AMAZING BUSINESS! This is the third time I have unfortunately had to have collision work done on my vehicle and I have gladly returned to SOUTH BAY COLLISION for all the work to be done. They take care of you and your vehicle beyond what you would expect. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff who offers coffee and water. They guided me through all of my insurance claim and ensured my rental vehicle would be there for me when I needed to drop off for repairs and made calls confirming EVERYTHING. They set up my file folder with all of my information and made sure all of the details were correct. I was guided through the repair process inch by inch and all parts are directly used from my truck manufacturers. Once the work began they updated me on the status of the repairs frequently and never left me hanging waiting on the status. They worked tirelessly to ensure all aftermarket parts like my rims and running boards were correct and ordered from wherever I purchased them from. They did all the work! Once the repairs were complete there were no hang ups on picking up my vehicle and made arrangements for my rental to be picked up from their location. Every business should take notes from SOUTH BAY COLLISION on how to operate. They are stand up people across the board and should run a class for how other businesses should be run. Went into South Bay after my car was hit parked on the street one night. Had no referrals to the shop, they were just located down the block from my house so I decided to give them a shot. But did I really hit the jackpot walking in there! The service was top notch in every way. They handled the insurance claim for me, communicated everything along the way, and had my car back to me in no time. And the work they did was absolutely incredible! So amazingly polite and nice. Had some paint damage but to buy of a deal. They were able to fixed it jaut by buffering it out and down touch up paint definitely had my business the second I walked in will go back.

I have been using South Bay Collision for 20 years. Don and Chris are two of the most dependable, honest and reliable guys you could ever want working on your vehicle. My latest reason for using them was after my 09 Dodge pickup was rear ended on the Goethals Bridge. Best collision center on Long Island. Insurance called them, set them up with all my information, and they did the rest. All I did was drop my car off. I got a call from the shop when the adjuster came for a supplement, when they found additional damages, and when the car was done. That’s all you need. You don’t have to be bothered with 400 phone calls. When you pick the car up, it’s immaculately detailed, inside and out. They even went to the extent of dressing my rubber floor mats. That was a first, even when I get my car detailed at a detailer they don’t dress the floor mats. All around perfection.

Chris went over everything that was going to be done with my car and Gina helped me call in my claim and set up the rental. Between the two of them I was continuously updated. Amazing Paintless Dent Removal!!!!With less than 500 miles on our new SUV, we sustained a large ding to the passenger side door. When I brought the car in for an estimate, I was told that Don, the owner, needed to look at the damage because there was a vertical crease. Don looked at it and said he could fix it. I asked how good he thinks it will look and he said I aim for perfection. That was all I needed to hear so I authorized the repair.All I can say is that Don did an amazing job and made the damage disappear; he is a true professional, gentleman and pleasure to do business with. Not only did he do a wonderful job on the repair, but his fee to complete the service was very reasonable. If you need expert paintless dent removal, look no further! Don is your guy!!!
