She has been absolutely amazing. There are no hoops to jump through or loop holes to fill. She was straightforward from the beginning and super nice and kind. I LOVE this place so much! As soon as you walk through the doors you see big smiles! Warren and Devon are the best! I’m terrible with names, but the two boys who transported the washer and dryer to my apartment were extremely sweet and very caring! Made me laugh the entire time they were setting up the machines. I 100 percent recommend Rent One to anyone! If I could rate it 100 stars I would 😍

Used to be a really good place, good people, good atmosphere, buy over the last year or so things changed, its more like hurry up make your payment and leave, even mangers I had alot respect for changed the way they treat customers. Got more things I can remember from there over the last 6 years but dont plan on going back. Dont like being disrespected

Worst experience Ive ever had with a business. Lied to every step of the way. They must not be used to customers who actually READ THE CONTRACT. Patrick told me if I ordered online the application could be processed same day, delivery next day. I ordered online and waited most of the day for a call back. He finally got back to me...45 minutes after the store closed that day! I was told Id get delivery the next day, which turned into 3-4 days, which turned into a week or two, which turned in to 6-8 weeks, which turned into they dont tell us when, we have no way to know . One of the items I ordered online, I was told the company cant get anymore because they dont make them anymore. They also told me the website ordering started 2 days earlier, so why sell things online that dont exist? I eventually got my stuff 8 days after placing my order. When describing the contract they told me I have to pay 2 separate fees to protect the items. I read the contract, and one of the fees they said I HAD to pay to protect the items was described as a prescription savings plan! They lied about how much my payments would be, how much pay off would be, when the payments were due. They forgot to hve me sign the second contract, and instead of calling ME they called my work and all my references without ever calling my house. Then left a sign on my door saying WE KNOW YOURE HOME. When I decided to get rid of the items, they made an appointment to come get everything on a Friday. Friday came and went without so much as a call. My husband told them we wouldnt be home for a few days, and they said theyd call Wednesday to make a new appointment. They called Monday and Tuesday and left messages saying we need to make an appointment, but we werent home to take the calls. Wednesday, when they said theyd call, they finally called 15 minutes before closing time, and I was tucking my kids in to bed and missed the call. Thursday I called and Patrick told me that Chelsea put in the computer on Friday, that we wanted our stuff picked up that day, Thursday. Funny, considering if we had set an appointment on Friday, why do I have a voicemail on my phone from Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday saying please call us and make an appointment!. Lying, rude, insulting. I will never do business with them again.
