From a mechanic and service standpoint they are 5 stars. Place operates like magic. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, willingness to help. It reminds me of the military. My only complaint was how odd it was that nobody wore a mask inside during the pandemic. Three visits. Each one was professional, minus mask use by anyone. Inside everyone is friendly and smiling as if there isn’t a care in the world. Ignorance is bliss.

I ordered a new truck . The new truck came in they called me let me know that the truck was serviced and ready to go. I showed up at the dealership and was in and out in no time at all paper work done and gone in my new truck. Thats the way I like to do business. I would stand clear of this dealership, I’m not one to leave reviews. But I gave this dealership 2 chances.... first one the salesmen was so drunk he didn’t even remember to call me back the next day, the alcohol was so strong when he rode with me on the test drive with him wearing a mask all you could smell is liquor.Go today 4/2/2021 drive 45 minutes to get there for the guy to tell me the truck I’m looking at the AC is broke. Anyway I still drive the truck (very nice truck). Come back in and the dealership wants list price with broken AC.Just be careful with shopping here, I even gave a second chance with the first experience being so bad. But I wish I would have saved 2 hours of my day. Maybe this review will help you save a couple hours.

Ive got enough issues with a truck I paid $58000 for and only have 17000 miles on, I dont need an incompetent dealer too. I even said to the lady who scheduled service for yet another issue, oh thats my birthday, thats perfect, Ill have the day off. Only to get there to be told I no showed the day before. After never varying from my loyalty to Chevrolet the experiences Ive had with my last 2 purchases (2019 1SS1LE Camaro & 2019 2500HD Silverado diesel) I will be trading this hunk of junk and their garbage service and endless excuses for a Ford asap!

You always hear great things about Lee Chevrolet. To be honest I was really happy with my buying experience through the first scheduled maintenance. However, ever since then my experiences have been far different. The last oil change I had there took 2 hours, and that was with an appointment. At that same appointment they discovered that the trailer hitch receiver on my truck had been recalled. They ordered another one, never asking me if I wanted them to do it (I now live in northern VA). I went ahead and made an appointment to drive down and have them do the exchange on another Saturday. I dropped it off at the scheduled time (10am) to complete what should take about 15 minutes. About 10 minutes later they call to tell me that they wont have time to complete the work. I returned to pick up my truck and not knowing when Id be back in town, I offered to call and set up an appointment at a later date. Yesterday, I called to schedule the appointment. After sitting on hold for 5-10 minutes, they just hung up. Where is this great customer service? Needless to say I will not be going out of my way to come back.

I was extremely pleased that I was able to come in for service without an appointment and my wait time was less than one hour for you to get to me. I was only there for one and a half hours, terrific! I was not able to get the service done by another Chevrolet dealership without leaving my car. I would be without transportation for more than half the day. They stated that I needed to make an appt. in order to be in and out in a timely manner I was completely satisfied with the work and the friendly attitude of the staff at Lee Chevrolet. My husband was even pleased with the service. Nobody but Lee Chevrolet for us! Thanks Lee Chevrolet you have my future business!

While visiting the Washington area from Michigan, our 2003 Saturn Ion suffered an electrical failure; the second in 3 weeks. We drove to Lee Chevrolet and explaining what had happened and where we thought the problem was, they were able to get the system back in operation as well as supply two additional fuses in case we inadvertently use the side mirror again (the suspected source of the problem). The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, even showing me the exact location of the troublesome fuse, just in case. We were in and out in under 40 minutes. We really appreciated this kind of service.

The service was amazing. I went in just to see how much it would cost to get my brake pads checked. They did an entire inspection for free. They found a couple problems but said it was nothing serious. They called me a few days later to tell me the problem was covered under warranty and set me up and appointment to get it fixed. They didnt have to do that. I was very pleased. The fixed the problem within 30 minutes and I was on my way at no charge. I love this place.

This place is a joke. Spoke with a rep via email and on the phone confirming that a vehicle was on the lot, advised I would be there that evening to view the vehicle. Arrived after driving 2 hours and the vehicle was no where close to what was represented online. Disgusting on the inside, water bottles laying everywhere, pieces broken on the interior, tires are plugged from nails. Guy says “oh wow had no idea this thing looked like this”- he had 8 hours fromwhen he confirmed it was on the lot to when I arrived to view it. Carfax shows it was on the lot for at least a month and a half. Even so, I make an offer contingent they can get it looking respectable. The manager laughs when he hears it thinking he’s going to sell it for anything close to the sticker in the shape it’s in. A complete clown show of a dealership, if that’s what you want to call it. Save the headache and take your money elsewhere.

Just had a 1star experience at lee Chevrolet. Several days ago they had no problem supplying a key fob under a contract and ordered fob. Today that changed. They claim they called the company that contract is under(and they sell their new car buyers). Stated contract doesnt cover lost key fobs. Yes it does,lost, stolen or broken. Had contract right there, would not look at it????Lee didnt sell us the car thus any contracts associated because didnt have the exact model and sales man wouldnt budge a dime on price.These one liner 5 star reviews ????????

My experience with them started last year. I bought a used 2015 Chevy Colorado & started taking it to them for servicing, as they are only a few minutes from where I live & accepted my warranty.In July, my engine started misfiring but they kept saying nothing was wrong with it (charging me $150 for their opinion), so 1 day in Sept I woke up, the engine was misfiring, & I drove it straight to them. Well, they finally agreed something was wrong & said they replaced the purge valve.Come December, the audio system starting shutting down. The radio screen would go blank & all audio in the truck would turn off, including the turn signal sounds. 1 morning it even caused my battery to drain completely dead. Again they told me nothing was wrong with my truck, for $50. So I had to keep resetting the fuse 3-4 times a week. Finally, I called them, and said something had to be done. Turned out the system needed an update, which they charged me another $65 to do.Now at the end of May this year, (& this is where it gets really bad) my engine started misfiring, again. I called Lee Chevy, & was told to drop it off the AM of June 11th. They kept my truck for 4 weeks, saying the mechanic who was working on it was off, so no one else could work on it. They finally called on July 5th, saying the engine intake had to be cleaned, & my cost would be $280. When I picked the truck up on July 9th, the bill was $300. On the bill was a charge for a tire plug, & when I questioned it (since there was no problem with the tire 4 weeks prior), they said a tech was driving the truck, noticed the tire was leaking, and fixed it, without my approval.Less than 24 hours later on July 11th, I was driving my sister & 9-year-old niece to a museum a Raleigh, when the truck completely shut off on the highway while going 70mph. Now I was annoyed, as our lives were put in danger. The truck had to be towed back to Lee Chevrolet, for $50. Another week went by till they called on July 19th & told me that there was 80% water in my gas tank, & it would cost me $1400 to fix all the problems it had caused. Then tried to blame me for it, then Sheetz, while also admitting that no one else in town had brought them any vehicles with problems of bad gas.”I told them to hold off on fixing the truck, since I wasnt sure I could afford it, & was told that they already started working on the truck on Wednesday, July 17th, two days prior to calling me (this now being the 2nd time they did work on my truck without my approval), & that I couldnt have the truck towed anywhere because they had it in pieces. They also refused to take any blame, saying that this was a separate problem than the one they just finished “fixing” 2 days before. Since I had no choice, I told them to go ahead & fix it.Between all this, my grandmother in PA had passed away, so I picked my truck up on July 25th & drove straight to PA the 26th. The 1st problem on my trip was that the fuel level sensor was broken (again, no problems with it before Lee Chevrolet had my truck in their possession for 7 weeks), & as I drove, the needle would stop at 2/3rd of a tank full then the fuel range would start adding miles, rather than subtracting them.A few days later, the truck left me sitting in PA, because that purge valve that Lee Chevrolet supposedly replaced last September? Failed again. My friend in PA got it fixed for me within a day, but said that the valve he replaced did not look like it was less than a year old.Upon returning to NC, I took my truck back to the dealership, as it was time they accepted some responsibility. They did agree to fix the fuel level sensor at no cost & refunded me the cost of the purge valve, but still refused to accept any blame for anything else. After all that, the trucks engine was still not running correctly, & I was forced to sell it.I am unsure if they vandalized my truck on purpose or if they are just that grossly incompetent, but I will NEVER go there again.

Took my truck to be serviced and inspected. They failed my inspection for window tint that has passed in the years previous. I left and took to two other places that the tint passed. So I go back and they fail it again. So I go to the Highway patrol office and have it checked and they tell me that Lee Cheverolet is buying new meters. Three trips from Belhaven to Washington over this. I am done. I have bought 2 new cars from here in the last 4 years, but not any more. The service department needs a tune up......

Ok moved to this area in 2012 and chose Lee Chevrolet to service my vehichiles. I own a 2011 Impala that requires a blended oil. I usually have the oil changed and tires rotated for a special $39.95+ taxes and shop charges. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning July 29, 8:30. I arrived at 8:15 and at 9:43 I was told that my car was ready.I went to the desk to pay for the oil and filter change. WOW, was I surprised to learn that I owed $53.42.Labor: $20.25Parts: 29.70Total: 49.95Taxes: 3.37Total: 53.32I was totally shocked, I asked what they did? Just changed the oil was his response. I did not ask the price before I made the appointment, but I sure will next time.There is a businesses about 1 mile that advertises oil change for 19.95.Needless to say I will not return to Lee Chevrolet, Washington.

Terrible experience there. Called in the morning to check if a car was available and the salesman told us it was. We set up the appointment to look at it in just three hours after we called. When we got there, neither the salesman or the car were there. We drove over two hours, with two small children to specifically look at a car and they did not even mind calling us to cancel it, or giving us some warning that someone else was interested and possibly buying the car. Terrible experience, not the correct way to do business. We ended up finding the same car somewhere else for $1500 cheaper.
