Service reps has to be making a Commission, Changed the bearing and a speed sensor on one wheel and cost of parts about $380. They added on extra hour and1/2 that made it 3 hours labor Grand Total $900.i Do a lot of mechanic work myself and know this only take like an hour and a 1/2 to do. They automatically think because you come in there with a new car That you have money Well find another Toyota dealership to deal with

This was the first purchase of a brand new vehicle for my wife and I, so I was anxious and nervous to go through this process, especially in 2021 with all of the market inflation, and after contacting over 20 local dealerships without any luck. However, the staff at Classic Toyota were on a whole other level. From the first email and phone call with Philip, it was all a seamless process - from working with my credit union, to adding accessories, all of my questions were answered, and it never felt like the stereotypical transaction you hear about. Besides the assistant service manager being totally rude and argumentative, he over charged me money that insurance paid the dealership directly (he accidently gave me a copy of the check with my paper work) and told me to get the refund from insurance it was not his problem. when I asked him to show me the work preformed, he said no. then i insisted. they charged my insurance $3700 for a new hiring harnesses and almost $6500 total for parts and labor because the old wiring harness was chewed by squirrels. look at the pictures I attached. they did not give me a new harnesses, they repaired the old one and the squirrels bit marks still in it proves it along with the word of 3 other mechanics I checked with. when I asked the assistant service manager about it, he said to take it up with my rep on Monday. this is insurance fraud and I already contacted state farm about it. be careful with these shady practices

BE CAREFUL. I suggest not buying their paint protection package. First of all, they pressured me into a $1400 paint protection package that I couldve gotten anywhere else for $500, but I figured why not. Then when I got the car back, a week later I noticed two touchup paint spots on my driver rocker as if someone had accidentally kicked off the paint with a boot. I called the dealer and they said they dont carry touch up paint. The paint protection was done by a 3rd party, and they dont even have cameras!!! They have refused any sort of compensation, have not really taken my request seriously, and are kind of treating this whole situation as a he will get tired and stop calling. JUST BE CAREFUL.

This is a crazy car market becuase of the shortage in computer chips. I went to nearly every dealership in the Chicagoland area looking for a Sienna. Every other dealership was charging over sticker with several thousand in fees such as delivery, add-ons, addendums etc.Out of over 15 dealerships, Esmi, Anthony and Kevin at Classic Toyota got the deal done with honesty in pricing, a discount and delivery.
