Associates were polite, prompt and knowledgeable. I didnt have to wait too long for my oil change. When I called to make an appointment they were right on, explaining choices I had. I was able to get in as I requested which was the following day. They are the best. I have recommended friends who have gotten their vehicle from them and taken advantage of the great service. I plan on getting another vehicle from them when the time comes.
I will start off by saying WOW!!! Sims dealership on Elm road gets the job done!! It was the fastest service I’ve ever received buying a vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dave Harries was great to work with and when I go to purchase some accessories for my new 2021 Buick Envision, I will be more than satisfied to reach out to Steve Davis! They made what I thought would be a long process, short and sweet!! I’d highly recommend them!!!

The dealership made things easy and were very professional in assisting me. I would recommend them as being much better than Stadium or Sweeneys for purchasing a vehicle. They dont price gouge you like other GM dealerships in the area.
The service department does an excellent job with servicing the vehicles. The staff is knowledgeable of vehicle maintenance needs and the prices are fair. I normally do my own vehicle maintenance, but my experiences with Sims leaves me in a position that I dont mind trusting my vehicle maintenance in their hands.
Oil change and car wash was done in a reasonable amount of time even though they seemed to be very busy. They were able to hear the noise I heard under the vehicle and tightened all the bolts. Hopefully that will resolve the noise issue.
I felt Shawn was upfront and honest with me, which I appreciated. He went above and beyond to make me happy with what I was purchasing as I was not real sure what I wanted in a car.
This dealership is not honest at all. I did my research online I made contact with two individuals at this dealership and since I was coming such a long way they sent me a payment calculator. I also had a trade in. They assured me that they would honor the deal. When I arrived everything had changed and now the payment was $300 more than what they quoted. The salesperson told me that the prices that he quoted were for employees only and that it stated it on the website. After searching for over an hour on the website I did find some very small print that did state that some of the prices were employee prices. The salesperson knew that I was not a GM employee and baited me to drive the hour out there and waste my whole day only to give me a ridiculously high price. This price was the highest that I had ever heard of for a GMC lease. The only way that I could get it this high is if I were to pay them $10,000 to take my trade in. Warning do not do business with these people. If you are local it may be worth the trip for the entertainment however if you have to drive any distance be prepared to get scammed and for them to waste your time.
I brought my Encore in due to oil leaking. The service people found the problem (an outside oil change place had stripped the drain plug), ordered the parts needed and fixed the problem within a day. The service writer (Stephanie) took pictures and documented the problem for me to try to have Valvoline (the offending people) reimburse me. Everyone went out of their way to help me out and I appreciated it.
We went truck shopping recently at SImsBuick-GMC to look for a newer used vehicle. We were greeted by James Baugher, who made us feel welcome and comfortable. He showed us multiple options for the type of truck we were looking for. James also compared the pricing of a new vehicle to the used models we were interested in. We ultimately purchased a 2021 Titan and couldnt be happier. Thank you for your professionalism.
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Steve at Sims. It was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and I wasn’t terribly pleased with the process or the salesman. I feel like male salesman take advantage of women when they don’t think they know anything. I feel like everyone was so pushy and when you don’t know what you’re doing entirely, that’s super annoying. I tried to negotiate a better deal on the vehicle but it didn’t happen. When I was doing the financing, the guy didn’t even ask if I had a down payment. We also had to ask about our initial deposit to be put down as well. It’s like there was a lack of communication and also just wanting to get all the money from me they could. I’m thrilled the process is over. I love my car and grateful I found it, I just wish the process entirely would’ve been better.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE FOR REPAIRS! Absolutely horrible service department! My mother took her Rendezvous here because it wouldn’t start after it was running just fine and all electrical features were working properly. First they said ignition was put in incorrectly (the ignition was working just fine prior to it not starting) so they changed that. Still wouldn’t start. Said they were still looking at it to try to figure out the issue. Days went by and no word. A week and a half later they tell us they got it running, but wheel speed sensor light it on. Said it needed a hub and a hub harness. Gave a quote of a total of $1750 for what they did already, which wasnt much, and the hub replacement. My 64 year old mother reluctantly agreed to pay the way overpriced cost for the repair. 2-3 days later they finally tell her she can pick it up. She paid almost $1900 with tax and when she picked it up the windshield wipers were on constantly and her brake light is on with a steady beeping noise. She took it back immediately only for them to tell her “there’s nothing they can do about it”. Mind you, they also unhooked her remote start. Of course she got upset so then they tell her to bring it back the following Monday and they would “give” her 2 hours of their time to try to figure out the wiper issue. So she took it in and they called her to tell her it would be another $500 to fix the wiper issue that the car didn’t even have when she dropped it off there to begin with. I advised her to get an attorney and turn them into the Better Business Bureau. Worst service I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t let them work on my grandsons tricycle! If I could give them a negative star review, I would!!!
Mark and Steve were great! Since I live an hour away they sent me pictures of the car before I got there, and kept in constant communication about financing. When I arrived everything was ready to go and I did not have to wait long at all.In addition to the amazing service, my Nissan Rogue Sport is great! It rides smoothly, has great safety features, and is more spacious than my previous car.

My mother purchased a vehicle from this dealership not even two years ago and yesterday I went with her to get her oil changed and her tires rotated. When the lady came out and told my mother that her car was ready she then proceeded to tell my mother that her tire pressure system was broken and not working she also told my mom not to get it fixed and that it cost 90$ and that it was too much money and not to get it fixed, however, before yesterday her tire pressure system was perfectly fine and not broken. so, therefore, I and my mother believe that whoever fixed it broke it by accident and wants her to pay for it. My mom tried to call several times today and was told someone would call her back. So the manager of the service department finally called her back and was extremely rude and told her that there was nothing they could do even though my moms car was perfectly fine before they worked on it. This is unacceptable and unfair no customer should be treated or talked to that way. You all need to do what right for the customer and fix her tire pressure sensors at NO cost!
My wife Kathie had a 2017 enclave, would not start and dead battery. Sent over to sims buick/gmc for repair work as it was still under factory warranty. They replaced the battery twice saying first one was defective and put in a new fuel pump module. While it was there they decicided it needed the a/c system cleaned, again under warranty. We then had to take the car back twice due to the a/c system now did NOT work after they cleaned it! For the icing on the cake, it was time to return the vehical from lease. Kathie called them up to see if we could return it there even tho we leased it from Columbiana buick. They said sure, no problem only takes 5 minutes, no appointment needed. So, we took the car there and they refused to return it, told us you have to take it back where you bought it! It even states right on lease paper work and on buicks website you can take to nearest dealer. Poor and sloppy service work, along with poor customer service. Never again will we darken the door or spend 1 cent with Sims!

Ive bought 3 vehicles from Sims. I have four vehicles that I have maintenance there all the time. I will now be going somewhere else very poor communication through the office and not following customers orders on repairs. I specifically told them change my air condition pump I get back from picking up my truck and they charged me $100 for looking at it and did nothing I told them that it failed and was working at the time I wanted it changed so I did not have to deal with it when it fails again and also so that it wouldnt damage my belt week later after taking it to him pump fails and it cost me for a $65 belt on top of that at the time that I had it in they gave me a price of $960 to fix it I called them back a week later lady at the desk never returned my phone call I called four times then I called back and talk to the manager The manager re quoted it for $300 more than originally quoted. They wanted 1300 dollars. I had another dealer quoted and Im getting it done this week from them for $750. Ive also had multiple times of getting an oil change that they never want to Grease the front end like theyre supposed to. My son had four months to go in his new job to go get a new vehicle we were going to go with Sims we will not now I dont know where these companies went from customers come first. Part was 460 2 hours to do job 800 dollars for labor

We never felt like we were being sold a car. Instead, the sales rep. found out what we wanted and then showed us vehicles that met our need. There was no hard negotiations or let me talk to the manager stuff. Instead, they told us the sticker price and the best price they could give us all at once. It turns out it was much better than edmonds web site suggested we get. First time I ever bought a new car without wondering if I got a good deal.
I had my oil changed they did not put a sticker on there when I needed my oil changed again they always do that I dont know why they didnt do it this time he did not go over my paperwork with me he just had me sign and initial he did not go over anything else on that paper
Got help as soon as i walked in, got the test drive i wanted and all the information i needed immediately, took a bit to be able to sign necessary paperwork but everyone was wonderful, steve walked me thru every thing on the sentra i leased.
We came later in the day on Saturday looking for a New vehicle that we saw on the website. The salesman were very busy that day but we were still treated very timely.

Worst customer service ever. Sales manager David Harries blew me off, sent me home and never once followed up with me on my loan and the vehicle I was interested in. Went to Midway Chevrolet in Orwell the next afternoon and left with a beautiful new 2018 Certified Equinox with 26k miles. Midway went out of their way to make me happy and put me in a better car.
Went in for an airbag recall. Once I picked the vehicle up I noticed the airbag light was still on. Called the dealership and they claimed to first not know that the light was on and then proceeded to say that there was another defective airbag that they didnt replace. Nobody at the dealership communicated that with me until after and then said its gonna be $120 for a diagnosis. Im not even sure that the work I wanted done actually got done. I will never return to this dealership. This is unacceptable!

Was a happy customer. Usually your there about 2 hours for your oil change n tire rotation was there just an hour and was out the door. It was so good i even tipped rhe tech who did my service.
I called and was greeted very nicely. I asked for service was asked if i needed a service said no have a question about my Yukon. Was ask did I buy it at Sims i said no i didnt. Well thats where the nicely went south and here comes the long pause and Miss Attitude comes diving right in. Didnt know I had to deal with only the dealer I bought it from. Guess after that call Ill drive a hour instead of 5 minutes the most.

My Sierra Truck was in Sims Service today for a tire replacement and an oil change.First service was okay however I have a few questions about the cost:First I think the cost of the oil change was correct.Then there was the cost of tire plus mounting.The total bill was $326.70.My concern is; did I get the veteran discount and also I wanted to use my points. The lady said I needed to print out a copy of that so it wasnt deducted. I didnt know I had to do that and dont have a printer.I saw no signs that my interior was protect and safe for me to enter. I was just handed the keys and my truck was somewhere in the parking lot.My tire pressures are all different. The new one is the lowest pressure.I do not feel that there was care, tire & oil change, I guess it was done right.I just didnt get the feel like all the other times.Please help me in this matter.

A man named chris demattio helped us, and completely left us feeling horrible. he profiled my boyfriend immediately, and treated us like kids. he said it would be hard getting paystubs to prove we make what we say we make? when we came prepared with them. he didn’t even run any numbers. said we should change our budget and style car. very ignorant. i was approved for a great car at a pretty high price the next day at another dealership and treated wonderful!

2017 Pathfinder ABS recall -- Scheduled this service to best fit my busy schedule with a driver taking me home in time for a morning meeting then picking me up as scheduled to permit a visit with my granddaughter. Pathfinder low tire pressure warning light came on during the drive to the dealership and their technician checked and filled all tires after the vehicle was washed!

It was fine. I had an oil change. I dont understand why you mail out flyers or brochures stating that we can get an oil change for $49.95 and when I arrive at the garage to show it, I am told I dont need it, that is the standard cost for an oil change. If you are going to send out a flyer or brochure, offer some type of incentive. You are wasting unnecessary paper from a tree. Offer a real incentive.
Got a vehicle in November 2020, didnt see the crack in the front bumper because it was dark when I viewed the vehicle. After getting my car washed by hand several times it was brought to my attention. The dealership says they cant do anything for me. Not a happy customer!
The service was excellent, the service guy in the office was great, he didn’t push anything on me he told me what was wrong and asked if I wanted to have it done, you will get more customers satisfied when you have more people like him, as long as he is there or more service people like him I will definitely be back

The sales guy was very nice. Everyone treated me with respect. They let me take home a new vehicle for a day to test drive while they worked on finance which was nice. I will say that they quoted me a good reasonable price with decent monthly payments before leaving dealership to test drive and when I returned the following day all of a sudden they expected me to come up with more money down and my payments had jumped up several hundreds of dollars so I wasnt very happy. I was going to leave and they stopped me and we went back and forth awhile about payments. My payment still was a bit higher than what I wanted but I guess I will make it work. I also had a trade in that I left at the dealership overnight and when I went to get my stuff out of it it looked like they trashed it. I brought it in somewhat clean and it looked like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in it and there was a huge stain on the passenger seat that wasnt there before. So if I would have left w/o purchasing, my trade in would have been a problem. But I bought the new car and I didnt mention it to anyone while there. But just beware. So my experience was so-so but to be expected from a large dealership I guess? Ive been treated worse though from others. Again the sales team and finance lady were really nice though.
Terrible customer service. Dealt with Harry, Tina, Ken and Ken Jr. No one returned phone calls or text messages or found the vehicle we wanted for over 3 weeks. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Thrilled that we found the exact vehicle we were looking for from a competitor.
Came in to get a grille installed on my 17 Nissan Maxima. Someone backed into my car in a parking lot which their insurance company covered. Prior to starting the service, I reminded Sims the work was through a claim. The insurance company was never contacted. I was charged for THREE whole hours of labor at $100/hr for a grille installation! I was told 1.5 - 2 hours. Im now OVER the claim amount. I was told, youll have to come out of pocket. I did (big mistake) and contacted National General which contacted Sims for verification of the service. Since I already paid theres no reimbursement on the differential of the claim amount. Now IM at a loss. POOR customer service! Failed to contact National General and upped the labor costs 33 - 50%. Sims need to make this right. First and LAST time going there. Less than 2 miles away but Ill be going 40 miles to Marhofer Nissan.

I had to leave my car on a weekend since it needed towed. I called Monday and spoke to a girl in sales and she was so friendly and helpful. They were really swamped in service so she ended up with my call. She took notes and relayed everything to service and checked to make sure the tow guy put my keys in the right spot. Matt called and told me exactly what was wrong and the cost. The part had to be ordered and even with that and being busy my car was still done a day before promised. I cannot say enough about how nice everyone that I talked to over the course of 3 days was. I have always been a Chevy girl...born and raised, but I LOVE my Nissan and Sims. I have been converted for life!
