I ordered a small mint chip in a cup and there were hard ice pieces in there that I couldnt eat...and the ice cream wasnt even stiff, it was like soft serve texture.

Just grab ice cream from one of the many food trucks in the National Mall. It tastes better and is cheaper.

He hands me the cup and it had a hair on the spoon he stuck in it. After pointing out the hair. I said i was okay n didnt want it anymore. He asked if he could replace it with something else. I said a kids cup of just vanilla. Which he was about to charge me for. Hence the review. We declined the ice cream completely. Whats worse is he looked confused. No thanks.

Expensive (about 8-10 per shake), but worth it for the quality of the ice cream. Staff is nice and patient.

I went by this shop the other day hoping to get a nice rich Häagen-Dazs chocolate shake. Unfortunately the cashier was nowhere to be found and instead there was a service contractor and watching the storefront who let me know that she would be back shortly. Well, shortly turned into about 15 minutes and finally when she did return I asked her to ring me up before making the shake because I was in a hurry to get to my next client. Im glad I did this because she wasnt even able to get her registers working and couldnt take my payment method. Long story short I waited forever and didnt get anything nor was I offered anything for my inconvenience. I will not be back to this location.

I’m a huge fan of Haagen Daasz but seriously? I ordered a small dish with mint chocolate chip and the non dairy chocolate, got a mini of mint chocolate chip only. My fiancé ordered a small chocolate shake and got a large, but charged for a small cookies and cream shake. It was just bizarre and on principle obnoxious.

I was please with the level of professionalism these workers implemented. The young lady whom served us specifically, smiled, had great eye contact and her grammar was on point. The ice cream was great as expected.

Best Ice Cream ever! You gotta try Midnight Cookies n Cream! The only thing I didnt like, was that they didnt have water cups. You had to buy a water bottle. Other than that, it deserves 5 stars! Great job! :)

Lots of options and you can request a taste before making your choice. We went on a Saturday morning and the person working was incredibly nice. Theres a bench in the store but there are tables just outside as well.

A little pricey for the serving size you get. If not for that, I would have given them 5 stars. The pineapple coconut ice cream was very tasty. We came late on a Tuesday night. Not busy at all. Service was quick and the two employees working there were friendly. I got two scoops in a dish because you already have to pay so much just for one scoop.

Very friendly staff on a Saturday night! They were short staffed for a weekend, but the employees were cracking jokes and having a good time. The sundae I ordered was very sweet and was a great end to a long day.

The one vegan ice cream they have is SO GOOD. Why do they only have one?!

The customer service is good, but I do not care for the ice cream; its bland and expensive. It tastes like off-brand store brought ice cream- nothing special at all. Im sure that any other shop sells better quality ice cream. My personal favorites are Cold Stone, Ice Cream Jubilee, and Captain Cookie.

We were not treated very well and were refused water. The ice cream was normal haagen dazs (nothing special) and was quite expensive. Do not recommend.

Server who helped me ignored my many requests to have gummy bears in my ice cream and put nuts in there. Of course I still bought and paid for it like the push over I truly am. As it turns out they didnt have gummy bears to begin with and he didnt even bother to tell me until after he already made what I didnt want.

Expensive but it is Haagen-Dazs so expected. Ordered two small cones and paid about 18 dollars although one was listed as 6. something without tax... Had to wait 5 mins for a place to sit and eat ice cream because so many people with outside food were sitting on them and no emplyees tried to get them out - even though there were clear signs saying no outside food. Service was ok.

It’s pricy but delicious, I’m happy I don’t live close to any Haagen-Dazs as is my wallet😁.

Spent $30 in ice cream, and once the cones were eaten, we were constantly accosted by over zealous security guards. We werent able to enjoy conversation with friends, and regretted coming here. And... There are no public bathrooms even for paying customers.
