Amazing store. Such a wide variety of nail polish and gels and they are so helpful when it comes to finding a color or suggesting one. Such a lovely staff, They go above and beyond for their customersI usually go to one in Fort Lauderdale but this one is conveniently close to me so I will be coming here from now on

My husband and I went to this store today and this will be my 6th time going to this store to get my school supplies. They never have any prices on anything so I asked the cashier how much was the nobility gel polishes he tells me $7.00. Ok that was good considering they are a great brand of polish. I picked about 4 boxes up. The other cashier with the glasses tells a lady that is speaking his language to him that the price for the polish is $5.00. So I looked towards him and asked what are the actual prices of the nobility gel polish brand? He looks away and walks away from me. My husband saw the whole incident happen. So he gets upset and asked the employee there or the owner how much it was and he ignores my husband as well. So the one cashier looks at the guy with the glasses ( He wouldnt tell me his name but hes been there for a long time) and says why are you telling people different prices your selling to certain people for a cheaper price. The point is hes selling to people of his kind because they were speaking their language to each other and Im not racist by any means Im just a nail tech who wants to be treated fairly and not discriminated against because Im from where he is from!!!! Im upset and will never shop here again I also will be telling people how he runs that store with no prices!

I was very disappointed I try to return a soft hand I had purchased two weeks before. They refuse to exchange it. I wasnt asking for my money back I wanted to exchange it for something else and they refuse. After I spend over $60 in that store. Im new to the nail business and they lost me as a customer. And I wound not recommend this store there stuff is expensive and not good quality. I would tell of my friends and the school that I go to not to purchase here any more. I rather go to Miami la tijera de Oro and spend my money somewhere else. Than give it to the Chinese.

Unprofessional customer service.

Their page states open to the public so I drove 30 minutes out of my to get there to say NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Very disappointed. I do my OWN nails and Sallys has such a small selection I was excited this place was Nails

They have everything you need to do perfect Nails...my only issue with them is they dont put the prices for every item
