Their work was impeccable and they even went above and beyond by completing additional work on my vehicle, not to mention a full car wash and interior cleaning at no extra charge!Their pricing was fair and extremely affordable. They are trustworthy and friendly which also goes a long way in navigating your way through what is usually a stressful and anxious ridden process of auto body damage and repair. Not here! I would absolutely recommend Jon and Five Star Auto Body. Their work was excellent and the customer service was top notch! Jon and Teresa kept me informed as to what was going on the entire time my van was in the shop getting repaired. If I ever need an auto body shop again, I will be returning to Five Star.

This place is the best! They gave my old car a face lift. :) They customized the exterior and made it one of its kind. They also did the brakes and new battery. My car is BEAUTIFUL!!! Everyone that works there is so nice definitely recommend Five Star

This is the best place ever! Friendly and professional and most importantly, when I went to pick up my 2012 Chevy Colorado it looked like new - I dont know how they could make it look so good but they did - far exceeding my expectations and at a very reasonable price. The next time I need body work done, I am definitely returning to Five Star!

I just had a wonderful experience at Five Star! First, it is family owned and operated and the entire family is lovely to work with. I needed to fix up my car for a lease return and they were so honest and even advised me in a less expensive option. The result worked, I did not have to pay a damage fee for my lease return. I cannot recommend this place enough! Go...you will not be disappointed!

First of all I posted a one star review then the owner personally called me and text me for overturning the review. This is nit good business contacting customer personally. I didn’t like the service overall and this is my freedom of speech and i have every right to post whatever I want. Personally I am not satisfied and I believe I might get better service from somewhere else. Since the beginning I was not happy . I hope Five star auto body will understand my frustration and view and will not call me or text again to remove my rating. This is not good business to contact personally and it bothered me a lot. This is google review and I can express whatever I think. Personally I didn’t like the customer service. Also, I found my hand brake way loose then it was before. And the end result didn’t satisfy me. May be they couldn’t do the work as they didn’t get Insurence money properly still I believe the job could have done better. As I didn’t choose the bodyshop my self and I was involved in the accident so the police did everything on behalf of me . So I considered it my luck. But as a body shop they couldn’t impress me. Not every customer will have the same view and opinions. I hope five stat will not call me regarding the review or anything. Thank you

I am not here to give my company a Five Star review. The problem with online reviews is that they only tell one side of the story. I believe most companies with a 5.0 are fabricated by friends and family. We here at Five Star Auto Body are family owned and operated and we work extremely hard to treat every customer as we would want to be treated. You would be amazed at what people ask of Auto Body shops. Some of which is illegal and ridiculous, mostly money motivated, as the consumer doesn’t realize the expense we incur to repair a vehicle safely. If I could give this place 0 STARS I WOULD. I would never recommend getting my car done by this shop ever. They are liars & cant even pay their own bills. Dont listen to the positive reviews. Gary got his friends and family to write them.

Amateur operation. Do yourself a favor and call one of the more reputable body shops in the area before you make the same mistake I did.
