My girl loves this place, got everything she needs and want!!

Good customer service. They help without overwhelming. The only thing is a lot of products you would find online or in different branches are never available here.

I have been a customer of Sephora for years and this is the first time i have ever had a bad customer service experience. I recently moved to WPB and my first time visiting this sephora location. I went in to smell some perfumes as im looking for a new fragrance. After smelling some i liked i thought i would ask for samples to test the fragrance on my skin for a few days before committing to buying a full size bottle. Well, I asked one of the employees there, a guy with curly hair if it was possible for me to get samples of the fragrance and i kid you not he sucked his teeth, did an half eye roll and said well youre only allowed to get 2 samples in the nastiest tone. Umm ok, whats with the attitude? In addition, the workers are constantly on top of you, giving you no room to breathe let alone browse peacefully. This completely soured my experience and i wont be returning to this location.

A tiny store with 20% of the usual stock. Staff are not helpful and ignored me after entering. It’s not worth the trip, hold off and go to a better location elsewhere.

Spent less then 5 minutes in the store and was greeted a total of 5 times by all three employees. When I did ask a question the representative seem uninterested to help me nor bothered to go into details, but carefully watching my every step. I wanted to buy a setting spray and look around for the sales and get a sample or two, but the representative told me I can not get any samples. Ill stick to only shopping or going elsewhere next time. I gave two stars because the store was clean!

Update: I just went in recently to pick up my online order right before close. I wasnt rushed at all and the associate that helped me was so nice! Made me feel like I was talking to a longtime friend. I was unsure if the lipstick shade I had ordered online. She showed me the display and assured me it should be perfect for what Im looking for. She was right! I feel such a difference shopping here than I do at other storesI absolutely love this Sephora location. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Ive often gone into the store rather than shopping online just because I always have such a great experience here!

Shopped here at the city place location today and had an amazing experience! Everyone here was very knowledgeable and Storm took extra time to explain the Sephora line to me which I was totally unfamiliar with even though I’ve been a rouge member for years! I appreciate her taking the time to help me shop with my sisters and I ! Also now that I know the affiliation with Louis Vuitton I will be more likely to try all of the products from the Sephora line!Thank you Storm for your Time, knowledge and patience we will come back to shop again soon!!

This place gets two stars simply because all of their stuff is overpriced as far as Im concerned I am a very good shop or a shop around a lot I saw a lot of items in there for almost double what I pay somewhere else I felt it was very overpriced and I dont like shopping while being stalked we told the woman we were fine we didnt need help when we walked in the door and then she acts the second time and then she kind of tried to help us a third time against our will it was annoying ended up leaving because it was overpriced and the staff would not leave me alone to browse

I went in there yesturday and there were 2 nicest ladies that made me feel important! They were able to put an item on hold for me and when I arrived she remembered my name and had my item in my bag and I was approved for a credit card and I had to get another item and she went to get it for me too! I will definitely come here more often because sorry to say but you dont get these kind of people at other sephoras.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. One staff member showed me the sales on lipstick first before going to regular price Nars lipsticks. A very pleasant experience. I bought 1 lipstick, 2 eyeshadow palettes, an eyeliner and mascara. Very exciting!!!

Loved my experience at this sephora! Sam was helped me find exactly what I needed for my sensitive skin all the way from basic skin care to beauty products! Shopping for makeup can be so overwhelming but she was knowledgeable and saved me a ton of stress and time!

Great place! The location is great, right in with all the other shops of City Place. The prices are expected for a Sephora, so no true complaint there. The employees are the best Ive ever met, so friendly, helpful, and overall fun! Everytime I come in here, which tends to be often, everyone is so wonderful and I can always find what I want or need with ease. Seriously incredible service.

What a terrible staff! The seller was too rude, maybe HE should reconsider working for this store. I’m a regular customer and I have never been treated in such a rude manner. If I could put zero starts I would.

This the place to go. It is now my store of I need to go. Everyone is awesome! Very friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with, they all wear a smile and are willing to help. My husband went there to get my Christmas gift. We went there tonight they all greeted him then came to me and said are you Bucks wife? So nice to meet you. Compared to sephora in Pennys at the Wellington mall, in Wellington they are rude and very unhelpful. If I could give city place more than 5 stars I would give them 10 stars. Job well done ladies

Sunny is the sweetest. Great customer service skills. Their selection is limited since they are a smaller store but if they sont have what your looking for they can order it.

The workers just stared at you didnt ask if you needed help had their mask under their nose and yelled at you for having your mask under your nose when you were trying to smell perfume and argued the entire time while another patron had her mouth completely off talking to a worker but that same worker was yelling at you and they didnt sanitize anything but yelling at me for my nose out while theirs were also.

YOU CAN NOW GO TO ANY SEPHORA STORE AND ASK FOR 3 FREE SAMPLES OF FRAGRANCE OF YOUR CHOICE EVERY DAY IF NEEDED, AND I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU GET THE NEWEST VERSION ON THE MARKET.

I went in to get under eye concealer color matched. i was about to be maid of honor in an outdoor wedding in central florida. I knew i was going to be heavily photographed and wanted to look natural, but also hold up throughout the day. my consultant asked the right questions and tried a few options. we agreed on Smashbox( loyal fan for 20 yrs) and got me great refresher spray, to get me to late night

My friend, her husband and I went into the store at City Place today on our way to dinner because my friend needed some make up. I decided to check out the perfume section while waiting. Initially I was looking for something for my husband for a Father’s Day gift. Then I started looking at the female fragrances. Before long one of the representatives came into the isle, right beside me fixing something on the shelf. My husband joined us and I showed him the perfume I was interested in and the lady came back with a bottle and a rag and started “cleaning”. Out of all places in the store that needed “cleaning” she decides to clean right beside the black woman and black man in the isle. Now I know some people will be like....”not again..someone else whining about being discriminated against” but that’s because you don’t get it. I acted as if it didn’t bother me, I was pleasant to the lady and she was also pleasant but I felt awful that she felt she had to do that. I ended up buying a YSL perfume but while waiting on my friend to complete her purchase my husband mentioned how awful he also felt while she was doing that. There has got to be a better way to treat people of color when we come into stores. I get you have to protect your merchandise but we’re not all thieves or murders and to use the sins of a few to judge all of us is very unkind. Sephora, you can do better than that.

I love the selection of great perfumes and colognes...and being able to sample any/all of them is very important to me. Great customer service too; and rewards program.

The staff overall is definitely rude. Employee Stella needs to be educated about the fact that her minimum wage role is to provide a service to paying customers, and not the other way around. She really needs to watch her unpleasant and condescending attitude, as her snooty tone of voice, is pushing serious clients out of the door, without even giving her a chance to finish her obnoxious sentence...

Best Sephora I have ever been to! The girl and guy workers are super nice, so helpful, and great at advice! I have very hooded eyelids and the crew always helps me at picking the perfect shadow shades and what primers would help me. Love love love!

This Sephora is incredible. The staff members are warm and welcoming, they greet you on the way in and acknowledge you as you leave. I got the 45 minute makeover for my graduation pictures and it is one of the best makeup exercise I have ever had!

Manager came to help me I have a return that I purshase only and she want to give me a merchandise car because I’m my receipt didn’t said how I paid . Hell no girl why if a pay thru my card I have to get a merchandise card no I return online and after I did the return to put my money back it will take 4 to 8 week . But to take my money it take you less than 5 minutes . No more Sephora for me . Thanks .

Awesome experience

I took my wife to this location for her bi weekly makeup trip, we had been to this location several times since moving here. The employees were generally helpful but not great, however she knows what she needs so she doesnt need much. Went in Tuesday during the day, we mostly go in the evening. The staff was pathetic. They had two registers open, each one had customers when we went to the counter. waited five minutes as the line began to pile up. When the cashier finally finished ringing up the person in front of us, she turned and walked away without a word with us standing there. We waited another couple minutes for her to return, she did not. Another girl came and opened the register across from us and asked the cashier who was next and was told the person in her line was next, with us still standing waiting at the register next to us. The woman the motioned over even looked at us apologetically, horrible service. Dropped the stuff on the counter and walked out. Couldnt decide if it was because we were dressed down, because my wife is Indian, or because of basic ignorance. Anyways, drove to the Garden Mall location and everyone was awesome there. Just goes to show how a business can be great but the staff can seriously damage a particular location.

I popped in for a gift, as usual I ended up buying a little something for myself. I was lucky to have been assisted by Brian Paul. BP was patient, helpful, and suggested some of his favorite things. Thank you BP, I will be back for your product knowledge and fabulous customer service.

They have a more extensive array of all the skin lotions particularly SPF50 with moisturizer. The staff know exactly where the items are and they are fast, however, a bit pricey for me.

Everyone was so helpful and nice, specially Brian, he looked all around to find the perfect shade of gloss I was looking for and Jennifer at checkout was lovely

I specifically went there to buy all new makeup. I had actually budgeted $500 towards sephora. I needed help purchasing products that fit my needs. Not only was staff rude but I felt as though I was being profiled. It was a little upsetting since Im half black/white and I have problems finding foundation that fits my unique complexion. I asked a young lady for help and she just gave me short one word responses and acted as if I was bothering her but when a few white women walked in she was super helpful towards them. It was a disappointing experience especially since I took time out for myself and made this a priority which I never do.

This location does not carry Lancôme. Also, upon one of my visits to this location, I dealt with a very rude employee. I was searching for a specific shade of YSL concealer. When I could not find it, and was unable to enlist any help, I opened the bottom drawer where I know they keep extra product. I found my shade and as I was about to close the drawer, the employee walked up and slammed the drawer shut with her foot as I was still kneeling down in front of it. She then gave me a very nasty look and walked away. When I called the store and spoke with a manager about the issue, she was VERY kind and apologetic, helped me to figure out which employee it was and promised to speak with her about the incident. I wish I knew the managers name, she deserves 5 stars.

Pleasant experience!!!! I learned so much about my skin from Nikki, she took her time to make sure I was purchasing the proper skin care products to meet my needs. Zoa was very patient helping me to pick the perfect Dior foundation for me. I felt like a million dollars walking out the door. I will come back to this location from now on, just because of the amazing customer service alone! Thank you sephora for having good taste in picking the best of the best for your employees!

Wow I didnt expect to read other reviewers who also felt discriminated against. I used to come to this location often before my pregnancy, I was a VIB Rouge, and my experience was ok, I was treated way better in VA and other states, but it was fine, but then I visited the day before yesterday, the staff are very very rude, a Daniella was the rudest!!. I didnt expect this type of treatment from a sephora.. maybe the manager of this location is discriminatory thats why the staff feel the right to be the same way..

Felt racially discriminated against by a salesgirl named Valerie. Sephora workers in general are already snobby and condescending, but its worse here because of the upscale location.I would really advise against getting shade matched here, especially POC. Always sample before you buy because the store lighting is absolute trash, but this is common at all Sephoras.
