If you in the look of buying furniture DO NOT I repeat 🗣🗣🗣go to Farmers Furniture in Washington‼️WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, they will HARASS YOU, like you don’t have other jobs n obligation to tend to and call everyone on the list you gave them! It’s only one good manger name Mo, that have a decent customer service. The management and the employee at the desk all need to be FIRED‼️ Currently waiting on the district manager to give me a call!!

Brought several items here. Use to be a great place to shop. Called for months and complained about the wood that fell underneath my chair set. Was told to send a picture but nonthing was done. Finally paid them off be aware !! If you make the manager mad they will put things on your credit report to make your score bad and also keep up with your receipt they will lie and say you owe when you paid.

Man this is one of the most messiest places Ive ever purchased anything from! Firstly when I in to pay for the set I wanted a guy named MARTIN was helping me, he ended up added extra stuff to my total without even asking! The lady who was going over my sales work sheet looked confused to as to why he just added on extra stuff as well as giving me the wrong price for my set. She got it all figured out and everything was good. However when it came time to deliver to my home the communication was just horrible!! They never called before they showed up on top of that I ordered 3 things which the manager SAM claimed would be on the truck. Well guess what they forgot to load my last item now I have to wait to see when it can be delivered again. This was just bogus and I will not recommend dealing with this messy place man. Really disappointed because they had great prices and a great selection. Not cool.

I ordered a bedroom set. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday between 10:30 and 2:30 at 3:30 furniture was still not delivered and no phone call. I called earlier that morning to confirm delivery time and was assured they would be there. Ended up missing delivery. They never called to let me know they was on the way or at the house. Called office they wanted to rescheduled for the following weekend. Asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold and then hung up on. This will be the first and last time I ever do business with them.

I had a very pleasant experience here. The worker that helped me was very detailed in his explanations and information. He helped me very much. He was extremely nice also. The only thing that I semi had a problem with were the prices. Mainly out of my price range. But the man I worked with was awesome. I would definitely recommend them!

A VERY BAD PLACE OF BUSINESS, my very first sectional i got from them the workers brought it to my house and in the process of bringing it in they messed up the corner of my chair, I called the office to let them know so they Scheduled a time to come out to look at my chair, and have it fix no one never came. They insurance are a scam, I also purchase a table from them i think its called the lazy susan table if Im correct but the table start to bubble up so I called and put in a claim, the store manager even came out to my house and looked at the table and took pictures due to I have called times before to do the claim and it kept getting kicked out the system some how. So after taking months to get back in touch with me I finally got a called only to tell me that the bubbles probably came from a cup sitting there so they cant do anything about it, basically the insurance only cover the legs of the chairs and table.

I went in and got some furniture and it was interest free and that told me o would get it all bad after I paid it off.but that didnt happen so Ill never do business with them ever again

Some of my family members purchased mattress sets from this store in Washington Nc. They are terribly deformed and sleeps horribly. They will not replace them. So I purchased a new set for my mom and myself and they refuse to come and pick up the one that was purchased from them. They even talked about taking legal action. None of us should have to pay for something that we cannot use. They want us to pay on them even when we dont need anymore. How is this right? We want to give them their merchandise back but they will not take them. Its probably because they know they are no good.

I have bought washing Machine and dryer and living room suite and coffee table and end tables and a Big King size Bed .Customer service is so awesome I have been with Farmers Furniture for a long time when ever I want or need anything I go to Farmers Furniture. I am very pleased with there customer service .

Staff is excellent... Michael Roach helped us put together our dream bedroom, and we didnt break the bank! We will be returning for future furniture needs. Made a mental wish list, while we were there😉😁

Farmer Furniture provided me with exceptional friendly customer service. Evelyn is the best Sales Representative! Great low monthly affordable payment plan that you cant resist. The only reason I did not give a 5 star because the living room set is beautiful but after having it for little over a year the comfort level deteriorate. My disappointment is knowing this set would not last very long. As for bedroom set that I purchase, absolutely love it and in great condition.

We went and got furniture at the Washington location. Due to my husbands health conditions and not able to work we asked them to come get the furniture. We would even take it to them. They have summoned us to court for missing payments. Why? They say they have to do their part. All you had to do was come get the furniture. Save you legal fees and save us from having to go to court. But no you want to do it like this I guess thinking we gonna just come up with the money to pay you. If I didnt have it last week, didnt have it the week prior then I wont have it now. I will never do anymore business with this place. They could care less even if my husband have of died. Sorry group of people!

Helpful salespeople and great customer service.

I was given 7 different ETAs from 11am till 6pm and finally arrived a week later!! The manager promised me free delivery charge and $100 discounted from my bill, when my furniture arrived it was missing a sectional and I was told that the missing piece was not included in the package that I purchased. Come to realize that they only sell you words. Be careful if you ever enter the Washington location and read before you sign as it is very tricky. I asked about the return policy and they could not find it on any paperwork at all so I googled it and its a 14 day return starting the day of your delivery for those who dont know.

Would not recommend this place to ANYONE!
