I rarely write reviews but Caliber deserves one...My car was rear-ended and pushed into the car in front of me so there was extensive damage on both ends. From stat to finish, the staff was friendly and very communicative every step of the way. Even the shop was clean and well lit. My car was ready when promised and looks and runs great. Thank you!

The crew at caliber are awesome! I have brought my car here twice, to fix bumpers/lights and body work. Car looks brand new, color match was perfect as well. They answered all my questions and kept me in the loop of the work the entire time. If you need work that looks great head over to caliber.

I came in for a quote for repairs to my vehicle after a little fender bender. The staff was great! Both the lady at the front desk and the gentleman who walked me through the repairs were very professional and took their time to explain my options. I will definitely recommend!!!

I chose this place because it was close and my insurance recommended it but I drive a 2021 I got my car back with damage to my tire and passenger door and my apps in my car would not update. I bought it back and was immediately blamed for the tire and told I should contact my dealer about the apps, and claimed they didn’t see damage to my door which is clearly from a machine or something even tried to suggest somebody tried to break into my car ! First and last time doing business with these people

I needed to get my bumper fixed. I told them that I cant afford a rental car, so I need to know how many days they will have my car, so to please have the part before I drop it off cause I will need to bike home. the day come to drop my car off, it pouring rain. I drop my car back, ride my bike home in the pouring rain. They call me a couple hours later telling me the part is not there and I have to pick my car back up.I got my car back called again to say I will be biking and the person even could be an estimate on how long they will have the the car.THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY unorganized and unprofessional. Do not use them.

Dont go here... Got my car back and had to get it totally redone at another shop. Bad paint job, bad alignment of body panels. Car covered in dust inside and dirt outside. Even left some tools inside. No quality control at all. I was shocked that they thought it was a good job. At least now I know a great place for auto body repair. This isnt it sadly.

Ricky and his team at caliber collision exceeded my expectation on my 2019 Honda pilot body repair. After being sideswiped and being a nervous wreck he handled the claim took care of my rental. Went to pick up my pilot 2 weeks later and its brand new completely detailed inside and out. Great effort and work is amazing great job guys highly recommended.

The best possible service I couldve hoped for. Caliber wasnt my first choice, but Im really happy that I ended up bringing my truck in. From the very start, they made me feel confident that my truck was in good hands. The location itself is very clean and the staff is very friendly. In addition, they have freakin popcorn (I didnt have any, but thats still awesome). Anyways, throughout the three weeks that my truck was being repaired, they were consistently calling and texting me with updates about the status of my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated, because of my schedule. When I got the truck back, it looked brand new. Ricky went over everything that was done in detail and I was on my way. I really couldnt be happier with the end result. I hope I never get hit again, but if I do Ill be sure to bring my vehicle to this shop!

Ricky is just fantastic with his service. The measure of service that i have received is amazing. Ricky knew i needed the car back asap and he did everything that he could to make that happen. And the job was done perfectly. during the repair process my car battery went down and ricky was prepared to replace with a brand new one. Once i told him i still had warrant of the old one from honda, and that he does not have to get a new one for me out of his pocket, he contacted honda himself and replaced the battery without me doing anything. He was great and very accurate with all the information he provided. I dont know how the prices work here since geico covered me, so i cant comment on that. But thumbs up for their work and the customer service.

Car looks like it never was in an accident. Internally however there has been issues. They are great taking the car back to fix any issues

Good service, frequent updates

I was in an accident 6 months ago and brought my truck here to get fixed. If you bring your vehicle here for repair, double check everything before taking your vehicle back. I found pipe sitting on top of my engine, socket wrench and certain parts werent tighten down all way. When I picked up my truck I couldnt understand where noise was coming from in my engine, I found out after the fact. Just heads up!

I would recommend them. They have been their for 3 accidents (not my fault) and did a great job.

I went there with body damage from a hit and run and it came out amazing and 100% like it never got hit i would deffinitly come here to get your car repaired and also the people that work there are very helpful and quick they got my car done earlier then expected and it came out amazing
