Walked in due to the recommendation of a friend and I was pleasantly surprised! They helped me find my first mattress for my first apartment, and I’m all set up for delivery tomorrow easily! Helpful customer service and lots of options, and very nice even when I only wanted to look at cheap mattresses.

You get what you pay for with this company cheep used mattresses and terrible delivery and follow up. Almost two weeks of coordinating a delivery and no mattress. Cancelled order and have to wait 5 days for fund return. Stuck with previously purchased mattress that I can not trade in or get credit for. Will be calling corporate but everything is automated. Scam! Purchased mattress for delivery To retirement home early in the week. Received call that truck would arrive in 15 mins on a Thursday. Never showed up. Called store, computer down and could’nt give tracking status. Told to call back next day but Store still had no computer access. Called day after that still no status, set delivery for following Tuesday. Delivery arrived and were asked to wait for maintenance. Less than 5 mins later they left. Called store, no status. We will never use this company again.

Vanna was very patient and didnt push us toward any mattress/brand we werent entirely comfortable with. There were so many options but she was able to quickly narrow our sleeping styles and preferences and find the perfect mattress at the perfect price point. Go see Vanna!

Im really disappointed in this mattress firm location. I called on Monday because we were within our 100 day trial of our current mattress and wanted to either return it or exchange it for another option. I spoke with a woman who quoted me a price that was $600 higher than what I saw online for the mattress we were interested in; she promised to call me back once she had double checked on the price. After waiting for 3 hours for a return call, I called back and spoke to her once again. At this point she informed me shed forgotten to call me back but that she wanted to wait to confirm everything until her manager could call me on Tuesday morning. I have never heard back from anyone at this mattress firm and am now looking at a mattress price that has changed to its original price. I could have saved $600 but due to the complete lack of follow through and proper business practices from this business, Im now forced to either keep the mattress we are not totally happy with or spend a chunk of money that yesterday I could have saved.

I have bought two mattresses from this store and the process has always been easy! I was so happy with the service, my bed, and how helpful Tony was! I absolutely recommend coming to this store, because their customer service and knowledge really makes for a great experience and you will be happy with the mattress you leave with.

Were happy with our mattress from here from two years ago. We went back today as well (9/15/2018) and purchased a new king mattress. Tony, the manager, really worked with us to fit our budget and to find a mattress that we would like. Cant compliment the service here enough.Havent received the new mattress yet, but Ill be sure to update this review once weve had it and slept on it for enough time to give it a fair shake.
