I had previously put a 5-star service, however I have to take it back for several reasons. Staff is really nice; however, my bed took two weeks to arrive (which is still pretty bearable) but the sheets I purchased didn’t come with. Those are the only sheets I have, I’ve been sleeping on nothing for a month and what has been a burden is that no one seems to know where they are and no prompt solution was given from the company. In summary, nice service but can be inefficient.

UPDATE 2: my mattress is arriving on time now but it was rather unpredictable. Changing my review to 3 stars but beware if you need assurance that your mattress will be delivered after 5pm on a work day.UPDATE:The staff never followed up on my next day shipping and it didn’t happen. I had to call to find that out. Then I tried to do schedule a time for later in the week and again, they didn’t follow up and the order was not shipped at the time specified. Now, I will likely have to wait a week because you have to pay an additional $80 to choose when you will receive a shipment. Very poor handling. Staff is nice in person but doesn’t follow through (or hasn’t, so far)ORIGINAL:We worked with Anaka and the service was amazing. I was shown a bunch of mattresses and I even tried one twice. I was also provided discounts that brought a mattress into my price range. I had a weird timeline to meet and Anaka was really adaptable and helped us regardless.

The managers at Mattress firm are great. I ordered a pillow from the store, but the manufacturer of the pillow sent the wrong size and then gave me bad information about pillowcases (so I bought the wrong ones and was frustrated). Mattress Firm made everything right though. They helped me exchange the pillow for a different brand AND gave me a discount, even though none of it was their fault. Next time I need a new mattress, Mattress Firm will be my first stop.

Great experience here, especially with Larry (the salesperson). He was knowledgeable, gave us the honest pros/cons of different mattresses, and was patient as we considered our options. We were in and out, with a new mattress ordered, within the hour. And they had good COVID protections in place, which made us feel comfortable.

Called from out of town to the East Coast to buy a specific mattress and have it delivered. Although, the mattress I wanted was unavailable the sales associate helped me find a similar mattress that could be received when I needed it.
