I have two reviews. Reason I had to get my parts from two different locations not a problem it happens when you are getting a number of parts. Antioch location was above and beyond experience!!! I really appreciate. Thanks to Gary. As for the Gurnee store this associate barley said five words to me and one of the parts actually had rust particles on the threads. I asked if they had another one and he said I dont see anything wrong. I said it looked like it might have been installed on a vehicle already can he look and see if theres another one I could get? He says let me see if theres another one. Comes back with another one and I inspected it and I said thank you and with no response he went on to take a phone call. He treated me almost as if I had done something personal to him. So picked up my parts and left. I hope his day gets better.

Great, very helpful employees. Went in to purchase windshield wipers after machine at Wal-Mart directed me to wrong pair. Had correct pair in car, but even with the help of a friend, could not figure out how to put them on, LOL! The employee went out to look, took the pair Id purchased elsewhere & installed on car. I never ended up buying anything there although Im a member of the Rewards Club. Thank you Advanced Auto, for saving me money & getting me safely on my way. Ill be back for my next auto needs.

Went there to pick up a battery that was pre ordered. Not many people in the store nor employees. The one employee that was there kept me waiting for well over 10 minutes while i was staring at my battery on the counter while he was rummaging thru his computer looking up various parts or part numbers for someone on the phone....sucks to have to wait that long when there are no other customers in the store.
