Made an appointment to test drive a 2021 vehicle a week in advance. Went to test drive and the car was a mess! I felt so bad for the salesman. His manager set him up for failure. apparently the car I was test driving was the managers demo car....however, if you know (in advance) that someone is coming to possibly buy a vehicle, you would think you would clear out your personal items (like your shoes, chairs, etc....). The car was filthy...they say that first impressions are everything and thats the truth. No one even apologized (except for the poor salesman who was embarrassed). Ill go back to Bobby Rahal, much more professional!!

Purchased a used vehicle for around 35000 from these people. Got home took it out a few days later. Good thing I did a walk around my rim was broken. Talked to John Raphael, sent pics. Now I dont exist. Front passenger broke, I decided to check the other wheels and the front driver was cracked also. Dont trust these people for used cars let alone safety inspection.Update 12/15/20:I sent them the email to resolve this and never heard anything back from them. They are hoping I go away. I attached the email.
I want to drop a note to potential buyers at John Sisson Motors ( mercedes - washington pa), I walked into the dealership looking to inquire about a car I was interested in,, Rhonda Plymire ( a sales consultant ) introduced herself to me with a great attitude and an awesome smile, mind you i was in a tee-shirt and jeans and i I am not a typical person you would see in there, but looking for a quality car for dad it had to be a mercedes benz. I had an interesting situation I was trying to work out, another friendly person i was able to get to know after a few visits was Angela Marcinizyn ( a manager) .two of the friendliest woman to meet, i enjoyed our conversations. and did pick up a 18 cla 250 from Rhonda. so if your in the market for a car, stop in and find Rhonda and tell her I sent you. I cant give zero stars or I would. From the arrogant sales person Joe until the 4th day of not getting financed we went to another dealership and got financing for my fiance in less than 20 minutes. Sisson asked for information and stated we couldnt use it BUT guess what. The other dealership took it..Sisson is the worst dealership Ive ever encountered NO ONE should step foot on their property if they expect to be treated Fairly!!!! 0 stars out of 0.

I had to wait an extra month for my new GLE to come in because that model has become so popular but it was definitely worth the wait! I love my new car! My sales guy, Geoff Mackey seemed almost as excited as I was when he called to tell me that my car was on its way! Then the day I went to pick up my car everyone at John Sisson was so nice, helpful and excited for me. I was even given a very yummy cake to celebrate when I got home! I’m loving my first Mercedes thanks to everyone at John Sisson Motors!

Angela was great, she answered our questions regardless of how we asked: in person, text, email or phone! She is a very professional and personable individual who makes you feel at ease during the process. She provides sincere and undivided attention (you dont feel as if she has to run to talk to another client, never).Kaitlin and Jeremy were equally professional, knowledgeable and friendly.The facility is inviting and impeccable.Without giving too much...picking up my new car (Mercedes SUV) was a very special and unforgettable moment - my favorite! 😃🎂
My experience was so awesome. I wanted a vehicle so bad and both Cliff and Rick found me one in my price range as well as wheeled and dealed with the bank to get me the best prices and rates. When arriving at the dealership we were greeted by a very sweet receptionist who told us that we would be meeting with Geoff. As soon as we met Geoff he was very pleasant and energetic! We have had a terrible experience at this dealership. The service department is horrible, rude, and unhelpful. The moment the managers found out I was turning my lease and not getting another vehicle from them, their attitudes where unprofessional! Not a good place to by a vehicle! This was my forth Mercedes lease and I will Never lease another one from them again.

Ive traveled and been thru a number of Mercedes dealerships on the East coast and from my experience, the John Sisson dealership is the epitome of what a car dealership, especially a M/B dealership, should be. From the greeter, to the salesman and his management, the Finance Manager, the demonstrator (the guy/gal who really knows the car, the electronics, the push buttons, etc.....and Sissons guy Juan is brilliant!), their employees are top shelf. So if youre interested in a M/B, new or used, do yourself a favor and see the Sisson group in Washington, PA.

If there is a perfect experience to be had in the automotive world it will happen for you here. Having spent 15 years in the industry exclusively at German Car dealerships, I was sure I knew what to expect when I went in to John Sisson Mercedes to purchase a USED domestic vehicle I saw online. Needless to say my thoughts of what would occur were way off!! I expected, here is the Caddy you were looking at, buy it if you want well be inside. It was surreal, I pulled up the car was actually parked in front of the showroom, I was greeted at the door, Geoff Mackey was introduced to me and we were off for a test ride. Throughout the experience I felt as on par as a client buying a 75,000 Benz!! I stated that fact and was told that is how we treat all our clients. The effort to get everything done was fantastic on all parts down to the F and I!! Also the final deal was better then expected!! Just when I thought it was over a few days later I get a call that they want to pick up my car and put fresh inspection stickers on it. I live an hour away and never expected this for a used car but then they said we will drop off a loaner and come and get it for you. They did and its done. Amazing service!!! For all members I spoke with what a top notch outfit! The Greeter/sales/ service manager and adviser oh and the lot guys the Caddy was cleaned again!!.If I could levy one complaint, it would be that they need to open a Caddy dealership so I can trust where I am taking my car to!!!
This place is absolutely terrible no one gets ahold of you when you need help or have a question. And I would never ever deal with (Jeremy Carpenter) if you would ever go to this place he was no help at all and sold a car we were trying to buy the next day

She walked me through test driving a model I did not order and finding a vehicle that met all my needs out of state. She made the process easy and non stressful. I’ve been. The presentation of the car was over the top! However, my top compliment is how the dealership stood behind their product. The vehicle was used and came with no warranty. After a short time of ownership, a problem with the brakes developed. John Sisson resolved the issue with absolutely no charge to me. Real standup people and a pleasure to deal with!!!!!

Drove from suburban Cincinnati to buy a car I saw online at John Sisson Motors. Geoffrey Mackey was so helpful in arranging for us to purchase the vehicle with only 1 days notice. He videoed the car for me. He worked with the team in the shop to get the car ready for us on short notice. He helped us every step of the way from directions, to where to have lunch! Had my new van serviced here for the second time. A week ago, had my rear brakes done for inspection. Unfortunately, Had to go bring my van back yesterday. Found out my parking brake needed adjusted, something that should have been completed and tested on the rear brake install. After wasting my time bringing my work van back to fix what should have been done originally, Couldnt believe they have the gall to charge me for this. Bought my van here and had serviced here. Hope their happy, $67 lost you a customer.
Took my car to get aligned and was told by service advisor that it needed suspension parts to set part of the alignment. But when I asked what parts was needed I was just replied to suspension parts plus I got no readout on what was adjusted on my car and can’t get a phone call back from service. NOTE I own my own auto repair business and checked t his car out before it went to the dealer it only had about 2000 miles since i bought it. So just saying I paid for a alignment that they probably never did and then they try to scam u into changing parts they don’t need to. U would think going to a Mercedes garage u would have quality service performed but obviously they are rip offs trying to change parts that are not needed. Can’t even get a phone call back to explain I guess u can’t lie to someone that knows about vehicles.

Always receive top notch service. Johnny in service is so nice and very accommodating when I need to bring my SUV in. One time they gave me a rental and due to having a minor surgery I was not able to drive it back, so they delivered my car to me and picked up their rental. Just a great place to deal with.

Terrible experience. We went in here today fully intending to sit down with someone and price out/test drive and potentially buy the GLC SUV. Not one single person gave us the time of day from when we walked in to when we walked out. I specifically heard the front desk worker ask a sales guy if he can help us and his response was “I’m sending a text right now.” Didn’t realize that took precedent over customers looking to spend $50-60k on an SUV. The woman who finally gave us the key to take a look at the showroom model spent 20 seconds with us and then left. Waved her arms at me to give her the key back later on. I will never come back here and will let everyone I know the same thing. We’ve heard this is commonplace from this dealer so not surprised.
I sent my SLK in for a service and state inspection. I asked them specifically if they could clean it up/detail it nicely for me so I could store it for the winter, which they agreed. The bill was $1240.I left town on business, so they had my car for over 3 weeks. They dropped it off at my house a few miles down the road from the dealership when I returned, which I thought was great!Except the wheels were filthy black with brake dust and the grill was still covered in bugs.When I called to ask them about it, they told me a cleaning would require time and an appointment...but they had to car for over three weeks, and I had specifically asked for it to be cleaned. Then they told me they HAD cleaned it, but because I let it sit there for a couple of weeks, it snowed on it and therefore it got dirty.Firstly, paying $1200 for a service is idiotic enough, but then being spoken to like Im dumb enough to believe that snow falling on a car sitting in a lot creates brake dust on the wheels and a build up of bugs on the grill? Completely disrespectful. At least just say it was a mistake and offer to clean it.For $1200 I would at least expect that the services I requested would be rendered. If they didnt clean it, then who knows what services they actually did or did not perform? Next time I will go to a different city, or even a different state for service. I refuse to pay that much money to be spoken to like Im stupid.

He has listened to my every want and helped me get the vehicle I truly loved! He did not try to sell me on a different vehicle or less extras. He has been there for me from my initial call to the dealership all the way through the final signature I placed on my contract. And speakingof signing, Clif Burns did all of the paperwork for me, guided me through the gap insurance and extra coverage policies option, and explained every piece of paperwork I had to sign with patience and a level of knowledge you need when signing a contract in a place that is foreign to you. Delivery of your vehicle is an overtop Experience that I’ve never seen before. Every thing was explained and covered throughly. Had a good experience leasing a car here. The staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. Between showing us the different models, the different features, ordering the car, tracking it, and picking it up, they made the while thing a pleasure.The only negative is that they did not want to deal with my trade so they low balled it, but that ended up being a small nuisance.Process for getting it was complex but handled well. Complete explanation of everything was provided, and i even got a cake!!

I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle from John Sisson Mercedes in Washington, PA. The entire staff was extremely helpful from the initial phone call to verify that the vehicle I was interested in was still available, to the completion of the sale with the financing department. I was hoping to purchase the vehicle as a surprise for my wife for Christmas. In order to keep it a surprise, I had to go through the car buying process while also taking care of our 6 month old son. Everyone at the dealership was understanding of my situation and made the experience easy and enjoyable. The sales consultant I worked with, Brian Earley, was knowledgeable and accommodating and the sales manager, Cliff Burns, helped me through the financing paperwork. Cliff went as far as to hold the papers from sliding around while I held my baby in one arm and signed with the other. In addition, the individuals in the shop made accommodations to inspect my newly purchased vehicle thoroughly, and I was able to drive my new car home that evening. I received follow up calls to see if I had any questions related to my purchase and I also received a text message offering to return a CD that I had left in the vehicle I traded in. My son and I had a great experience! We encountered very kind and helpful people everywhere we turned. My wife LOVES her new vehicle! Support this dealership people, theyre doing things the right way!
They are simply great. The people, the service, everything. Im sure there are those who disagree but, thats apparently the American way (freedom).
Rick in sales said my Continental tires would never need to be rotated. Mentioned this to my brother who owns a tire shop and yes they need to be rotated. He also said when I purchased the car that i do not need to worry about air bag issues as they are made by Mercedes. Another false statement.Mechanics are ok after finding issues with motor and replacing several engine components including pistons, rings etc.
The whole experience was extremely enjoyable. They never rushed to close the deal.

My rating is on service. I left my car in good faith for a service appointment on Thursday morning, 8/22 (8/21 evening drop off). I told the dealership I was going to be out of town until Monday, 8/26 and I needed the car to be ready then.Communication was poor. I can only speculate that since I was going to be out of town, that my appointment was pushed back. If otherwise, nobody called, emailed or texted me to let me know that there was a delay. I heard nothing Thursday. Since it was a travel day I didnt think too much of it. I called on Friday, and once they figured out my car was actually there (person I spoke with couldnt find anything on it at first), I was then told who my service provider was and that my car had not yet been diagnosed. I heard nothing back on Friday. I used the chat feature on Saturday to try to contact. I was told that my comments would be forwarded to a manager who would contact me ASAP. Never heard from him the rest of the day Saturday or Sunday. Monday, while in the gate at the airport, I left a message explaining the time I was boarding the plane, to send me an update via email or text. I would be unavailable to talk since I would be on the plane for the next 5 hours. What happens? My phone rings as we are taking off down the runway!Again, I went to the chat feature. Unable to receive any of their text updates until the plane landed. Again explaining I needed to have the car when I arrived home and would pick up before 8:00. They did attempt to text me and I received it after the plane landed, telling me the problem, cost and that they required authorization to order parts to proceed. It was too late. The whole reason I dropped the car while I was away is because I need it when Im home. I finally got another call, Tuesday morning at 7:45. I told them to have the car ready so I could pick up and go to work. They attempted to explain they were trying to contact me on Monday. I told them my problem with the entire experience was that my appointment was for Thursday and communication was poor. I was late for work because of this.To put the icing on the cake, when I picked up my car, I had a low tire pressure alert. Supposedly a complimentary inspection was performed, but I guess that tire pressure wasnt a part of the inspection. So I had to go stand in the rain and put air in my tire.Doubtful I will ever return here for service.
Today I picked up my new GLB Rick was my salesmen this was my 3 rd Mercedes that I got from him he is always on top of it and the service is always top notch. Thanks Rick and Kaitlyn
