We used this company to install vinyl flooring!! When I say I love my floors I really mean I love the work. The installer were prompt and very clean. My install started at 8am and my job was complete before 1pm. This was by far one of the best services I’ve had in a long time Looking for a great company this is it

I was referred to MCC when we bought a small condo for our son who just graduated college. We were planning on purchasing carpet and then I discovered they also do other types of flooring. I’m a realtor so I know people usually prefer hardwood’s over carpet. So we went that route for resale and had them install engineered hardwoods, I couldn’t be more pleased!!! The salesperson (Roxanne) was great as were the installers and the home office. I will refer them to everyone I know that needs any kind of flooring!

Do not go here at all cost. Theyre quick to take your money and pretend like theyre on top of the carpet game, but when they cant get it right theyre quick to push you out the door and keep your money. Meanwhile letting huge contracts go by the wayside. Ill never come here again.

Highly recommend! Such a stress-free experience during a stressful time in the world. A salesman came out to our home with samples based on our want/needs and wore a mask in our home. He measured and setup an install date (less than a week out!) all in his 20 minute visit. Installers were very polite, respectful and efficient. They arrived within the window they promised and completed two bedrooms in about 2 hours; looks awesome. Can’t recommend enough!

This company does not conduct professional business. my co worker provided a lighting service for a fee, and they shorted him 300$, mind you we are a small local business. Their exact words when we asked for the remainder of the money was Take it or leave it. Do not do business with Motor City Carpet & Flooring.

Very pleasant experience with Motor City Carpet. First Bruce did the onsite estimation with lots of good and professional suggestions. Installation crew are also amazing, they have done it super quick and clean! Really love their high energy. Would recommend to any friends who will be shopping for carpet.

I was very happy with the service, pricing and quality of the job. My estimator was very knowledgeable and the installation crew, led by Sergio was incredible. They did an excellent job with the installation and left everything clean and looking great. Highly recommend.

Motor City was extremely helpful! They came to my house, helped me pick out the best color and gave me a quote (all while not being too pushy - this is a BIG deal for me!) I have recommended them to those who are looking for carpet and we will use them again in the future for our carpet needs!

Great experience from the first call to the last. We consulted several contractors for a technically difficult kitchen flooring job. No one wanted to a tear-out, but MCC&F tackled it head on. The crew was fantastic. The job was completed on time and on-budget. Staff was responsive and friendly. Ill be calling for carpet before long!

Went in to purchase a 4 foot by 5 foot piece of padding, the guy took me in back in the corner and dug in a pile scrap ( which I didnt mind) however he wanted me to pay $20.00 for this duty piece of scrap. Went down the road and got a piece for $5.00.

Issue # 1 Never Called to schedule an appt after I paid in fullIssue #2 Took several weeks to get an appointment scheduled after I paid in full. Ended up calling them and scheduling the apptIssue #3 Received a call the day before installation to be notified that they canceled the night before. Took the day off work; I have to reschedule the movers etc. etc. etc.Issue #4 With the last minute cancellation not a 10% discount for my time or anything

Got cut off by one of their vans in Allen Park and they proceeded to drive by and give us the finger while my 8 year old daughter was in the car. Very unprofessional. Should probably get some new employees that dont make a company look so tacky and unprofessional.

Very courteous and helpful with all my flooring selections with a great price

DO NOT use this company to purchase and install the flooring product marmoleum! While the company staff and installers are very friendly and want to be helpful, they are incompetent when it comes to this product. They made claims that could be not backed up and the resulting quality was extremely poor. After two attempts to properly install the flooring and multiple promises to make it right, the owner Bruce went back on his word and just walked away from the job. It was so bad that the owner only charged 50% and told us to figure it out for yourself. Both installation attempts were left with incomplete work, burned closet door, jagged cuts, air bubble, lumps from too much adhesive and debris under floor leaving floor imperfections. They even left a mess that I had to clean up. Very unprofessional. The owner also delivered an extra $1,500 worth of material to my home just to wash his hands of everything for the terrible installation job his company performed. 6 months later and trying to figure out what to do, the Forbo marmoleum rep sent over an expert installer who repaired what he could at a very reasonable price. He did a fantastic job and even spent an hour finishing and buffing the floor! I love the Forbo marmoleum product but it is best to not use this company to install it (or any other product they sell)!
