I have been coming to this store for over 20 years and always loved looking around. Not happy that I had to wait for an employee to escort me thru the store. Then I felt rushed because of having someone standing next to me staring. Im sure some customers like someone hovering around them but I do not like that. I ended up buying way less than I wanted to because I felt rushed and there was someone waiting for the employee to let them in while she was helping me. Not a good experience. I dont know why all of the exaggerated restrictions. Having an employee hovering over customers rushing them to buy is not going to stop Coronavirus 19. Smh

Had a great experience shopping at this store. I had been there before but a long time ago & didnt remember what they carried. I was looking for zippered tool pouches for packing small bike tools on the bike for long rides & stopped here on the off chance that theyd have something. I found that they had an interesting store policy of allowing entry only by being escorted by an employee. I wasnt sure how this would work, but it was fantastic. I had the knowledgeable assistant manager as a personal shopper. He found exactly what I wanted in a second, and since I hadnt been there in a while would have shown me everything in the store if I wanted. I bought a great tactical belt that I wouldnt have even known they had. Great place, well stocked, and easy to shop there.

I was there today the help was there no looking for someone to help you but inventory was a little low but still found what I needed inventory is low everywhere nobody wants to work Ill be back when things start flowing again.

My first time ever in an Army Navy, store. From the second you walk in, you feel like you should salute someone. Joe,(whom I thought owned the place), asked me what I needed. He found everything I was looking for, and more. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, but most of all, genuinely friendly. I drove to Ft. Lauderdale, from Boca Raton, because of the reviews, I hope my review helps a little more.Thank you Joe, and the entire staff at Army Navy Outlet. Oh, and the prices are great

Been to this place before, and it was great. But coming today was a different story. It is required that an employee walks around with you in the store, you also cant touch or browse anything. Really hope this store reconsiders this policy, because if not I wont be back.

This place used to be great, not any more. The low quality of merchandise, the complete paranoia of the staff regarding COVID-19, and the rude, argumentative sales staff make it a “strike three you’re out” for me. It’s a shame because I have been going there off and on for decades and spent a good deal of money there over the years. I will not set foot in that Chinese Army Surplus again. When customers make factual statements about the quality of the apparel sold and instead of helping them the staff calls them names it’s time to go elsewhere. We drive straight to Bass Pro and found everything we needed and on sale too. I suppose if you need paracord and can’t wait for an online order they would do in a pinch, but other than that why bother? They have even eliminated quite a bit of the camping/survival gear I used to buy there. SMH

Looking for a STERNO STOVE to keep in the house in an emergency especially hurricane season to make hot water, heat up soup, and other things using sterno. Looked all over. No one has it locally except ARMY.NAVY. Store is very impressive and so was Stephen, the salesman. They have a lot of rules in the store but what the heck, it is a family run business and they do it right. Stephen even opened each Stove at my wife’s request and no problems. It is a great store, great prices, and fair. It appears that they have everything and will get it if out of stock. Consider them for all of your outdoor needs. My wife and I were very impressed. We will go back. They deserve the business.

Everything you could want and friendly service

I was very pleased today when I went to the store. They have gone above and beyond as far as precautions to protect the consumers walking in as well as themselves.There is an area to wait for them to attend you. At that point they provided at their expense hand sanitizer and an associate walks the store with you. This is a great concept to keep the customers from grabbing things off the shelves and possibly infecting other people with Corona virus or any other issues that are out there.Its great to see a family business thriving. They have been the best in the area as far as the spectrum that they offer. I look forward to going there again soon.

Came in to the store this evening and I was very impressed about their safety precautions they are taking with us customers. With that said they are treating everyone fairly and Bianca was fantastic assisting me with my purchase. The store was very clean and tidy. As short staffed as they are during this time, I wouldn’t of wanted anyone from here getting sick. They are great people here. Just be patient.

I was treated horribly when I informed them of my allergies to the hand sanitizer I was told I have to use it or leave the store... by the owner/manager.. its really frightening to think that a store owner thinks its ok to force his customers to use chemicals that may cause them harm when he himself was not wearing a mask 😕🤔

The attentions was the worst i have ever experienced. I was not able to pick stuff, or touch anything before asking the worker. It was nonsense because she would pick it up and hand it back to me. No returns are allowed. There was a short variety of gear and the quality of many products was despicable. My experience was horrendous.

Some prices are good, some seem very high. Very good service.Another good thing, they check temperatures before they allow people in. A personal shopper is assigned to customers, so the employee touched items, not you, until the item is found and handed to you.

Theres a blockade at the front door that you have to wait til an employee gives you entry, understanding. But when no one says anything to you and they walk past you after looking at you....big turnoff!

My first visit to this store ... Talk about a bad first impression!!! Service people here are totally paranoid!!! Its already September and covid numbers are down. Maybe 2 or 3 customers in the huge store and yet they have a pink line on the floor, not letting you in and unless you know what you want, and ready to buy, they will not let you in. I said I wanted to buy a backpack and needed a tent and would like to see the selection available. They told me to be specific about the backpack or they would not allow me in and I told them I needed to see the options so I could choose what to buy. They would not let me in to look to make a choice although they just let someone else out who was taking time checking out different shoes to make their choice. I feel like she just didnt want to serve me for some personal bigoted reason. Why are there 2 customers in the store shopping around but I cant come in and look at the backpacks on the wall to pick one???? They also had tents advertised and told me they did not have tents, while I was pointing at the tent displayed. Didnt even mention if it was out of stock or when they would get more. Didnt even offer a sheet or online location to look at their inventory. First time customer and I came a long way to this Horrible, horrible, horrible service! I will NEVER come back and I suggest others to never go there!!!

This is a great spot for camping, hunting and tactical gear. The selection is well-curated and the staff is really helpful and knowledgeable.I’ve been here on two separate occasions since the mask-mandate policies began, due to COVID-19. I must say, they handle safety policies really well: I was assigned a personal shopper, I didn’t have to handle anything—super convenient and super safe.This location is a drive for me (I’m from Miami) but worth it each time; they have more stuff and a greater selection of specialized stuff than, let’s say...Bass Pro or Cabela’s.

Probably the most well-stocked store for military gear around. Covid really puts a damper on shopping bc the touchy-feely browsing is prohibited. But if you know what you want the salesperson guide will help you quickly and efficiently find some great quality stuff.

Never made it past the first few feet in the store, you cant browse without a store chaperon. It looked like they had a lot of kool things but after waiting for the one person assisting customers I left. Does have some kool things, you just have to know exactly what you want and be prepared to wait 20 minutes to go in.

We waited on a pink line per their instructions, after a 25 minute wait, a rude lady came to ask us what we wanted. We stated we were there to look around and see what we liked. She stated they did not want people looking around and because of the Corona thing. I told her when normal customers go to a store the first thing they do us look around and then they buy things. She did not care.

Received mix-matched items instead of what I ordered. When I said something to them, they offered to send replacements but said the replacements they would send had cracks in them. So I requested a refund. i sent everything back to them, they said they received everything and were processing the refund. Then never sent my money back to me.

Success! “I’ll take it, please.”I guess I interrupted and upset Bianca the manager holding three employees hostage while she was listening to herself talk.Apparently hearing and finishing her own rant was more important then a sale.Rude and dismissive I guess that’s how some people are raised.Online sales wins again.

I took my sons into this store to look for backpacks for Xmas. We looked at the backpacks, then the boyscout books and other survival gear. This was supposed to be a nice bonding trip with my kids. Well the old lady with her hat pulled down over her face came up and said to me and my sons “ This isn’t a toy store” and walked away saying something under her breath. I told my boys to come along we’re leaving and said to the lady ‘We aren’t buying anything here after that nasty comment’. She instantly came back and said “ you weren’t buying anything anyway” . Keep in mind I have two small boys with me. I went back into the store and told her she’s disrespectful. She then said ‘ kids shouldn’t be in here look at the store’. They are selling boyscout gear and army toys !!!!I’ve bought from this store in the past but will NEVER go in this store again. If I could give this place a lower ranking I would but the lowest is a 1. This whole experience made my kids feel bad, like they did something wrong which they didn’t . The woman needs a new job and if it’s her business she should sell it.I went directly from that store to Outdoor World and spent $150 on gear.

Came in to this store two weeks ago to get my daughter a pair of pants for school performance, not only did the pants need to be special ordered they told me i would receive the pants within 2-3 days.. two weeks later they call me to tell me my pants are ready after, days after the actual date i needed The pants. I advised BIANKA to please cancel the order since i no Longer needed them. She continues to give me attitude telling me she will not cancel the order and give me a refund.Poor excuse of management at this place, would’ve been better off just ordering the pants on amazon.

Used to like this place. But after last visit wont be going back. They have a sign that says All holsters 50% off get to register to be told it applies to every holster but the one i want. Then cashier tries to tell me there is no such sign. Show her sign, still didnt give the discount. Thats one way to lose a loyal customer.

For those of us that are homeless and needs a few supplies to help survive out here in the wilderness of South Florida this is a good place to pick up supplies camping equipment great service team great people working there tell him the old man of South Florida sent you.

Ordered pair of combat boots online on Sunday night July 14th, 2019 and after making the order I realized when I checked the status it said awaiting fulfillment. Waited till the end of next day (24 hrs) to see if they would ship my order or prepare my order to get it ready to be shipped but no, so Monday night I email them that let me know what’s going on?! Or let me know if my boots are out of stock. If so please refund my money so I can buy it from amazon. The day is July 18th, 2019 no email reply still saying order awaiting fulfillment. Tried calling both stores no call answer either. Lack of communication, lack of stock updating. When you buy something online that is within USA, you expect it to be at your place between 3-5 business days. Specially if it’s shipped from Florida to Arkansas. Shouldn’t even take 5 business days. Just save you some time, buy from amazon or eBay!

I usually buy my items from this store in person. I ordered something online on a Saturday receiving an email saying it was being fulfilled. With no further updates I contacted the company on Tuesday receiving no response. I canceled my items. Dont buy anything from this company online buy it at the store.

We came to this store to buy some boots, Mrs. Bianca came to us with attitude to tell us that we have to tell her the size and the exact reference of the boots we want because she needs to leave (was 6.50pm), store closed 7pm. When I asked her to be nice, she just started to argue with me, and to tell us that it was not time to try on boots, which seemed pretty rude on her part, she needs to work more on her attitude because her customer service is really bad. In the end she try to improve her attitude and help us but I do not think that we has to go through all this to have a good customer service.

Placed my order on Thursday and was told I would get it Saturday or Monday. 10/28/19 I check the tracking number provided and it showed that a label was made but not shipped. I contacted the company and spoke to a help lady at the beginning of the call who had to transfer me to a customer service rep by the name of ASHLEY. I hope the call was recorded on their end due to the fact that with her being there for 1 year, she needs more Training.There was a reason why I asked the questions I did because I was on a time crunch.Ashley was rude, cutting me off while I was talking when I was answering a question “SHE” asked. Having employees sick, or having a busy weekend has nothing to do with my package that was supposed to be shipped on Friday. Instead of making excuses, you need to make it right. I also asked about overnighting my package and was told I would have to pay something near 50$$$ USPS. What should have been said was:“I’m really sorry Mr Harris that we dropped the ball. I understand the importance of you receiving the package when quoted. What I can do for u is offer you overnight services and what we can do is cover half of the cost for you for our mistake, if that’s ok for you then we would need to take payment for the other half”This is my first time trying out this company and you guys dropped the ball and did nothing to rectify the situation. This only leads me to believe that each customer doesn’t matter to your company and that’s sad.Thank you for my first experience with this company. I love stopping here for my tactical needs. I have purchased many pairs of boots here. I also love the shirts and pants they offer. Even recently Ive purchased patches and pins from here. This is a great local stop for your security, police, or military needs.

Kind of disappointed and annoyed.I was coming from Canada, through FL to assist in the Bahamas after hurricane Dorian. Called ahead and wanted to reserve specific MREs (1300s) which are listed on the website. The guy who picked up the phone double-checked on what I wanted, said that they had a ton of boxes and I can just come down and buy. When I got there, it turned out that they never had them to begin with and I was misinformed. Fine, I am not picky and said I was looking for something equivalent. The staff directed me to brown boxes with MREs in them. I have asked if these were at least close to what I asked about on the phone and I was met with oh for sure! they are pretty much identical lo and behold, when I opened the box they contained only about 60% of the stuff (and calories) of the original MREs that I had inquired about. While I was in a serious time-crunch (hence my call ahead and triple checking that they did, indeed, have the item in stock) I had to take what they had....but I definitely will not be coming back or directing my friends here for supplies.

Awesome place, I was happy they sell my boots that I buy Timberland Pro Series. Plus I got a CRKT Knife there on sale for a good price and it cuts through anything like butter. Best knife I ever bought.

The staff is very friendly, and helpful. I believe customers who feel they are being stalked around the store by the associates are actually confusing the staffs attentiveness towards us. All they want is for us to find what were looking for. Their discounts for veterans, and law enforcement says all that needs to be said about the fine Americans running the store.

Purchased items but had to return due to size and exchanged for different items. Sales woman exchanged items and put everything in the bag. Those items also did not fit my husband and when trying to return them, the sales woman neglected to give me back the ORIGINAL receipt along with the return receipt and NOW I’m being refused a return .. except store credit, for an error an employee made.POOR customer service to a military family

First time in the store, but I have to say it was an uncomfortable experience. To the point where my wife wanted to leave. We were followed all over the store by one particular staff member. She was nice to us, but literally stood up in front of us staring at everything we looked at. Honestly, it felt as though we were being profiled. We were well dressed professionals, browsing the store, yet we were made to feel as though we were not trusted. There were other people in the store, yet no one was following them around and that makes me suspicious of their motive.Otherwise, the store was well stocked and the prices seemed competitive. Unfortunately, I probably wont be returning.

Awful place to get tactical gear, they Hve some camping supplies, a few clothes and hats and mostly boots. Not where you want to go if you need to stock up on gear.
