A big shout out to the great team at the Walmart tire center. I was forced off the road this morning when a semi blew a tire. When I got to work I found one of my tires half full. I topped it off at a gas station and drove immediately to the service center where I have road hazard coverage on my tires. The team got me in immediately, identified a screw in the tire too close to the sidewall to repair, and found one remaining tire of my size and brand in inventory and installed it immediately. I was in and out in just an hour. Really appreciate their fast friendly service.

Did an oil change for me in a decent amount of time and everything went smoothly.

I dont know if people are impatient or just like being rude to people who work in the customer service field but i had a really nice experience with the tire manager and assistant, they took me in right away and installed my new tire, give people a break sometimes and be a decent human being to other people.

It took only me 20 minutes to finish putting 4 new tires, employees are wonderful, very organized, and finish the job perfectly.Thanks a lot guys, you are doing great job in this auto center.

Slowest mechanics i ever seen in my life..WILL NEVER BE RETURNING. One tire over 2 hours

They take forever to answer the phone and are so rude. Shame on management and the workers. You are not doing your job and should be jobless.

1st and worst experience. I came to change front 2 tires. When i arrived there was only 1 car in front of me. They told me 1 and half hour. But still waiting after 2 hours. And no idea it will take some more how many hours.

Came in For a oil change, Upon arriving I asked employee Judy what was the wait time? She responded with there was no wait time and that they could have me Serviced in 30mins.. Came in at 4pm and didn’t leave till 6pm. DO NOT USE THIER SERVICES... better off finding some place better..

Awfully service...went for oil change and they wasnt busy at all took them 2 hours..cmon they those not care about customers..bad expirience and never go back to them for sure !!

Fast and friendly staff and service. I give this place 5 stars. One time I had a flat, and the guy helping me was super helpful. Instead of buying a new tire he patched the nail in my tire for me. Thanks Adam V, your the best.

Good prices.However, they very slow. Even if you arrive at 7 A.M. (when they open). Someone doesn’t even come to help till around 7:20.

Purchased 3 tires. Loosing air on 2 tires. Went back to them and ask them to seal it properly since someone did not do a good job. But the same issue after driving for a week. Air warning sign comes up every week. Will never recommend doing your tires at Wal-Mart. Very dissapointed. Will share this with a strong community FB and other social media as well.

I got in and got out. The attendants were very helpful. They give you a receipt with a bar code to check the status of your car at any register. You can walk around Walmart and grab a few groceries

If it were possible to give a 0, I would ...arrived to pick up tires on 3/25 spoke with cashier about getting them installed while also asking how long it would take and she could not give me an answer...So after sitting for 30 min the Manager had finally finished talking to a customer. So I then asked how long it would take he said about 3 hours. So I then ask if possible could I come back in the morning, he responded yes. I arrived at 658 am... I stood outside for 20 min. a Filipino gentleman had just arrived and at this point it was after 7am...I asked if he could open the doors, he responded on a manager could myself and 4 other customers stood there until 720am before anyone actually attempted to open the door...After finally getting in to the service center. One of the managers came over and appeared to have an attitude and he said he’d opened the doors at 650 I responded...well there were four of us standing outside until 720 and that’s when one of the associates came out and opened the doors...I only come here for convenience because I pass on my way in but going forward I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS WALMART!!!Associates tend to always have an attitude and are not very helpful when asked questions about products in this location. Considering most brick and mortars are going out of business you would think they would place a priority on customer service.Went to Zion and they took great care of me with prompt and courteous service...

Came in for a Tire Change one Employee whos always seated at the Auto Center Area, really Discriminated me. Be on the look out.

Long waiting hours and least bothered about customers. I am never going to any other Walmart service station. They offer low prices with a bad customer service.

They gave our tire to another customer and didnt notice til the guy was 30mins away. We were sitting right by the counter and not even notified our property was giving to someone else without our knowledge. The only way we knew is by asking over an hour after waiting how much longer it would be . Then we were told that the person at the counter had no idea how long it would be .After that blow off I decided to ask if he can go find out. He went back and then after about3 mins came to tell us of the mix up. All the while we overheard this same guy on the phone telling a customer he had been giving the wrong tire by mistake .

Checked in as a new customer, was told the wait would be an hour, ok cool. Walked around the store camr back after an hour, I was never even put into the system so my car had not been touched yet. Itll be 15 more minutes, ok! Got in my car, drove away grease all over the steering wheel, shifter everything. The guy being trained who wasnt even an actual tech took care of it, Brendan is the best here and hes in training, hes the reason they got 2 stars. I will not be back.

Perfectly explained horrible costumer service but the cheapest place .So you know.And above all prepare to wait 3 to 5 hours at least!!!!

Very poor service made my dad seat in waiting area for 2 and 1/2 hours and then told him they can’t do oil change because they don’t have tool they use for oil change

You’ll wait 2.5 hours more than than expected wait time they give. It honestly shouldn’t take 3.5 hours to do an oil change.
