Was there last night. Two pharmacists or pharmacists techs were behind window. Not one person in front of me. Not one person behind me. Not one person in drive thru. Not either one of those two acknowledged my presence. If ur busy it doesn’t take much to look up at a customer and say we will be right with you. I’m going to have to change pharmacies now. No this isn’t the first time it happens quite often and usually with at least the same person. Please fix this with some education etiquette of some sort.Thank you

MY FIRST REVIEW WAS REMOVED!!!! I went to get my 2nd Covid shot and the pharmacist was administering shots in the waiting area. When I told him it was against HIPPA he said thats how they have always done vaccines. I then replied not it isnt, as I got my first vaccine there and they put me in the patient room to do it. He also was not monitoring patients after their shots and told the two people before me they could leave right after I watched them get their vaccine. The whole situation made me uncomfortable. He also did not wear gloves or a mask. When I mentioned HIPPA he said he could do it in the patient room.

BEST RITE AID EVER!!!!! Actually, best drugstore ever! Store is AWESOME! It has everything I could ever want 👍. The people who work thee are AMAZING! So nice, friendly, helpful, personal and HELPFUL 💖. Every employee, from the front of th3 store to the pharmacy, are exceptional ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is a joy to go to the Rite Aid, no matter if I am buying candy, make up, cards, pop, snacks, etc. or if I am picking up my prescriptions. Thank you Rite Aid for making me feel like you really care about me 😍👍💕

This was previously an exemplary location enforcing COVID-SAFE practices. I went out of my way to go there today because of my last visit. I walked, saw unmasked customers, and turned around and walked out. When I called from the parking lot to inquire as to whether they have stopped enforcing masks, the clerk fed me a line about how there were no customers inside without a mask...then she tried to tell me there were three without a mask, but she just waited on them, they bought cigarettes, and theyre gone now. Then she proceeded to tell me that I could go all the way to the pharmacy in the back to be waited on if I didnt want to be around unmasked customers.

Went in to Rite Aid to get a Tetanus shot today. Jennifer was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She had answered all my questions and put me at ease during my visit.I would recommend this location for your prescription refill and immunizations for Flu, Pneumonia and Tetanus.I was pleasantly surprised. Good job!

Rude, stopped in to get a card decided to but a lighter. They wanted I.D. I look forty, Im 30 and had to go to my car to get my I.D. looks like Im going somewhere else. Last was rude.

Staff Is OK sorry set up can be confusing. Quick stop for childrens medicine.

Same hours 7 days a week! Layout was done by a university grad at the corporate level so nothing makes sense.
