Fabulous service! Our washer went out last week. We shopped around all the local places. Once we figured out what we wanted we came back in with the serial number and told them the best price we had found. They were able to not just match, but beat the price. Their final price for the set included delivery, installation with all hoses and plugs, and haul away of the old stuff. Everyone else charges for that. Give them a chance, our new washer dryer set is top-of-the-line, installed properly, and it was delivered at the best possible price.

The man that came was very nice, but he was here five minutes and I paid $165. They charged me $46 for the part that can be found online for 14.99. If you want to be robbed choose roettering appliance. When I called to question the bill, the secretary immediately became defensive even though I started off very pleasant. I wish I could make $150 every five minutes. I couldnt make that with two masters teaching.

AJ was super helpful getting my clothes properly cleaned again.
