I bought a human wig a couple weeks ago and I was struggling to justify the purchase price and the owner quickly offered to take 25 dollars off the price. I bought it and I love it! Never buying a synthetic wig again!! Love the top quality wigs this store has.. and lots of options to choose from. This is my go to store now!!

The young lady had a nasty, snappy immature attitude when I asked about a item availability. Love the store, but i dont want to deal with immature and unprofessional people when Im just trying to make a purchase on my day off of work!

Ali Beauty Supply #4 has EVERYTHING you would ever need for your beauty needs. Wigs (synthetic and real), lashes, braiding hair, skin care needs, make up and all kinds of hair care products even HAIR ECSTASY!!!!! I would never be able to list all of the products they have but trust me when I say whatever it is....they will have it. Ray is so amazing, even though it was my first time at this location I felt as if this was my regular spot to pick up everyday hair care needs 😊 Then Ray showed me their Salon and OMG these ladies got it goin on! Shelia in the back will get your sew in right. The young lady in the middle handles natural hair so when you want to get your hair blown out or even a nice twist out go see her. Last but certainly not least the beauty in the front will handle the rest relaxers, cuts, color you name it she got you. Ali Beauty Supply and Salon is everything to me and I’m so glad I found it. This store is AMAZING!!!! They have the BEST customer service out of all of the Ali beauty supply stores I have been to.. Ray the manager is a amazing negotiator!!! Ray hooks me up with awesome discounts every time and I never leave this store with any regrets. This location literally has EVERYTHING! They have products for all races and genders...The employees are so nice and helpful and I am never confused or lost when I come here. This store is literally my second home and I highly recommend stopping by, you won’t regret it!

Awful customer service!I am a loyal Sally and Hair Depot customer but decided to give Ali a try. They displayed a conditioner for $13.99 but charged me $16.99. I didnt care so much but the product was damaged and I realized I couldnt use it. When I tried to return it they wouldnt take it saying they dont accept chemical returns. What?Terrible customer service and questionable products.

I come here all the time and I love this beauty supply store. They have a great selection and majority of their employees are super helpful. I’m only leaving a one star review because I had a negative interaction with a worker I believe his name was Avid or Avi. I’m never the type to leave negative reviews because I understand how harmful they are to businesses; however, this time is the only exception I am making. I came in with my 3 friends as we wanted to buy hair dye. Initially we were very excited because one of our friends decided to dye her hair blue. I’m assuming this employee was bothered that we were excited. Anyways a little after we were walking to the checkout line I accidentally dropped my hair dye and the bottom of the bottle exploded open & made a mess on the floor. I was super apologetic and Avi said “you guys were having too much fun that’s why”. But that wasn’t the case... accidents just happen.. I dropped a bottle on the floor not on purpose and not because I was excited for my friend. After I said no it was an accident, he said he saw us on the cameras. It rubbed me the wrong way but he was super rude about an accident. He kept insisting we leave the isle immediately I said that was fine but I still had to grab another bottle of hair dye. I felt like when he mentioned the camera thing he was trying to be threatening and the whole experience wasn’t good.

This store just opened and I was surprised by the incredible selection of wigs and their great NYX selection. Their manager made sure I was taken care of and the location overall was very professional. Will for sure become a regular customer!

Their selection on everything from mens barber supplies mustache powder to wigs lipsticks hair dye both kind the kind you mix yourself and the kind that you can get at Walgreens for half the price. Their makeup is all high-end stuff without the high-end prices. my son even bought something while he was there he purchased a very nice Wahl shaver. He is very happy with it. the lipstick I purchase is perfect it match the color perfectly that was in the tube when I took it home and put it on and that was the exact same color that came out onto my lips absolutely beautiful worth a visit. also if youre feeling a little funky and want to try on a bunch of really cool wigs I mean from the newest colors of the bluish gray to bright pink to the normal brunettes and blondes any style any cut the allow you to do so and their prices are so reasonable is not even funny anywhere from $40 and up. the material used does not feel fake at all its not like a wig you would buy for Halloween although you can buy some really great wigs for costumes there and not spend a ton of money. Everyday wigs are available there too for the more lets say daily stylish type. like I said before the simple brunettes the redheads the blonds they have the short haircuts the long haircuts the the funky styles is just beautiful beautiful craftsmanship on their wigs. PS I dont wear wigs I just think theyre super knee and I really wish that I did. they actually have a stylus on hand especially if you call ahead and theyll allow you at least up to five different types of wigs to try on and style to your face frame. Check out their Instagram they have pictures on there. Enjoy walking around the place also perfume any kind of shampoo you could possibly imagine curling irons I didnt even make it through the whole stop youd have to spend two hours there to make it from end-to-end. good luck and do not miss going to this place I hate to say it but it blows Sallys out of the water. And I love Sallys.
