Just leased my 3rd vehicle from Matt Sauer and Brian G. Thank you guys for making it an easy process as always…. especially during these times.I have been dealing with Matt since i started leasing 6 years ago. Very personable and down to earth and has ALWAYS made me feel comfortable and explains things very thorough. This year I was fortunate to meet Brian to complete the process of my leased vehicle.Smooth process as always….and Mike in finance topped it off with an easy signing process!Thank you Matt, Brian, and Mike. I appreciate you.
Salesman Brian G has maintained a relationship with me since I bought a new 2009 suburban. He would pop in to say hello when I got my car serviced and periodically connected. In recent years once I thought I was ready for a new car he looked for a car meeting my preferences. I delayed 2x during pandemic. When I mentioned I was ready, he kept me aware of the car shortages and any possible car available. He is so kind, helpful and polite! The finance manager Vince was efficient, professional and funny too. All a great experience.
The service manager Keith needs a lesson on customer service. Extremely rude and he obviously doesnt care about returning customers. They lied and said that they told us about an additional service that needed done. They did not tell us before doing it. After arguing over the additional $79 charge, Keith starts out with since this is a he said she said situation Ill tell you what Im going to do for you. Well split the $79. Really? It wasnt even about the amount of money but to do a service without our consent and then lie about it and treat us like we were trying to get out of paying $79. Then my husband said we wouldnt be buying our next Chevy cars from there and Keith said do you know how many times Ive heard that. 9 out of 10 disatisfied customers tell me that. So I guess hes not only not concerned about the success of the service department but also the sales dept too. Mrs Sauer you need to look better into who is running your service department and how Keith is treating YOUR customers. Wont be back for service or sales.
So far so good. Dropped car off for emergency work. Staff has been very responsive. Hope the work goes well.
I didn’t buy my car here, but my wife and I service our Chevy’s here. Nice group of people that work here. I brought my Chevy into the collision center and got a quote within minutes. The oil change was quick and way cheaper than Valvoline and they even washed my car. I’m very satisfied and I’ll be back!
Need free coffie there. Coffie pot. I drank coffie from machine it was good. It was my first time buying new car. New car drives like heaven. Im very happy I bought it. Car salesman was very knowledgeable about car an nice.
First off, this dealership is very unprofessional. The staff is not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Also, I wouldn’t recommend getting a job here because they will take your hard earned hours and vacation time that is owed to you. They have no respect for the techs that actually fix the cars in that place. All in all this place is just very unprofessional and I would not recommend their services, or employment.
Thank you Joe at Diane Sauer Chevrolet you made us feel comfortable, explained in detail what was expected of us. Scott was very knowledgeable in the finance department he got us the best deal that we could get for what we had. Joe and Scott were very professional and made my daughter and I feel comfortable and I want to thank the two of them for great service.
You’re very lucky to have a salesmen like Emarie. He’s wonderful !
On my 3rd trip in trying to get keys made very rude service and the guy at the parts counter was extremely rude using profanity towards me because i was sold the wrong part horrable service would recommend going anywhere els
I had a great experience at Diane Sauer. My salesperson Jesse Rosales was helpful and energetic. The staff was attentive and the vehicle is just what we were looking for. Were dedicated to GM brand loyalty and this is the third vehicle my family has leased or bought at this dealership. The service department has always been excellent as well.
Great experience! I dealt with Joe. He was honest and worked to get the price closest to what was best for me! Recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to make Diane Sauer one of your stops!
It was ok. The car was done in a timely fashion. I wish i received a print out after my car was done. I had to ask what exactly was done to my car during the pit stop.
My wife and I went to Diane Sauer Chevrolet to look for a new Trax, Equinox, or Trailblazer. Our experience could not have been any better. Jesse helped us find the right car at the best price. He was super courteous, friendly and very helpful. This was easily our best car buying experience ever! Thanks
Took my grandmother to them after no other dealer would work with her. She left with a new car. They were very friendly and helpful. We dealt with BRIAN GRISCHOW and I would recommend him. He has helped my family get new cars for over 10 years.
I appreciate the fact that Diane Sauer Chevrolet does not perform unnecessary repairs.
Very professional. Great value too
Nice place to do business. Dealing with Daryl was great
Excellent care and customer service. My husband and I went in and met with John Samulka about purchasing a truck. We wanted a specific color and style that wasn’t available on the lot, but John said no problem he will find what we want. Within ONE day he found our truck and we were able to purchase and pick it up the day after. Everything from arriving to leaving with our new truck was top notch! John took the time to show us how everything worked and made sure all of our questions were answered. We Highly recommend Dianne Sauer Chevrolet for purchase of your new vehicle.
Emarie, was our salesman. Highly recommend this young man. He was truly genuine! Helped me tremendously I came in just for an oil change on my 2014 equinox and was just looking, no intentions of buying. He gave NO pressure, just gave me some numbers. Thank you Emarie.
Karla in service department is very nice and took very good care of me .
***Edit: They fixed her car finally after I posted on social media about the experience. So Ive changed my review to 5 stars since they fixed the issue.***A friend of mine was sold a car from this dealership and told she had a 2 year warranty on her vehicle. When she brought the vehicle in just a little bit after purchase to fix some issues, thet told her oh sorry we were wrong you dont have a warranty and you owe us money. Absolutely ridiculous. It was their mistake on the warranty and her fixes should be covered! I do not recommend ever purchasing a car from this place ever! Besides that, they wont give her her car back unless she pays $100!!! Worst customer service EVER.
Went to Diane Sauers found this car was going to buy it 2010 Malibu agreed on the price and everything took the car for a test drive down the street with the mechanic I brought with me the car ran nice & smooth turned around to head back to the dealership the car started to shut down it had now power & it completely shut down called the dealership the salesman came to where we were the car did start back up after sitting for 15 minutes here it is the throttle body sensor now they want me to pay an extra $1500 for this car if I want itWhat a test drive 😢😢😢I liked this vehicle but not to pay an additional $1500 for a part that is $60-$80 and takes 15 to 20 minutes to put in this is what Im toldBuyers beware
I had a wonderful experience when I brought my vehicle in for repairs. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed done.
Had to have the engine rebuilt, new exhaust, tires, and multiple issues inside the vehicle as well. Thanx for your problem vehicle
Joe was awesome to work with !! Very personable and made everything nice and smooth!!!
Went there to buy are car and I did thank you all for the hare work you did
A good place to buy a new Chevy
Joe was great. He explained things and took time to get my Insurance set up. Thank you Joe.
Drove an hour to get there, wasnt shown on the pics of the car that it was in a accident previosly, the car was all crooked! So disappointed
Needed a loaner car, staff was rude about not having one or even offering us a ride home until we got our normal sales person involved, dont understand why after buying 10+ cars from you over the last 20 years you couldnt let us take a used car while you have our much higher value car, seriously considering switching to ford for our next purchase.
Your service manager Keith is awesome!! He went above and beyond to take care of our on going problem. He is an asset to your dealership!! Your technician found the air conditioner leak that no one else could. Your shuttle driver made us feel safe and comfortable. We had a stress free experience!! We were impressed! You will have our business. Thank you!!!
I want to thank Emarie he was so helpful from the time i was looking for a car til the time he found me one i drove all the way from Columbus to get the 2021 traverse truck he didn’t let me down i will continue to shop with you all THANKS SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME MS ROLLISON
Service in car always good .... but mostly important is who I see n Ive dealt w/ n its been Carla for many years on several different occasions n shes been professional from start ! Ive dealt w/ public my whole life n its not always fun but congrats to Carla n a couple more gals their in past! But it all began w/ JESSE ROSALIE !!! N I THANK YOU once again. SHEREE
Jesse Rosales was very personable and easy to work with. I left with the car I wanted and I was happy. This was the 3rd vehicle I purchased from Diane Sauer and I would recommend them to my family and friends.
My first time ever in the dealership. The staff was courteous, professional, helpful and friendly. The service department was very clean and organized......
Brian Grishow is a consummate professional. Goes beyond even excellent customer experience!! Highly recommend him!! He is a big reason why I continue to purchase Chevrolet products. Scott Pease in finance is also excellent, efficient and great to deal with!! Terrific team!!
The service manager needs a class on how to talk to customers. I have a recurring issue with oxygen sensors failing in my car. First he said I’m not driving the car enough, but later told me it’s a known issue that doesn’t have a fix yet. Later in the conversation he said since I can only afford an entry level car, expect issues to occur. I will never be back to this dealership. I am in the market for a new car and will never consider another General Motors vehicle.
I leased a 21 Chey Trax from Jesse ..Rosales. I love my car! I am looking forward to my next car already. I would absolutely recommend Jesse to to anyone looking to buy a car . He made the buying process really easy.
Jesse Rosales was very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed him immensely and love my Equinox.
I told Karla I had to be out of there by 2 pm to pick up my granddaughter and they were done by 1:35. Good job.
Came in to buy a new truck. All the staff was wonderful people. They took very good care of me.
John Maze and Brian G did a excellent job getting me the deal on the vehicle i wanted
Purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Trax and John Samulka was very pleasant to deal with.Everyone was so very nice and professional in all what they do. Really helpful and curitous. Will come back again, and recommend everyone to john.Thank You again everyone
The experience was easy and efficient! Brian Grischow was helpful and very professional!
As always, all my needs were taken care of and the wait was reasonable compared to the number of customers that day.
Albert Brown is a great salesman. He is going above and beyond to help me find the right suv. Thank you sir!! You have no idea how much this means to me.
Start to finish was very good. There was no major delays and done in excellent time.
Easy and very smooth
Excellent customer service!! Honest guidance from technician!! Service desk was really helpful by all means from first call to payment!! Kudos!!
Nice variety of vehicles
Emarie was my salesmen and he sold me two cars... Thanks
Great service ...great prices
Marissa was very helpful..she told me that my battery in my remote start needed changed and took care of it for me..dealership itself was very clean..my wait for an oil change was very quick.
Difficult to find the Forrest door. Sales guys coming at me 2-3 at a time only to hound me outside to buy a car. Then turn away when I needed help.to find my way to parts door. Very confusing. Then inside still confusing which window is the parts place. A customer helped me find it. Im disappointed they dont have the part.
12-9-2020 I have taken my vehicle to diane sauer three times for a coolant leak and smell. Once when I bought it, then took it back for same reason, and now today. First time had water pump installed yet still smelled and leaked occasionally. Took it back was told its fine and was chagered a diagnostic fee. Now fast forward to today still leaks and smells after all this time, so I finally had time to take it back up to diane sauer to be looked at. This time I had pictures of antifreeze everywhere, but this didnt seem to matter to the service manager and treated me like I was beneath him. The manager gave excuse and tried to guess whats wrong, but didnt give me a reason why it was leaking nor fixed it. Charged me 90 dollars and didnt receive any answers as to why. Diagnostic means to figure out the problem. It doesnt mean give excuses or guess why.Reply 12-19-2020 I have reached out to the general manager as per the response on this post. Sent pictures of truck getting hot and overflow bottle spewing out antifreeze, yet still nothing has been done, nor have I got a response back from the two emails I have sent. This is a business truck that is vital to my operations. I know they are busy, but this problem has been going on for some time now. Guess they would rather it blow up then fix the problem. It has a warranty and have paid their diagnostic fee, only to have to diagnose were the antifreeze is coming from myself. This is a dealership that I had trust in, because they always took care of my mechanical work. But after this last visit its truly profits over customers concerns or problems. Still waiting to be contacted, seeing as I paid to have the problem resolved.
When I called and explained what my vehicle was doing the service department had no clue other than tow it in so they could look at it. They told me to call roadside assistant who were very nice and helpful. When I asked about a loaner vehicle because my vehicle is my only source of transportation I was told that they and GM was no longer loaning vehicles because of the covid19! I expressed that I needed a vehicle and asked if they would use a rental service I was told that it was my problem and that they would not do anything for me. The following day when my vehicle was done thanks to my salesman who helped push it to be done faster,I never even received a call! My salesman had to call me and tell me it was finished. When I arrived to pick it up the service lady was rude and ignorant. She was also doing absolutely nothing at the time of my arrival. I was thrown my keys and said the car was outside somewhere.
Daryl was excellent he sold us 2 cars and has helped us with issues along way. he is a great sales man and made our experience not stressful.
I was taken care of very quickly. People were very friendly and helpful.
Was very satisfied with my car deal. the salesman & finance director worked very hard to get me a satisfactory deal. would recommend to at least give them a chance to see what they can do for you
They broke my mirror and had the nerve to say it was broken and when they closed the door not fell off. Will never go there again and will never let my family ho
Excellent great price on Oil change have my eye on 2021 Trailblazer midnight blue
My salesman Larry was so nice. he even came to my house and picked me up.
The guys there went above and beyond to get me closest to the price range I needed for what I wanted! Then they went even further to ensure my family fit comfortably in my new truck!
Very friendly and quick. very satisfied with the service I received.
Couldnt have been a cleaner process flow
On August 27 I took my vehicle in to get worked on here to find out it needs a new timing chain so here on sept 22nd I still do not have my vehicle back they keep making excuses up why its not done I have tried to talk with the service manager plenty of times but everytime I ask to talk to him they put me on hold then all the phone does is ring think twice where u take your vehicle another thing the people that you talk to in service are very rude how can a business be so rude to people. Mrs Sauer I hope u read this and make some changes to your dealership it starts at the top get rid of Keith make your service dept run smooth with him in charge it will never run smooth
Everyone at Diane Sauer was pleasant, experienced, and professional in dealing with me and my vehicle needs.
The receptionists could be a. little nicer but service is great
Had my truck in the service Dept.Keith/Jackie were very nice and professional.Great service and friendly! Ronnie Parks
I have had a very unpleasant time at Diane Sauer. It has come to my attention when I was getting my oil changed that the repairmen showed me the severe and life threatening rusted parts underneath of my car. It is unable to be fixed and they sold me the car back in November. The repairmen at my local shop told me that they shouldn’t have even sold the car with the condition that it is in. Plus with this cars condition, they shouldn’t have sold the car at the price they did which was a little over $7,000. It’s a 2005 Chevy Equinox. I knew I should have never trusted Chevy. Very disappointed.
UPDATE: I reached out to John via the contact email he responded with below. This was about a month ago that I sent him an email and I have not received a response. One can only assume at this point that the response he gives is more of a formality and not a sincere effort to explain what is going on in their service department.A sham of a service department. In February my mother took her car in for an oil change and was told her brakes needed replaced and it was extremely dangerous for her to drive the car given their condition. She was so perplexed given that she didnt notice any signs, such as pulsation or squealing noises. Took the vehicle to her local mechanic and he told her that her brakes were FINE! He could replace them if she really wanted them replaced but it would be a waste because it wasnt necessary. 4000 miles later the same brakes are still on her car with no problems.Approximately 2 months ago, I took my vehicle to the same service department for an oil change. I was told I needed (4) new tires because the tread depth was 5, 5, 4, and 3. I was given a few printouts of different tire deals they had on special. I decided to shop around and decided on a local tire shop. Took my vehicle in to have them put on and received a phone call while my car was being serviced. The guy informed me that my tires didnt need replaced!!! I had 8 tread depth on all of my tires. Even showed me so I saw with my own eyes. I understand that mistakes happen, but first with my mom and then now with me? Sounds very shady to me. Trying to take advantage of women? Will not go back to this dealership for anything.
Great salesman great car. Thanks Jesse and Vincent
Excellent place do do business salesmen Brian g is the definition of a professional
I was dealing with this being my first time at having a lease to turn in or to buy (I have never done this before). I had received letters and emails from the leasing company & the dealership about taking the car in & checking out these options at 3 months or less left to the lease, which I did. I asked how this works on turning the vehicle in & leasing another vehicle. Which I feel was vaguely explained. I felt a bit pressured to start this process immediately. I asked if I would have to pay the last 3 month lease payments. Which the salesman said it all depended on the lease agreement and whether the dealership purchased the vehicle or the leasing company sold the vehicle. I asked him to check this out for me. He said my best option would be to get the vehicle I wanted that day. I listened to him & got a 2017 Traverse; but now a month later, I received an invoice for the last 3 months of the lease on the 2015 Impala LTZ. I know I should have investigated this more myself. I trusted this salesman & thought he had my best interests in mind; but it was actually his best interests in making a deal that day. I would never had done this deal if he would have told me that I would have to pay the last 3 months of the lease...I would have waited till the lease was done.
Purchased 6 vehicles so far from Diane Sauer ! Larry Morris has been our salesman each time. They give you a warm welcome and a no pressure sales approach is very nice. They take your needs and concerns into consideration and turn it into reality when buying an auto. We have recommended friends and family to buy from here and they have ! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.
They always do a great job.
I had a very positive experience with Brian at Diane Sauer Chevrolet. He has more than 12 years experience working there, a real pro that wasnt pushy at all. I appreciate his professionalism as a woman going there by myself to car shop. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is like me- somewhat dreads the thought of having to replace their existing car/ trade in/ or just looking. Dont hesitate to call Brian, hes a solid guy that will help you find what you need!!Wendy DavisSouthington, Ohio
I would like to share our recent experience with Diane Sauer Chevrolet located at 700 Niles Rd. SE Warren, Ohio. We have a 2019 Chevy Trail Boss purchased at Sarchione Chevrolet, located in Randolph,Ohio which has the largest Chevrolet Silverado Truck inventory in the state of Ohio, from their Sales Department to Service Department the care we have received from Sarchione has been impeccable and the best around. Unfortunately due to the unprecedented times we are all in right now both my husband and I like so many others are considered essential employees and have had a very tight schedule as of late and went to Diane Sauer’s for a scheduled recall issue on 5/4/20..to be notified upon arrival that the proper recall issues could not be dealt with due to them not having the appropriate parts, first and foremost a phone call could have been made to us so that we were not inconvenienced during our work day. Since the vehicle was onsite we requested a oil change and tire rotation to be completed. Upon completion of job the my husband picked the vehicle up only to get a 100 feet from the dealership and the tire came off in the middle of road due to the lugs nuts not being secured appropriately, it was if someone had thrown the lug nuts like in a game of dice. When returning back to dealership, the response he received was “Man I’m sorry never had that one happen before”. The service manager Keith Welton informed him that they would order in a new wheel. When my husband called the next morning we informed them that we also wanted the tire replaced as well. The vehicle was picked up this afternoon with new tire and wheel however they did not think to order in new lug nuts so due to their incompetence we have a scratched lugs nuts on the tire. I would just like to say from Ownership/Management to Service department I am appalled as to how this was handled. If we had not requested the new tire they would have put the old one back on and apparently we should have stated new lug nuts as well. This situation could have resulted very negatively for my husband/family had we been driving more than 10 miles per hour, however we were told “ but it didn’t “ and “that their not in the business of giving money away”. I find this comment insulting as we are two educated individuals that work very hard for what we have. We expect from others what we give our employers each and every day which is getting the job done right. That we had to ASK for everything down to our refund for the rotation to a new tire is mind blowing, due to their lack of not following safety procedures/protocol for any vehicle leaving their lot and placing us and any of their customers at risk. The standard that would set Diane Sauer apart from the big boys in the market will never be due to lack of leadership sales, communication and apparently lack of certified servicemen. Go visit Sarchione Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase and ask for Ryan. You won’t be disappointed.
The service was fine. Quality of workmanship was excellent - what I expect of GM service. Besides the oil change and changing a driver-side door latch, I got 4 new tires which were competitively priced. The wait was a little long at 3.5 hours, but worth it. I got to relax in a nice waiting area where I could continue to work and comfortable enough for a quick nap.
So I went back for some work on my car. I used the online service and requested 3 days in advance for a loaner car because I needed to work the next day. They called me at 445pm that day and told me they needed to keep it overnight. They said they did not have a loaner when I requested it 3 days in advance. Which was a nightmare finding a rental when they all close at 6. I got a rental, paid for it out of my own pocket.I called and told them to meet me at Enterprise at 4pm. The representative said he would have someone meet me between 415 and 430. I called at 432pm and they hadnt even sent someone out to get me. So I was stranded for 30 minutes at Enterprise waiting on the shuttle even after it was agreed upon for me to have it waiting. And then I was not able to be reimbursed for the rental. And then the cashier made a comment along the lines of, Jesus, doesnt anyone ever go to the bank anymore? When I paid cash in full.So I changed my rating from a 5 star to a 1 star. Thank you for reading.
Very friendly,helpful, and fast service
Leasing my wife’s 2018 Chevrolet Equinox was really a good experience but working with the Service department was anything but good, more like horrible. I called to make an appointment to get her vehicle repaired and was told the technician they need to do the work is on vacation. That wasn’t a problem, we made the appointment for the day after his return from vacation. I took the vehicle in and was greeted by the service advisor; she had the tech come and talk to me, he made it clear that he was aware of the appointment time and what needed to be worked on. They had me fillI out the paperwork to explain what the problems we were experiencing with the vehicle as well. Then I was told I would need to wait on it in waiting area. I was called back by the service advisor and told that the technician cannot get to it right away, that he has two cars in his bay. I informed the advisor that I needed a car because my wife had my truck and she was at work. I also asked why she scheduled my appointment if they would not be able to get to it. She blew off my question and then informed me they did not have any rental cars but they can have someone take me home. I really did not have a choice in this matter since I had stuff to do at home. This was a 10:00 AM, around 3:00 PM my wife called about her car, wanting to know what was going on with it. She was told that they were waiting for GM to call them back to see if they knew what they would need to do to fix the problem. When she explained that we needed another car for the night, they said that they would call with an update. About 4:30 PM, I received a call saying they are picking me up. When I get there, I am told they did not do anything with the vehicle, that since my past roll was a service technician, I should fix it myself. There was no “I am sorry for wasting your day”, no, “please forgive us for not getting to it like we thought we would be able to”. They did not provide me with any paperwork or even wash the car. This whole experience is frustrating, if I could have fixed it myself, then I would have. Why would I want to waste my day. If this is the experience you receive then I do not ever want to deal with them again.
Friendly and attentive. Todays visit was fast and perfect, thank you Diane Saures.
Terrible needed $1000 safety repair in one week after purchase Firestone made repairs and said they could not believe Diane Sauer would sell this car Diane Sauer Chevrolet says firestone is rippig me off. car had two bulging tires and numorous safety defects
I went there to get a radio unlocked everything went good will be back to get my 2010 Malibu service in the future
I was very very satisfied. I tried going to Sweeney in Boardman and was not happy. I am very happy that Matt was able to help me and give me a car with more than I wanted for a good price. I felt that they really cared about their customers and not just their money so that made me happy. I will definitely be coming back in the future and already told my friends and family about the amazing business I got at Diane Sauer.
Car went in for warranty repair as I found out I had a leak near my spare tire. Work was done pretty quickly and correctly.
Amazing dealership with top notch customer service! Modern, clean, and a huge selection. Dave Dalton is the best salesman there! My mother loved her purchase experience!
As always, my experience was excellent! The service department never disappoints. Mechanic Greg Webber treats every customer as if they were family.
Could not be bothered to help me find a part for a classic car
I bought my beautiful 2014 chevy impala back in October, and ever since than Ive had nothing but issues with this dealership. Very disappointed with the treatment I have received. Within a week of purchasing my car, I had to replace a headlight. Than shortly after, a turn signal, and now another turn signal. My check engine light has been on and off and the deal tells me there is nothing wrong. I am also a certified buyer, therefore my oil changes are suppose to be free and I have been wrongly charged. I was credited for that today but it doesnt compensate for the mistreatment and the waste of a day. When I make an appointment for 10am I expect to be seen at 10 and not at 1130. I also have had a humming noise since I purchased the car and I have asked if they could look at it and they never did. Today they looked and its a wheel barring. So now they want me to pay $400 to fix it when it should have been fixed before putting it on the lot. Absolutely would never purchase another car here.
As of today 3/31/19: Truck went in 3/11. Have had truck in twice for clock issue ... first repair was new software ... second repair was a new radio ... neither repair was successful. Truck also has physical and audible vibration issues when transmission shifts (or is in the shifting process) ... I stopped in on 3/21, was informed shifting is OK & dealership is waiting to acquire Pico software ... Picked up truck @ 6 PM and havent heard anything since ... The truck still vibrates when it is in the process of shifting and we were told the shifting is OK ... that is a concern ... we also provided a detailed letter explaining the conditions within which the problem occurs ... translated, it doesnt occur randomly, we were informed the Pico test would be performed on the rack in a static condition ... that is a concern ... the vibration occurs ONLY when driving under engine load and its attempting to shift gears
Friendly, knowledgeable salesman ~~ Matt Cornicelli ~~ made our buying experience such a pleasure. We walked in to see the new cars G.M. was offering and walked out with a brand new Chevy Equinox ! I cant thank Matt and the rest of the team for helping us get an exceptional value and the perfect vehicle for us. We have recommended this dealership and will continue to do so. Thank you for making us feel welcome and confident that we made the right choice to suite our needs.
Everyone was friendly, helpful, and courteous. They worked with us and made sure we were satisfied. We were very pleased with our first time experience there. I would recommend Diane Sauer Chevrolet to my family and friends.
Our salesman Rob was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we asked for. I would definitely recommend if you need a new car, this is the place to go!!
This place was great. I went for service on vehicle and they was really quick and cleaned my car. They had a great customer service center but was dirty
Great place and willing to not only work with you, but they are also more than willing to give you as many ideas as they can to help you AFTER youve gotten helped by them.
It took approximately 30 days to get body work done on my truck due to the dealership having to let the body shop manager go from his job due to non performance in his job.The work was finally completed in approximately 24 hours once it was started. The new body shop manager was friendly and helpful.I use this dealership because I am friends with a salesman Ken Kramp. They did a good job on my truck and I am very well satisfied.
