowed to go shopping there with me! Keep it up...I’ll be back!

Very pleasant staff

It was our first visit there and I am completely happy with our experience. All their products look extremely durable and comfortable. We went in for a Pair of workbooks for the SO who is extremely picky about his footwear. Not only did we find a pair of workbooks but we also found a pair of hiking boots that will be perfect for a hiking trip we are taking at the end of the year! The staff was extremely knowledgable and friendly and let you roam the store without being followed and if you needed anything they were more than willing to help. I will definitely be recommending their services to anyone looking for comfortable work or hiking apparel! They even had these amazing workout clothes and hiking bags that I was dieing to buy. Ill be back for those next month for sure 😆

Good cloth in products are breathable but very EXPENSIVE, Where do you see sport pants for $84? Better off going to places selling guns as cargo pants are CHEAPER, more to choose from in many different items.

Me and my wife are living in Palm Beach county and we are travel lovers and we like to taste different food flavors, also we enjoy to know new places in our neighbor and far to, for that reason  in that occasion we visited 5.11 store, the best clothes and accessory to people who like policenor military style, where they have good prices, good branches and quality, the staff is very nice and helpfully, the place is clean and organized, and you can do everything by the website. I am a hugh 5.11 fan. The store experience is awesome, well designed, decorated and layed out. The store was nice, neat and clean and all products displayed well. Its nice tobhave a local shop so there no waiting on items to ship feom Cali.From the moment I walked in I was greeted and asked if i need assistance. The staff stayed in touch every couple minutes. Check-out was a breeze. While I was in the store a few customers came in who appeared to be regulars. The staff recognized them and greeted them with recognition of a repeat or regular customer. I have to give a shoutout to Amy. Really friendly and helpful. I will return. I love this location.

Really a wonderful shop! Extremely nicely decorated. The staff seemed at first a bit absent, but we will be friendly and competent advice. Huge selection of clothing (including jeans, pants, polos, T-shirts, shoes, etc.) but also the backpacks and tactical accessories is available on site. Changing rooms for trying on clothes are also available. In addition, the Black Rifle Coffee can also be bought there.Not only for Tacticool-Operators, also generally recommended. : P
