I reached out to the shop Via google services for a quote and an available time. The response time was great as well as the customer service. When I got there they told me ten minutes, I waited and someone else pulled up in front of me. The man in the shop noticed shortly after and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. The people in the shop are very friendly and give great customer service as well as speedy services. The prices are reasonable as well.

Mo Tires They over charge when you are a female, Went to get my front 2 old tires changed and replaced with 2 of my own tires that I had in my garage in good condition. The worker charged $100 Bogus people workers I will never go there again SMH.... I finally made the call back after finding another problem, the nut of one of the front tire was missing backwent to Mo Tires ASAP he took care of the problem the tire nut doesnt match but oh well he also changed my one of the back tires that was causing the Shaking of the Van, I was never trying to get a full reimbursement i do respect people work he return what was right!! Thanks

I called at 11am needing a set of 2 or 4 tires, and by 5 I was out of there with a set of 4 “used” great condition tires! Their communication, prices, timely manner, and the way they treat their customers was outstanding. They also put my pain-in-the-rear spare/donut back under my van where it goes! They removed a stuck wheel nut from my tire and gave me a deal on two used tires..

Used to be a good place but my last two visits not so great.Had to go and have two of the four brand new tires installed resealed as they were leaking and the two front tires re-balanced as the tire tech didnt bother removing old weights. Had a different tire shop complete those tasks as I dont trust them anymore. Last visit the tire tech attending me spent half the time texting on his phone so needless to say my visit there took much longer than it should have.

Went there today rude disrespectful people..its hard enough being a single white mother and going to wakeegan..but to be told sweetie we close at 8pm when it was only 3pm was rude af...customer service isnt supposed to be like that..I will never go back again..I was actually polite till I was disrespected..

Mo’s is top notch!I messaged their marketing guy, Rocko about some tires he had posted on Facebook marketplace at around noon. He told me to stop by after work. I got there at 6:30 and I was in and out with 4 new tires, mounted and balanced, by 7:30. He saved me at least $600 and these tires are like new!And Mo’s does more than just tires! I’ll definitely be coming here from now on with any automotive issues.I highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for tires, need brake work, etc! And it helps that the staff know what their doing, they’re fast, and they’re personable!A+++

I drove 45 minutes to Mos because they had some tires for a great price. It turned out to be well worth the drive. I would have said poor service if there were service at all. Called Mo Tires Sunday morning as my right back tire was losing pressure and was told that it would take about 15 minutes to fix it if punctured. When I drove there, the entrance was locked and I had to go straight to the shop through a garage door. As it turned out, there was no service desk, just several technicians were loitering around without minding the confused customers standing in the midst of piles of tires, tools etc. Told one of the technicians that I called in advance about my problem but he stared at me blankly and said that someone would look at the tire whenever they have a chance, without specifying any particular timeframe. Half an hour passed, new customers were coming in, I approached the same guy and received the same vague answer as before. After another half hour wait I just lost patience and took my business somewhere else, only guessing what would have been the quality of the unfullfilled service.

Five stars!! Rocko was the salesman that helped me and he made things so easy for me! Prices, customer service, everything was 10/10.

Called many big tire places and none of them had our tire in stock and wouldn’t have it for almost a week. Went to Mo Tires and not only did they have the right tire, but they installed it for no extra cost and even offered my husband food and drinks while he waited. Fast, inexpensive, and friendly service all around. We have no bad things to say about them, and they deserve more attention.

Omg I never knew about this spot. My husband sent me there and once I got there I got on demand service. I was approached right away, they walked me back and let me pick out the tire I wanted and then I waited 10mins max. All I needed was a new tire put on a rim and it was inexpensive! I like City Parts Auto but Mo Tires definitely earned my future business! Thanks guys!
