Nice selection on boots and reasonable prices. Although I didnt buy a pair... yet. The gentleman was very helpful and willing to let me try any pair. Wish there were more waterproof in the womens section, but Ill keep looking. Good, friendly customer service!

Best place for boots been going there for years very knowledgeable staff

So Ive bought numerous pairs of boots from JC but never again I bought a pair of boots on June 5. It is July 19 and the sole fell off. There BS policy for warranty on boots is to send them back to the manufacturer for repairs. Well needless to say he wanted me to spend more money on boots while I was there. Otherwise it would be a simple exchange for boots that are obviously built poorly. Never shop here they dont care about there customers!

What a wonderful place! Sam helped my fiancé find a well fitting pair of work boots for very reasonable price. They look great and fit perfectly. We also picked up some new hats for our boys. The store was clean and well organized. They have so much to chose from! I would recommend this store to anybody 😁

Two thumbs up. They made a city slicker like me feel at home. I bought a bunch of stuff for a cowboy ball and I dealt with several of their sales people that were all well versed and knowledgeable. The prices are fair. The place has everything you could need if you want western clothes and boots.

Not quite sure why I keep stopping there for boots. The selection of high-quality boots is limited and they never seem to have my size. I have a small foot. If youre a 9 1/2 or larger youll probably have better luck than me when Boots shopping. Otherwise, their selection of western gear is pretty darn good for the area.

The caiman skin boots I got from JC are very comfortable. They fit exactly as I expected, I was not mislead by their online sizes like I am with other sites. Above all they look fantastic! I’m always getting compliments on them pretty much wherever I go. So glad I got this pairs!

Would love to give a higher rating because I really enjoyed the shopping and the ppl that helped me. I showed up with less than an hour b4 closing needing work boots. Never shop for work boots in a hurry. I had plenty of time with the help I recieved and had to decide between 2 different pair. I chose and had time to browse and buy a pair of pants as well. All was great, so I thought. I went back to the apartment we were staying and next morning I go to put on my boots. She gave me the pair I didnt choose. Now it was in the finals but I havent really been comfortable with them since Ive had them. So my advice, always check before you leave the store. Trust me youll be glad you did!! By the way, this happened about a yr ago and I still havent gotten a new pair. But it is coming. I know its probably more my fault but I did tell her which ones. But she put the pair I didnt want in the box of the ones I did pick. Thats why Im giving the 3 stars

Nice boots and good prices the only bad thing was a lady there who offer us 20% discount but when we decided buy the boot for my wife she said that she never said that .she was very rude and makes me feel like a lier .I will think twice if I want to buy a boot or something else there.

I just started work as a ranch hand up in central California so I figured I would need some new gear because I know it’s labor intensive work. The clothes I ordered certainly allow me to go a full day without worrying about ripping or tearing or dirtying stuff that I want to keep clean. Im going to have to buy new work clothes in about a year and I know where I am getting them from!

Poor return policy. Absolutely would not work with me on a factory defective pair of Levis. I will never shop there again and would not recommend them.

From Texas and needed some clothes while visiting. Thought Id be like Cavenders but its not. Its more of a redneck, racist store living in the past with a dull selection. However if you like Confederate flags and need a belt buckle this place is for you.

After losing a much loved stetson, I came in awhile back and the Gal guided me away from what i was going to buy and towards a differernt hat, at first I wasnt sure, but after a while of wear, its perfect, a much better shape for my head, another stetson yes, but product knowledge is everything .. id go back in a heartbeat....
