Great customer service they are very knowledgeable about their products. Organized and very neat and clean store. Drove over an hour to visit the store and bathroom wasnt working, but no biggie things happen. I would love to see more wig colors, Overall great place to shop.

Outstanding. Owner is very kind and nice. He has a wide variety of products and reasonable prices. My two sisters and I are elderly women and like to take our time while shopping. It is greatly appreciated that we are not rushed and treated respectfully for over 10 years.

The advertised opening time for Monday-Saturday is 8:30. Not true. Not sure what time they really open.

I shop for hair very often as i like to change my hair style every two weeks. Vera 2 beauty has every hair you can think of from high end Virgin hair, both wigs and bundles super awesome grades to cheap quick weaves and ponytails. I have natural hair and they provide the best products from shampoo to treatments with prices that simple can’t be beat. And lastly how can I forget the excellent service whenever I go either day or night there is alwaaaaays someone available to help me and they are so nice and professional. Overall a great experience with the individuals and their products.

This is my preferred store for my hair needs. If you’re a natural, they have all the options at a good price — from Shea Moisture to As I Am, the brand. The workers are friendly & helpful, unlike some other places I’ve been to.

One of the best hairs stores in west palm beach, has a great variety of products and goods. I always come here to get what ever I need from soaps and creams to hair supplies. Great customer services and warm smiles. I always recommend coming here.

The manager there is the worst. The store at food town and this one is the same except this store charges more for the exact same product and there manager is a total jerk . The associate that was helping me tried to call the store at food town to verify an item price and the man literally got so upset and told me to “get the hell out of here”. Simply because I asked how is it that the manager at the store by food town just told me to come to this store and just have the associate call to variety the price and now your saying you can’t do that when it’s the same store.

This beauty supply store has all the barber equipment i need to acquire, i go to both store locations that they have and i gotta say they always give good service, nice people.

I wanted to exchange a boxed unopened relaxer. I was able to show proof of purchase, and they would still not accept it because it was not in paper receipt form. Even after asking to see my proof of purchase like he was going to be of assistance he did not want to exchange. He was very unfriendly. Thats a way of losing more business over 5 dollars. Nice selection of hair products but a lot of the hair there is low quality. Prices are better than Elegant for sure. Customer service could be better.
