Absolutely fantastic experience buying our new Jeep JLUR. We ordered one from the factory. Glenn helped us pick out the options that fit our needs. Once our new Jeep Rubicon arrived, Glenn took care of us by getting the financing done before we arrived. No one hates sitting around a dealer all day. We didn’t have to! We arrived at a scheduled appointment time and the Jeep was ready for delivery. Took her around the block, went inside, signed the paperwork, and done! Super easy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Came in today and was told my car needs an expensive major repair. News like this always sucks but the reason for my bad review is because the customer service I got today sucked I waited 3 hours and was charged way too much to look at it. I made a call to another shop right after and I was able to find someone who can charge me half the price the fix my car.

My husband and I just purchased a used vehicle from here, it was the best and easiest car buying experience that we have ever had. Even though we came 2 1/2 hours away, they still treated us as if we were from their home town. We would definitely come back, thank you Aaron and Glen.

We purchased a Chrysler Town and Country from Washington Chrysler our salesmen was Ryan. Our buying experience was great we never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle that we wanted or any other vehicle that they had on the lot. They have a nice selection of vehicle in all price ranges. We had a minor issue with our vehicle that we didn’t notice until the next day. It happened to be Ryan’s day off so we spoke with Glen and he made sure that the issue was taken care of right away. Their service center fixed it right away. They have been great to work with and their customer service has made them the best dealership that we have purchased a vehicle from. We will definitely be back!

Knowledgeable and helpful service

When the recall notice came for our Wranglers airbag, I took a leap and called Washington Chrysler Center. We live in Jasper, and I have taken our Wrangler to Sternberg Chrysler in town previously, but have never received good customer service there. I was very pleased with how pleasant everyone at Washington Chrysler Center were, from making the appointment over the phone, to cashing out with some extra supplies the day of service. The extra drive was well worth the difference in service that was recieved. Thank you Washington Chrysler Center!

Ryan Wehmeier is the most honest and trustworthy salesman I have ever dealt with. After 4 hours of negotiating with a supposed best selling dealer in Evansville. They threw out everything they could to not get us a new truck and all we got was a migraine. Called Washington Chrysler the next morning and talked to Ryan who was more than willing to work with us and to be straight foreward with no sneaky tactics or half truths. Ryan had us in and out in less than an hour and even stayed past close to do the deal. If your looking for a deal on a car or truck and dont need a salesman who has to ask the general manager about every step he takes then Ryan and Washington Chrysler Center are the best.

The service department are great I bought a new truck at Expressway Dodge in Evansville and it had a loud noise the roof of the cab they didnt fix it after several tries and promised me they get back with me as soon as they talk to someone from Dodge never got one call I talked to Jerry at Washington Dodge he listened to the noise and told me that they fix it for me took to them they had it fixed in two hours so I learned just because Expressway Dodge in Evansville is bigger dont mean that their better thank you for helping me with my problem Jerry I will remember who helped me the next time I buy a new truck
