I’m asthmatic with terrible allergies and knew the old carpets in my house were a contributing factor. I called the carpet guys and started looking into installing hardwood or laminate. Not something I was thrilled about doing because I hate walking on cold floors. I mentioned it during my in home estimate when I was politely asked to wait a moment while he ran back to his vehicle. He came back with TONS of carpet samples that were allergen friendly! I didn’t know nearly or completely allergen free carpets even existed?! Happy that I could keep my beloved carpets, I started picking away at all the samples.I had a slew of questions and difficulty deciding which carpet I wanted to go with. The salesman was very patient with me and explained everything in great detail. He smiled, answered all my questions and I even went with one of his recommendations. I say this only because I have a very small house and was not a high paying customer. Service you’d expect from someone that was spending a large sum of money with. It’s nice to know there are still good businesses out there. The kind that appreciate each and every customer, from every walk of life.

Personally my experience with the Carpet Guys was excellent. Kind hard working individuals that seem to love their jobs. They installed my floors quickly, meticulously and they look like a million bucks. The Carpet Guys exceeded my overall expectations and were worth every penny. Albeit they’re not the cheapest around. What you get in return will make it seem like a steal when all is said and done. 10 stars!

Everything from the Carpet Guys went well except the sales guy was 20 minutes late and i had an appointment I needed to be at. they did giove me a two hour time window but I thought he would be there at the beginning of the window. Maybe i misunderstood, but besides that the installation and price were good and i am overall pretty happy i went with The Carpet Guys since the folks at Art Van really gave me the run around.

Cost twice as much as its competitors for the same product the sales manager was so rude also
