Im new to the Wig Life and both of the employees were very patient and helpful.

They have the best ever customer service. Everything and anything i need i get it, literally the best beauty supply out there, there’s really no other like exchange honey!!!! I love beauty exchange there’s really no other beauty supply i could go to, will always be my number one! The workers are always nice and they are so quick and ready to help you when you need it. I have eczema so I would have to drive to different beauty supply’s to get my special soap but now i don’t! Literally they have every single thing you need at a great price super convenient they have a great workspace you can feel the fresh energy as soon as you walk in! 10/10!

I love beauty Exchange it’s absolutely my number 1 go -to hair store I love it there !!! I always get the best deals and the workers always energetic and ready to help they’re so friendly and welcoming . They always have EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING unlike other hair stores that barely have anything and you have to drive to 3 -4 different hair stores before you can find what your looking for. But I love beauty exchange it’s definitely became my number one hair store when I moved to west Palm I love the west palm location on 45th and Congress THEY ARE THE BEST ! The store is always stocked up and clean !!! . And the workers are great always ready to help and the environment is everything.

Always have sales very cheap place to shop

I went in looking for a new wig but my biggest concern was having to go thru the steps to color it. I got the perfect human hair wig in the color I wanted without all the hassle.. thank you to the amazing staff. Polite n very attentive. See you again soon for the next one..

I love the staff here theyre very polite and always greet me when I walk in and over helo if needed. Theyre super patient when assisting me with my needs and usually has great sales goin on! Would definitely recommend to anyone

Prices are ridiculous, and they are a rip off. How can you sell a perm without the box and all the essentials are missing, but then you have the same brand perm in a box and they both cost the same price? I guess they think African Americans wont pay that any attention. Smh.

Rushed from work to get some products for my hair. Got there 15 mins before closing. Instead of greeting me, the tall white guy which I assumed is the owner or manager told me they’re closing. He then followed me around making me feel rushed and uncomfortable. I just got 1 item, paid and left. They are ignorant, and certainly don’t know how to treat customers who are the reason they are being paid a salary. I started shopping at Elegant Beauty. They are much nicer and more professional. Wished I could have rated them a 0 😏

Stay away, I mean it. Worst customer service ever ; the associates always look like they dont want to work there in first pllace. What makes it worst the owner is so rude and arrogant. You can never get some help and when you do ask; they just tell you what aisle to go and most of the time; the products are not even there. I have been following close attention to how petty and shady they have been lately. Pretty much every month they have a new sale ad with some special savings on certain dates, what the owner does, whenever something is sale for that day, he takes all those items from the shelves and hide them on the back; which makes no sense because theyre the ones advertising them. It happened so many times that one time I finally asked one of the girls and she indeed confirmed it. I still couldnt believe it so on 3 separate occasions; I decided to investigate so I went with my ad with the sale coupon for that day and was told the item was sold out, they were out of stock. So I decided to go back the next day as soon as they opened; guess what those items were fully stocked on the shelves so they lied to me; I then wanted to buy the sale item for that day and guess what again, they were out. By then I figured what they were doing and decided to go back the next day. Somehow that sale item from yesterday again was back on the shelves. I then confronted the owner and he told me the items arrived that same morning and they get shipments once a week. When I told him that I had been investigated this for the past few days and its been the same response; he then went cold. I was going to do this for a week, but then I realized it was a waste of my time cause its obvious they dont give a damn about their customers so I just stay away from that store. I rather buy my items at the drugstores with a higher price cause luckily they carry my brands. Stay away!!!!0

I wish I read the reviews before coming here. Terrible hair store to shop at. They are so rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The young lady in there was kind, and professional. But the men were ridiculous. Saddest thing is, in that area they will keep being nasty to people, because they know those people will come back no matter how they treat them. But I know I will not be back. That was the first time, and the last. I give this place zero stars!

Horrible Customer Service! Rude!I also wished I had read the reviews before visiting this place. We simply asked if we could set some items on the counter while we continued to shop. The very rude guy at the counter told us that, No! because he didnt want that stuff! No one great you when you enter they simply just stare and assume that you are there to steal. Please consider other beauty supply stores.

Reasonably priced, very friendly staff!

I went in the store needing help to buy hair for my family in South Africa and I asked for they best hair and I was more than willing to pay even tipped those girls only to find they gave me 4bundles that dont match at all and here I am in a different continent and cant even go to the store and curse they asses out, the first thing Im going to do is make sure all those girls are out jobs you dont play people for fools like that I spent 400dollars at that place,I am so livid and annoyed.

Terrible customer service. Not sure if they were raised right or just plain ignorant. I am not sure. You are better off going to Vera beauty on 45th near the dollar store/mcdonald.

The same customer service you receive hee minmics the quality of items sold in this establishment. They are blantenly disrespectful. I had my 8 year old sister step into the store and purchased a promotional instead of complying to what was advertised they attempted to steal my sister money without giving her the the item. Then when I stepped into the store they swore up and down that they didnt not take her money and called a child a lier. The item cost a dollar and the if the promotion was over I would have not problem with purchasing it at full price but the way they attempt to below her and take from because she was a kid was completely outrageous. I will not recommend this place to anyone, because at the end of the day just like them we work hard for what we earn and being disrespected for wanting to purchase something is ridiculous.
