Sims does a great job, from the car buying experience to the service department. Their prices are very fair, in the service department and they perform a very thorough inspection of the car Everytime you bring it in for service. The inspection sheet is color coded, for example when your brake pads become worn, the service technician will mark them either yellow or red, depending on how worn they are.I went there, in February, on a chance. I originally wanted to go to Cole Valley Chevrolet, in Newton Falls, to get a 1sr Gen Cruze. The friend that was with me, suggested we try Sims instead. I am so glad we did. The sales rep, Chris, listened to the information I gave him about my driving habits and where I hoped I could be on payment per month. Chris pulled out a paper with a list of cars and looked through it for a few moments, before he asked me, Well, how do you feel about the 2.5L engine?I said I really didnt know and asked him what he had in mind. He said he had a 2015 Malibu LT, and as he went to get the keys, my buddy pulled the specs of the car up on his phone. I took it for a test drive, and headed back to the dealership. Chris asked me how much I could put as a down payment, and then proceeded to crunch the numbers. Once he had an estimate of my payment, he showed me the amount for a 5-year or 6-year loan, and it was right where I wanted to be on payment.Overall, I feel that Chris did an excellent job, and not once did he try to take advantage of my situation. I was without a car, and needed just about anything. He could have sold me a lemon, and I probably would have bought it. But, he didnt. He knew where the car had been built and knew the engine was known to be very reliable.Sims gained a customer, that day, and I got a great car that I love to drive.

A man named Chris demattio i believe helped us, and if i could give zero stars i would. He completely profiled my boyfriend, and treated us like little kids since we walked in. He made ignorant comments about us being able to provide our income, and if we really made what we said we did. He took another business call infront of us and said it looked like we would have a hard time getting paystubs lol. very ignorant, didn’t even take any numbers from us to help get us approved. we went somewhere else the next day and got approved for a very nice car, at a great rate no problems. very rude, unprofessional and will never be returning or putting in a good word.
