Pro Flooring provided exceptional service when I replaced carpet. The store has a lot of options to choose from but the knowledgeable sales staff quickly helps explain the options so an informed decision can be made. They took the time to understand my needs. I was dealing with dogs and a high traffic area. The sales person quickly explained my options. I got a great quality carpet for a great price. The installation was on time and well done. I highly recommend this flooring store.

Greg and Dawn were great to work with. Dawn made recommendations and got us the best prices. Greg was very through in explaining everything and coordinating of both carpet and LVT installation. The installers were on time and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Id highly recommend.

I just had my floors done by Proflooring, Dawn was amazing. She literally picked out everything for me I didnt even have to walk around the store. She took me to all the on sale carpet, I told her my colors and she gave me the best price from anywhere else. I went to 5 other stores and they were half the price and she waited on me and treated me like gold. This kind of service doesnt exist anymore, wow thanks Dawn !!!

I recently purchased carpeting from Greg at Pro Flooring in Warren, Ohio for my 30 X 26 family room located in my basement. Greg and his staff were able to address all of my concerns and helped me pick out the right Mohawk carpet for the job. They were able to schedule my install within 1 day of the purchase! Jason, one of the installers at Pro Flooring, actually arrived on time, ready with carpet and tools in hand to cut, seam, and install carpeting into the large area to a perfect fit! It was actually impressive! Jason said he has been installing flooring for over 20 years.Greg, the owner of Pro Flooring called the very next day to ask me if I was happy with the carpet, quality of the installation, went over warranty info, and asked if I had any other concerns. Who does that anymore? I will use Pro Flooring again in the Sping for some type of vinyl or ceramic tile for my kitchen remodel because they carry and install every type of flooring. I have only posted one other Review in my life but I felt this company warranted one. I am completely 100% satisfied with the professionals at Pro Flooring in Warren!

It was nasty and the whole day was bad

Bought my carpet and laminate from Pro Flooring on Atlantic st. in Warren and the prices were the best I have found anywhere in the surrounding area.I first got my laminate put in and the guys were very polite and they did a tremendous job.They were on time,they helped me move my furniture because I have no help and they put that floor down so nice made it look easy.Next day I got my carpet installed and same experience at first set of guys,they were on time,did a great job,again helped me move furniture and put that carpet in like Ive never seen before..Both sets of guys said they were with the company since they opened and Doug the laminate installer said he installed for like 41 years and the next guy Mike the carpet installer 38 years of installing.I would buy from Pro flooring again and I will tell everyone about my great experience.Than You Tonya

Just got my floors done at proflooring and I am so happy with Dawn and Greg.From the moment I entered there store I was greeted by Dawn and she helped me pick out all my colors for my carpet and my ceramic tiles.She also came to my house and spent over an hour helping me design the layout of my floors and ordered samples of every color I liked.Then Doug there installer came within 4 days and put my ceramic tiles down and set it at a 45 degree angle and I must say he is truly an artist.There carpet installers came next Brian and Kevin and they did a fabulous job.Dawn and Greg are the nicest, most professional people we have ever met.There prices were about 35 % less than any other flooring store around. Fabulous company I highly recommend them to anyone needing flooring.Thank you guys for the great price and service.!

The deal I got for a simple 12x12 was great. The work was professional and courteous. I would definitley reccomend them to anyone needing any type of flooring.
