I contacted them, their customer service is horrible. Poor response and they asked me to wait for 5 days to get my query to be answered. I must say lack of professionalism here.I contacted them to have a look into quality of material that they used for flooring, without getting signed into contract they are not ready to show me the sample material even. In nutshell, I am not much happy with their service at all.
