Jim and Jeff installed my new luxury vinal floor in my kitchen and bathroom from Villa carpets.They went above and beyond helping me repair a heat vent before they put the floor in. They were fast and professional. Thank you both for all the help and a great job. I love my new floor.The salespeople were very friendly and helpful in helping me choose a floor. I went to another place first and they couldn’t seem to find what I wanted and wanted to charge $500 more. So glad I looked around . I picked my floor at villa in about an hour.they have the flooring displayed well.thank you for my new floor!

These guys are GREAT - we needed two small spaces carpeted and Villa Carpets staff worked with us to find high-quality remnants for our small spaces that wound up saving us a lot of money. Install scheduled within a week, work done quickly and professionally. Would definitely use again.

We ordered Comfortex cellular shades and so far the experience has been smooth! We really appreciate the service the company has provided. I will update review once cellular shades have been installed.

They did a decent job on my floors, however they didnt put any molding down and still charged me full price- also, cracked my toilet. Tried to glue it back together and it ended up leaking into my floors, staining them and refused to come out and see it.

The work has always been reasonably priced, but most important, the quality of product and installation has been absolutely excellent.My last project was a 3,000 home in Oakland Township that Villa did vinyl in a basement laundry area, beautiful 50 year guaranteed solid 3/4 hardwood on the main floor, carpeting on the two other floors and it was all superb.They did a carpet and vinyl installation on one of my brothers investment homes and he said it was the best he has ever had done.Just a number of weeks ago they did a total blind install in one of my clients investment properties and that was outstanding as well.I highly recommend them.

We recently replaced A LOT of carpet in our home, some of it at least 30 years old. The existing carpet and padding included a lot of questionable choices in installation by the prior owners, and required a lot of thought by the new installers. Working with Villa was a pleasure from the beginning. Holly greeted us warmly in the store and was knowledgeable and reasonable. Dan, the owner, came out to do the measurement and was nothing but professional and efficient. The installers, Heath and Rob(?) were fantastic. They took their time and did everything to the standards they would expect in their own homes. They were also personable and fun to have around, and there was a lot of joking and kidding going on during the three days it took to get this major job completed. Of course we like the new carpeting, but what is even more striking is the difference between the qualify of how the old carpet was installed and how the new carpet is installed. The stairway went from being baggy, over-padded, and sloppy to a neatly tailored set of steps to the second floor. I could not recommend Villa any more highly. FYI, they did not ask me to post a review for them. Ive just that pleased, and Im a pretty picky customer.

The customer service at Villa Carpets is outstanding. I was able to work with Pamela and Carol and they made the process of picking out new window treatments so much easier! They have an eye for design and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Their products are high quality and reasonably priced. The installation was done perfectly and I am so happy to have beautiful new blinds and carpet in my home. I would highly recommend Villa Carpets, its a great local business that truly cares about their customers.

Professional, courteous, and CLEAN! They installed carpet and blinds two years ago in my new place. The carpet has held up, the blinds still look great, and I know I can call them if an issue ever arises. Cant wait to use them again for my next place!

Best carpet place in the business. Family owned operation. Dont call the carpet guys first call Villa. They go the extra mile to appease their customers. Id give them a 10 if I could we love the carpet that we picked out.

My mom began using Villa almost 20 years ago. My husband and I used just used them for our family room and the experience was amazing! Dan was so patient in explaining everything to me in the showroom…from carpet styles, types and the different pad choices. He gave me samples to take home and he made sure we selected the right carpet for the way we live…high traffic, pets, stain repellent, etc. Heath and Rob, the installers, were awesome! They took such care in making sure the room was perfect. They were so kind, neat, tidy and conscientious. The entire experience was a pleasure and we will be sure to recommend Villa to all our friends. Sure, you can go to a big box retailer…but for the best service and quality, I think that shopping local and supporting small businesses is the only way go!

Wonderful job. They completed my 1700 sq ft basement and stairs. It turned out amazing. They sent out professional installers that seemed to really cared about the work they did. The sales team showed me the style and stayed within my budget. Just a tip, opt for the best padding. It makes a world of difference. I now spend my evenings with my dogs in the basement playing on the floor because it is so comfy...and they hate playing on the hardwood upstairs.

We had Villa install a hardwood floor in our Family Room and it is beautiful! We absolutely love it! Holly was a pleasure to work with and so was Dan. We will definately use them again for our next project!

They did a great job with our basement finish. Carpeting looks amazing, the walkout entry was completed per requeat, and the crew was FANTASTIC and so very polite. Very impressed.

We had whole house carpet installed (about 1300sq ft worth) Our in store experience was great. They helped me pick a carpet and discuss what would work best. Everything after that was bad. I paid my deposit and then never heard anything about scheduling the install. Turns out they had not even ordered the carpet. Which delayed everything and it was stressful because we should have been able to be scheduled before our movers came. They did call me back and got us scheduled in time (after being upset with them.) The installers came, measured and cut. That is when we found out Villa Carpet did not order enough carpet. 2 days of install and then we had to wait for additional carpet to be ordered to finish the job. He wanted me to finish paying then but I refused until the job was complete. The installer said he couldnt come back right away which I told him was unacceptable. He agreed to come back sooner but then called me the day of to say he couldnt. I again told him that was not acceptable because we had the moving company coming the next day so he did come, but was clearly upset about it. 3 days of install and they never brought a vacuum to clean up. He kept forgetting it. He said he could use my personal one or leave it for me to clean up! They also clogged our bathroom toilet and never told us. We found it much later. Disgusting. I would not recommend Villa Carpets. I wanted to support a smaller family run business but it was not a good experience.

Their installers are extremely unprofessional. They swore loud enough for my kids and wife to hear. They used our master bath as their personal bathroom for two days. They blasted rap uncensored so loud it woke up our napping 1yo. One guy kept repeating they should have never taking our house on. The job was too complicated for them. I came home from work early because of the chaos I heard through the phone. They left a mess. They tried to take my scrap pieces. I had to ask them three times to unload my carpet from their van. Each time theyd only take a few pieces out. I spoke with the owner and owners sister. They assured me those were his best guys. He apologised but didnt seem to care.We paid 6000$ to get treated with the utmost disrespect in our own home.

Let me start by saying we are not complainers at all!I have never left a bad review before for any company. Even if I was not happy. I completely understand people are human and we all make mistakes and I will be the first to just let it go.BUT>>>Our experience was a NIGHTMARE I am still paying for.. To be honest we like our carpet and they did a good job with the install. IT was quick and a decent price.We hired them because they did my parents floors and my aunts and they did look very nice. Even though they both warned me they had many issues with them. we figured we were safe because there was no way they would want to screw ours up also. And both of there wood floors looked very nice. Boy was I wrong!After several misquotes, the wood being delayed three times, and months of waiting for our wood it finally arrived! The day they were dropping it off I was devastated to see they ordered the wrong wood! I seriously wanted to cry!We hired a moving company ($200) to move our entertainment center even though it was included in the price. We were trying to be nice because we knew how heavy it was! Meanwhile it is still sitting in my kitchen. :(The wrong wood being delievered was not all Villa Carpets fault. There was a transition between the wood company and somehow it was mislabeled. However they treated us like this was our fault. I was in shock at how we were treated. We were not offered one penny off for the inconvenience. And we did not get an apology until I told them I was shocked that no one even told us sorry. Our 3rd install date was suppose to be April 7th. Due to them ordering the wrong wood the new install date they gave us was June 27th! I could go on but the very thought of this makes me sick!VIlla Carpet did mail us a $50 carpet cleaning gift card. REALLY??? Thank you for the reminder that we still have crappy carpet!Luckily we found 1 Wood in Livonia and they are in the process of installing our dream floors! And we could not be happier! Difference in service is NIGHT AND DAY!
