My experience was absolutely amazing. I walked in not wanting to spend much time looking or driving several cars. Mr. Lowell Ford understood my needs and was able to provide exactly what I was looking for. Spent less than 30 mins discussing details on Saturday and he had all my paperwork completed and car gift wrapped ready to go Monday morning!! Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

I absolutely loved my experience at Prestige Cadillac! Everyone at the dealership was very hospitable and friendly. James Campbell especially, the salesman that helped me, did everything he could and explored every option possible to get me the best deal on my car. I had quite a few hindrances that would make the process difficult for me to get a car anywhere else, but when one door closed, he found a way to open another door by exploring all possibilities. Additionally, he was very friendly and ensured that I was comfortable during what could’ve been a very stressful process. Even after I received my car and still had some questions and information that I needed, he still was very helpful and enthused to help. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Prestige Cadillac and would highly recommend this dealership and James if you’re looking to get a new car!

I just bought a used car from Justin and Pedro and let me tell you what a wonderful experience it was. I have bought used cars from other dealerships and the experience doesn’t match. At other dealerships you are sent to these dungeons they call trailers for the used cars to deal with the used cars salesman and you feel like a second class citizen. This was nothing like what I felt like at Prestige Cadillac with Justin and Pedro. I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with the car and the dealership. I would and will recommend Prestige, Justin and Pedro to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I recently took delivery of a 2021 XT6 and the delivery went very well. Being a GM employee, I wasn’t sure which dealership to use. I went to Prestige since it was across from the Tech center. Henry was very helpful and kept me informed through the process. It did take longer than I expected and he made sure I was comfortable. I will be going back. I recommend them for the full Cadillac experience.

And people say to shop with Black business...this is one of the reasons why you cant...poor business ethics......they do not stand behind their words or their sales associates. I purchased my vehicle with a warranty (so I was led to believe) went in for service only to find out that the sales person made a mistake (he even admitted it) on the paperwork, and I didnt even have a warranty..And instead of them handling it the correct way and standing behind it, they tried to sale me another warranty. I wouldnt recommend this place to even my worst enemy....

By far this is the worst dealership I have ever been to! I have a 2015 Escalade that I have kept in pristine condition with a factor warranty from the time I took ownership of it. I recently started to hear popping noises coming from the steering column whenever I made a turn. It also had a stored trouble code in the vehicle’s module. I work at an auto repair shop so I was able to scan the vehicle and verify the noise and the needed repairs beforehand. The column noise is a commonly known problem for these particular vehicles that General Motors is aware of. Because of the factory warranty I take it to the dealership for warranty work. I decided to go to Prestige Cadillac because of their availability as the dealership I normally visit had a two week wait. Before accepting the appointment date, I was assured they will have a free loaner. When I arrived I encountered a service writer that showed no interest in my concerns. Additionally, I was told they were out of loaners, but suggested I rent a car from Enterprise since they had a contract with them. They also promised to reimbursed me for the rental cost. To my surprise Enterprise had no dealings with them. This resulted in an out-of-pocket cost. The dealership kept my car for six days, before saying they did not find anything wrong anywhere. Yet, I was charged $130.00 for check out fee. They found nothing even though I told them where to look.I scanned the vehicle in the parking lot and found the code in the computer’s memory and the column noise was present just by turning the steering wheel. I tried to reason with the service writer to no avail. I was told “I’m sorry you don’t agree with our diagnosis.” I called and spoke with the manager and he said it was a normal code! I then took the vehicle to Friendly Cadillac on Hall Road and they found and fixed both issues without a problem for a $50 deductible and provided me with a free loaner.

I went to this dealership on 6/9/2021 for the very first time and had one of the most terrible experience with Mr James Campbell. I brought my concerns of what happened to Management but I definitely would not be coming back. Considering I work in Law Enforcement and some things are just unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I will also spread the word to avoid this establishment until something is done with this individual. I would not want anyone to experience what I did, take your money somewhere else so it will be appreciated. I should have never had anyone lean forward and state to me “ It is Our own people that make Our job hard, yet they support the white people with no problems”, nor should I have known of Mr Campbell having a issue with his Boss in his words “speaking to him in a rude manner that he didn’t think was right and stated he was going to have a talk to afterward to get him straight because he was white”, prior to handling me as a customer. Unprofessional on so many levels, oh let me not forget the part where I sat for total of hour and half and Mr Campbell never came to even let me know that he was assisting others or the update of my application. Paperwork was timed stamped at 5:02pm, after we had did the application around 4:15pm Mr Campbell didn’t Address me until 5:30pm. I just brought to his attention everything and how I thought he could have came back and let me know something sooner and he stated what is listed above. Then I asked about the sheet that has my amount of down payment and he refused me access of a hard copy or myself taking a picture of what the document stated. When I asked for him to get a Supervisor to assist further, he stated I could do what I wanted and passed me my application and copy of my identification pages. I went to management at this point. Again, so unprofessional will not return nor should anyone be subjected to this type of behavior.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT bring your car here to be fixed. There service is horrible I had called multiple times and I got hung up on. My car was supposed to be done on 7/8/21, took them until 7/21/21 to complete. My first time turning on the car I already started hearing a horrible sound. My engine light came on Right away. They kept saying it was nothing and just erased it. Once I went home it turned back on. They left my engine parts loose and unscrewed. I am very disappointed in this dealership. I am not worried god is good and I thank him everyday. I would just like to say this Cadillac bodyshop is HORRIBLE and only care about your money not you!! My first and last time stepping a foot anywhere near there.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at an auto dealership. I had heard a about the salesman working with my mother in law, and putting her in her FIRST new car. I went with her the next day to pick up her vehicle and met the Godly man named Henry Flakes, behind the sale. Not only am I amazed by the FAITHFUL treatment we received from Henry. I am also ASTONISHED by the level of treatment his whole team gave us. From management to finance. All the way around GOOD, Faithful, and endearing people. They heard her concerns, they heard what was important to her and gave her everything that was asked. Ive been side sitting as Ill call it, in Auto dealerships since a little girl. Liars and cheaters. Placed an order for a 2021 Cadillac and paid a deposit. Was told by Joe Rossi, the manager it would take 45-60 days to arrive but it ended up taking 4 months. The day it finally arrived I went in to pay for it and pick it up but they had changed their mind about pricing and wanted to charge me $10k over msrp as well as not honor my GM discount. Ended up being $18k OVER our agreed price the day I placed the order, so I walked out. Completely unethical and illegal. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General of Michigan.

Every time I go in to this dealer or call this dealer for service, I constantly get the run around. Every person I have spoken with, on several occasions, has seemed completely ignorant as well as having a bad attitude. This dealer is 3 miles from my house so I have often tried calling for service or gone in with minor issues. EVERY TIME, I leave shaking my head with disgust at the way I have been treated and at the level of stupidity of the workers. They make me feel like I am bothering them to be there. I can’t believe they stay in business.

I came to Prestige looking for a newer used Cadillac Escalade. The first vehicle I looked at was breathtaking. However it was well out of my price range. Instead of trying to sell me a vehicle I couldnt afford, David Narso said, no worries, we will find you another one. That was exactly what ending up happening. I have had the most unpleasant experience. My credit score dropped 70+ points because they forgot to pay my last payment. Mind you it has been 3 months. I kept asking for a receipt and got the run-around. They kept saying it was paid and I that they couldnt issue me a receipt. Still GM Financial stated I needed proof that the funds were issued. I am fed up because I have maintained my credit and now this. Horrible experience. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. So mad!!!

Tried to buy a GMC sierra from here. Test drove it, heard a rattle and check engine light came on instantly. I brought this to our sales lady Pat. And she said it hasnt gone through service yet and would get it looked at. She said shed call me with an update. Never received a call. So i called every other day hoping for an update for 2 weeks. This was 2 months ago and I never got a call yet. I gave up on the truck. Apparently they dont care about making a sale. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership

Every time I come in to get service on my vehicle I’m welcomed at the door and I was offered a loaner for a one day service by Aisha who went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth and my day wasn’t held up sitting and waiting for my car part to be repackaged! Worst experience with Mark J. He locked in a deal with lease and we put a deposit to hold the car. We told him my lease was up in less than a month and the day before my lease was up he LIED and raised the lease to almost $100 MORE. He lied, made a deal and sign papers that we had nothing to worry about and to be patient for the car to be ready. They had to drive the car 3,000 miles before giving me the car which i waited for and they lied about giving my lease for a certain price. We patiently waited and got screwed with no car. I highly recommend DO NOT deal with this dealership. I called and left voicemail to the supervisor and Mark and no answer. When you know you messed up you hide from your mistakes. Please who ever is reading this please take my advice and redirect your sales SOMEWHERE ELSE. VERY DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED.

At first glance, Prestige Cadillac seems great. They offer customer service until they close the sale. I have a 2018 Cadillac barely 6 months old. The wheel house liners are made of a recyclable material composite and its durability is very poor. It seems from snow build up, it started deforming and now is rubbing against my tire. Now whenever I make a turn, my car makes some crazy weird sounds from the liner rubbing against my tire. Any normal customer who just got a brand new luxury vehicle would take it back to dealership expecting this to fall under a warranty claim. The girl at the front tries to tell me I ran over something and I damaged the wheel house liner... really?? Then she gets the service department manager to review it and without hesitation he starts raising his voice like you seriously think we would replace that... I lease a new car almost every year, year and a half. I can confidently say this dealership service is TRASH and I would never recommend anyone to spend money at this place. Go spend your money at a luxury dealership that actually services their customers. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars for the lack of customer respect and appreciation!

I wouldve given more stars except my salesman, Kelvin Tuft, was slow, had no idea what he was doing and borderline rude. We were there three hours and we didnt even get a car! We came back from the test drive and he was no where to be found. Then, when we found him, he kept walking away with no explanation, gone for 15-20 min at a time leaving us sitting in his office.What was he doing???I couldnt even get an estimate on my trade in until I demanded it as I was walking out of the office, then he rudely yelled out a price. I was greeted, with a very courteous employee, that promptly showed me the waiting room, and the many perks that came with it. I was very impressed.I went into the show room, with the intention of leasing a brand new Cadillac, too bad I was totally ignored. One of the sales persons actually turned their head away as I walked by. What a shameful way to treat a prospective customer. I did lease my new caddy, but not from Prestige.

My vehicle was in the collision shop at Prestige Cadillac for 7 weeks. They claimed it was due to a delay in parts. I asked for a loaner after week 4. I was never provided a loaner. There was No follow-up from Management until I called the 4th time. Finally Jordan Jackson called literally yelling into the phone while being Rude and Condescending. All I asked for was transportation until my car was ready. My Cadillac Experience has been Horrible. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I highly don’t appreciate me having my car for 3 months and The check engine light is already on then I take it to the dealership and it’s taking them 4 days to look at my car .. and then they don’t have a loaner and the shady car salesman is supposedly sick Or can’t talk when I call I have a two month old and that’s highly inconvenient I will be having my lawyers look into this place because no way should my check engine light be on after 90 days

I called your dealership asking for customer care Per your instruction and the operator that answered didn’t know who to forward the calm to and hung up on me. I’m disappointed with the service I received from this dealership even though I leased 3 cars (for myself, my wife, and my father) from this dealership in the past 2 years and from the same salesperson Brent who I’m shock how unhelpful he is with me!!! Your dealership made a huge mistake when I traded in my wife’s car for a new car from your dealership. Your dealership (Brent) sent the payoff check for my wife’s car to the wrong financial institution and negatively impacted my wife’s credit. I went back and forth with your dealership, Brent wasn’t supporting so I was dealing directly with Your finance manger Brian. Once we had this resolved, which took over 3 months, I had to fix my wife’s credit. Then, I asked Brent to hook me up with a deal in oil change service for the mess up he caused for me, he pretended that he doesn’t know my story as if Prestige Cadillac makes a lot of mess up like the one they did with mine. I’m shocked that on top of the mess up this dealership did, I m treated this way. So your dealership gave me no other option but to cut off future businesses with your dealership yet all my family are Cadillac drivers. Very disappointed!!!By the way, as I expected, still nobody got in touch with me! So not professional!

Terrible experience trying to order a 2021 Escalade. Rachel never followed up as she said she would. Had to call the sales manager, Jim, to get her to return my calls. When I had enough and decided to order from another dealer, I called Jim to request a deposit refund, which he did not return my call. I called him back and he told me I would “definitely need the receipt” to get a refund, which was after he said “oh that’s the one that was never ordered.” Had to drive to the dealer to get my refund. It’s apparently amateur hour at Prestige Cadillac, absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor if you want a Cadillac, go to any other dealer than Prestige.

We went to Prestige Cadillac, to ck out 2 used cars. We sat with Sandra Kind-Kolc in sales. We were told the cars we came to see were gone. Sandra, suggested I try a 2015 Cadillac SRX, I decided I would give it a try. I drove it & liked it. She brings me to the sales manager Jim Curtis who tells me if I give him an instant offer he would sell it for $12,400. I told him I couldnt make a decision this quick. My husband asked the price & Jim kept saying give me an offer. We left. The next day I called to get a price & Jim tells me that me it would be 13,500, instead of the $12,400 he quoted me yesterday. I told him I wanted to take it to my mechanic and he said he needed a deposit. I gave him my credit card number & I called my mechanic to make an appt for the next morning. I spent most of the day calling my insurance company to find out the cost & also went through the process of getting a loan which took 4 ever. I told Jim we would be there at 9 the next morning 2 pick up the car & take it to my mechanic. As we were approaching the dealership I called Jim to ask if he could get the car ready. He told me he couldnt talk he had customers & that he had not processed my credit card yet because he was busy & abruptly hung up on me. We arrived & went into Jims office & Jim tells me he sold the car for 18k I couldnt believe what I was hearing. We were upset & it got very heated, I told him exactly what I thought of him. It became a screaming match. The whole staff came out of their offices to see what was going on. We were both screaming at each other and he told us to leave and never come back. As I was walking out I made sure everyone in the place heard me say I cant believe he took my credit card number to hold the car, & then sells it 2 someone else. As far as Im concerned it didnt make a difference if he processed my card or not. The screaming continued & as we were walking out the door he told us he would call the police and I said go right ahead. I am in shock over this. How could he be so mean and belligerent & lie so much. He lied since the first time we met him. I tried several times to contact the owner of the dealership, Gregory Jackson, and they wouldn’t put me through to him, I think perhaps they were blocking my calls. On Sat. 1.9.21, my cousin called about the car to see if it was still available & spoke to Kevin, he told her he would check & sure enough the car was still there & available and for sale for $13,900. So again Jim lied. Well on 1.11.21, I tried again to get in touch with Mr. Jackson and the switchboard operator was nosey and I wanted to why I wanted to speak with him, I said it was personal but she just kept asking me over and over & to give details of why I wanted to speak with him & what it was about. I finally told her a bit about why I was calling. I told her if she didn’t put me through I was going to call the BBB and make a complaint. So now she puts me on hold 4 a while, and actually had the nerve to put Jim Curtis on the phone. The very same person I was trying 2 complain about. I was in shock. He screamed and yelled @ me & hung up. He then called me back, screaming & insulting me, calling me names and telling me I was crazy & I must not get along with anyone & he refused to acknowledge anything. I really could not believe what was happening. I tried to reach the owner several times over a period of three days. Since Mr. Gregory Jackson refused 2 take my calls, it’s time to leave a review about the unprofessional way this place does business & how badly I was treated & lied to. Im horrified & outraged. I would never step foot in there again. After filing a complaint with BBB suddenly My Gregory Jackson tried to call me. (Interesting dont you think)

I was employed here for 6 months and this dealership is without a doubt the worst place to work in the tri-county area. If you cant afford to donate your final paycheck to them then dont work here! The owners son Jordon (General Manager) likes to hang onto to final paychecks in hopes that the former employees dont pick them up and he can keep the money. Watch for future reviews because on Friday when theyre still ignoring me in regards to my final paycheck I will be posting a review daily until I get my money! Customers have to wait for refund checks and they have to wait for trade in loans/final lease payments to be paid off late which shows up on their credit report also. When I left there were at least 4 former employees waiting on their final paychecks..I will be 5 come Friday

Last Wednesday was my second time visiting the dealership and the entire staff is always extremely warm and courteous. I made an appointment with my Cadillac app and ended up being a bit late for it. They quickly took me in and had me put in record time with a complimentary vacuum and car wash. I feel like they always take good care of me when it go. Last time I had a nail in my tire and they patched it for $20 or so and had me out of there. I appreciate great customer service and honesty and that’s what I feel like I always get.
