Awful customer service never will I come back here!!!! They don’t know how to put wigs on and when I called to complain I was told “well u already paid and got the wig put on” so I just have to eat it. Never dealt with this kind of service ever!!!

If you like a store with ZERO customer attention this is the place for you. Over 30 minutes with my wife in a wheelchair looking for a wig and left still waiting for someone to say hello or can I help you GOOD BY!!!!

I absolutely hate the customer service here. There is a associate here from the islands who is always especially rude. Can never catch her in a good mood. Don’t know her name but she has a thick Jamaican accent. No one ever speaks to you when you come in or asks if you need assistance. Then when you go to ask for help they act like you’re inconveniencing them. Weak supplies anyway. There are shops in west Palm that are much better. Wider selection of good products and better customer care.

This location is one I visit often they usually are very fast and friendly so Im always satisfied love the fries with NO SALT YUM

Shopped here when it was first open now Under New Management barely can find the hair I like have to go to another store 3 miles away from my home employees are very nice very attentive and always helps me out

Get my hair done, the young lady is very helpful and professional.

Never again. If you don’t like your job find another one it’s that simple. Hard working people aren’t going to want to spend their money with you when you 1. Don’t greet 2. Give them attitude for NO reason. Please teach your employees proper customer service etiquette it’s not “that’s it” it’s may I get you anything else.

Won’t go back to make another purchase. Selection is lackluster and I was being watched the entire time as if they were waiting on me to steal something. The older black woman with glasses watches me. She stared me down as if she was planning to look into my soul. Very uncomfortable.

Went in and got just what I needed. Easy to find the product i was looking for. It was very clean as a matter of fact the staff was cleaning when I entered the store. The aisles are spacious. Youre not Cramped you have a lot of variety of products. Prices are pretty moderate to.

I use to live in Florida moved to ATL but I come every month to buy my hair at this store because let’s face they have good weave. This pass Sunday I went to make purchases I buy a lot of products to keep in my home so I don’t have to keep coming. From the moment I get in there the cashier a tall light skin Jamaican lady her attitude was so disgusting my sister and my bestfriend we were so confused so I told her the hair I wanted even bought the mannequin to her only to get my hair done wet the hair it’s not the wet and wavy hair I asked for imagine spending almost $200 dollars on a hair and it’s not what you wanted? I’ve never had that problem with anyone else especially NOT with Milca she make us feel welcome and take her time to help us. I kept calling to speak to the store manager he wasn’t there finally someone took my contact info to give to him till this day he haven’t called me. I didn’t go begging in total I spend $358 that day my weave including other supplies and I’m very disgusted moving forward I’m going to find a store that has good hair In ATL these ppl are horrible

Make sure you’re 100% sure you want what you buy they will not return or exchange any hair or wigs even if not worn, you still have packaging and receipt, even if it the day after you bought it. One lady appeared to be spying on me. I asked for help, I waited then she told me to ask another lady, I asked she did the bare minimum appeared in a rush. Didn’t have what was on display.

Lazy and unprofessional! They really need to improve upon their customer service skills! I ended up puting down my products and walking out! Couldnt even get the so called manager to help! Blind leading the Blind. Seems like the staff is simply there to sit on the clock and collect a paycheck they could care less about helping customers. (SMH Stay Away)
