I have shopped here for years. Having a big family buying 7 pairs of shoes were made easy with the Buy on get one half off. Seems like they have changed there bogo offers due to business being slow or not enough sales. They are only going to drive away loyal customers else where. Charging more for a Shoe brand than what the actual store would charge. We went over to the Nike outlet and spent way less then what rack shoe room was charging for Mediocre shoes..

Over priced, A real BOGO is buy one get one free!!!

Ive been to thus location plenty of times ...but the service was horrible today...I walked around for 20 minutes no one greeted me or asked if I needed help...nothing compared how it was...Ill go back to online ordering...the girl cashed me out and I had to tell her to put my number in she didnt even bother to ask me smh..

A great place to shop for name brand shoes or sandals for the family. Buy one, get the second for 1/2 price. Go in and find that Nike that you didnt know you love. Explore the store and find other popular brands. Staff is always helpful.

Definitely in need of professional manager!!! I only rated 1 star because I had to givea star to write my review otherwise I would have given a zero!!! Seems like the manager there is not happy with her job! When asked to get the employee discount she said NO in a very unpleasant manner and stated that my daughter had to be present (my daughter was shopping elswhere which is why she wasnt present) to get the discount even providing herthe employee id number and store number she works at she still said no and that they dont do that at that store. She didnt even bother calling to verify the information which is what other stores usually do and have done in the past for us. When I asked her the corporate phone number she rolled her eyes and started giving me the number verbally as if she had no pen and paper to write it down for me. I then asked for her full name and asked her to write it down and she rolled her eyes again and hissed and wrote down only her first name in such a sloppy handwriting as if she didnt want me to know the correct spelling of her name. How unprofessional is that! I am a manager myself and would never treat a customer that way. Grant it we live in Ft Myers and came to visit family and came to this store because of course like I mentioned my daughter works for the company and we have always had a great experience and always get our discounts but this store is in need of corporates attention and better management! How about smiling for a chance, not once did she smile to the other customers she was definitely in an unhappy place! I hope this review gets the attention it needs from corporate and gets her act together or replace her! I will write as many reviews as I need to!!!!!!!

We used to buy shoes at Rack Room Shoes at the Costco plaza on Southern Boulevard. Until unfortunately this location was transferred to Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. We always found good deals there (buy one at the regular price, 50% off the other pair). We also saw friendly and helpful people. We then visited the new location and everything was totally different: No good deals and the people there(specially the older lady looked like we were just disturbing her. So much for Rack Room Shoes for us.

Always the best..... they always have buy one get second for half price. So I got my usual dressy and great Nike to walk and even run.

Pretty good selection. I took a star off because they didnt have enough employees there. It took me 15 minutes to check out. Although, it must be hard to staff a shoe store on a Friday day.

We love to shop here because they do have a good selection of shoes for adults. Not a good selection for kids. We like BOGO 50% off deals.

Seems little pricey comparing same shoe from another store at outlet there. Have decent deals. Decent customer service.

You can easily tell that this place sells the shoes & sneakers that are rejects or clearance items from their original stores. Not the greatest selection. They dont have the newest selection in brands. They also sell the shoes that have imperfections & maybe knockoffs. Thats why their value is so low. They do have bogo deals just like Payless does & will probably be starting to get the shoes from Payless soon to sell. Even though theyre not affiliated. I saw a pair of shoes where the box/writing looked like it did come from them. I may or may not go there again. Not sure yet. Id rather go to Shoe Carnival. Just wish there was one in that mall.

I appreciate the service offered here. I bought a pair of shoes at another rack room location in broward. I live in palm beach I came in and could not locate the receipt. They exchanged everything for me with no questions asked.
