I guess they fell off the face of the planet. I lost an opportunity to buy a vehicle because I couldnt get ahold of anyone. I decided to cancel or not renew my membership. I called and finally talked to Shiva about a refund of my deposit. Its been months, COVID is over and nothing but crickets.

I am not sure why there are all the bad reviews for them. I personally did not have any issue with the company. Shiva was nice enough to walk me through how it worked and even gave me a total and that is what was in the invoice when i received. I was even refunded the deposit once we were done with all the paperwork in time. Thanks again. Will be looking for more purchases through you.

I was in a hurry when I reached out to All Team Auto & must say that I did not read any of these reviews before working with this company and if I had, I definitely would not have chosen them. However, I worked directly with Shiva and my experience was the complete opposite of all the complaints. I called and he spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me to explain the entire process and answer ALL of my questions. Each time I called, I spoke with Shiva and he made the process very easy. Additionally, my deposit refund was processed the same day I called to request. Hopefully, they are on an upward trend and people moving forward will have a better experience.

This is the second time I deal with Cheva at all team auto. First transaction I paid $900 deposit for a vehicle and lost the bid. Called cheva and he promptly refunded $800, per our agreement. If I sign up with them its $200 and no additional bidding fees or $100 per vehicle.Second transaction I placed a deposit of $1400 and won the bid. I called Cheva back and he promptly refunded $1300 and congratulated me on the winning bid.Both interactions Cheva has been courteous, diligent, and above all very professional with a sincere passion to garner my business. He offered to help me with transportation and is very knowledgeable.Ill definitely use them again.

They are listed on IAA as brokers / robbers ....well we are in the talks about this so called broker / robbers which they say that your deposit is refundable. Its called stealing, many phone calls many emails of proof which I already posted up on few other automotie sites. Ive used a few brokers & this place is the worst, they make you wait for improperly signed titles over a month . I dont know why IAA is still listing them as brokers but soon they will be booted off that list if i get enough signatures & people to convince iaa of their poor business conduct. Not replying emails no matter who you email in the company, no returing calls & stealing customers deposits is not good business. stay away from these people everyone they are liars & just want to scam you out of your money. Now they took away customers power to bid accordingly & new policy is to contact them if you want to bid on a car 1st but the middle man is the main issue how can you trust All Team Auto thats already stealing from you & others, how can you trust that a bid will go through when you wanted it to go through asap on the spur of the moment or wash your hands of the entire car deal at any given time, but instead one has to call in & or wait on them to do so for you :/ goodluck with that new policy. Beware everyone doing business with them. The main guy lies so much saying I will call you back its been almost a month & still he acts like he dont know me or my buyers number or how to refund my security deposit into my pay pal account. Since 2014 we had many issues, improperly signed titles, wait over a month late for title was to much, just to name a few . This new bidding policy they have now where you must call in to bid & let them know how much are you willing to spend is too much for me. I want out of this scam. Also by reading everyones feedback / reviews abouth this business Id rather use another broker period . As of this day still 5-24-2019 they stole money from me, my security deposit, lie after lie . All this negative input from many customers will catch up with All Team Auto cause the automotive world is all so small. I will see another IAA boss soon in person about this business on the broker list which should be removed immediately . Beware of this business that steals money from customers . Keep away from them I get an account for iaai trough allteamauto everything it was good till now that I’m requesting a refund of the deposits that i made to be able to bid in iaai it’s been one month and they just refund me $400 I’m still waiting on $3200 I lost my job and I need the money and they just don’t sent it someone knows what I can do to get my money back
