You can find really nice wigs and hair weave you cannot find elsewhere. Well organized. They have a nice clothing section and purse section. They get busy but checkout is fast.

The store is not in my neighborhood but worth traveling for. Occasionally, I will come to this store, the variety of items is remarkable. New and upcoming hair options is what Im searching for. Rows and rows of beauty products, clothes for men and women, purses, jewelry, And more. I havent been thru the whole store but now Ive got something to go back for!!!

I went in to get a wig and I was so surprised! The have a huge selection and variety of Nice wigs. I bought the bob wig and got a lot of good compliments. 😊

As far as beauty supply stores go, I Love this place! They have everything! Well stocked. So much to look at. Great selections. From clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, makeup and endless hair products. They even have things I couldnt find elsewhere! My little girl spends most of her allowance here as well!! Lol

Do Not have your eyebrows done here they have no idea what they are doing. I asked for waxing and tinting. The lady used a razor shaved then off then drew dashes on my face! It took an hour for what I normally get done in 15 minutes. Please consider hiring people with experience.

This place sucks!!! Service is horrible!! They price gauge on products. Huge inventory on almost everything you can think of. In fact. Its actually a bit overwhelming. Staff isnt nice or helpful. Wont be returning.

I wont go anywhere, love it is an understatement. All new equipment, flat screens wall to wall. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi all for a low monthly fee. Why go anywhere else oh and the juice bar with health drinks and protein

First time here and I won’t be back. They are not respectful or polite at all. They didn’t speak and didn’t say thank you after I paid for my stuff. I ask one of the employee’s for help and he just said it’s behind the counter. Everything I need was behind the counter but when I got there it wasn’t. I like to shop and spend my money where I’m respected and appreciated. I will not be back

Big selection of wigs, hair and hair products. They even sell clothes, purses and accessories. They also have a loyalty card that builds points and rewards you on your purchase after necessary amount of points is reached. Worth a visit.

Horrible experience!!!! My sister and my friend both got there eye lashes done for the first time and it was a horrible! My friend immediately took hers off because they became itchy in bothersome. My sister kept hers on for the remaining of the day, by midnight her eyes were swollen shut. She took Benadryl to help but that did not work at all! Her eyes are swollen and huge as of right now!! Shes been in the hospital all morning. I don’t know what is used while putting on eyelashes at the end. It wasn’t the regular glue it was something they put on at the end that caused the reaction. I hope they will start looking more into less irritating things instead of trying to make a quick buck. It could’ve made her go blind, there was no communication of what was being used while the process was being done.

I stopped going to this location because the customer service was horrible. Today I was in a pinch and had too stop. The customer service was great! I told the African American young lady what I was in need of and she showed me several different products, explained the difference and we narrowed it down. She was extremely helpful. With this experience, Ill definitely shop there again.

Came almost 20 miles arrived at 8:51 pm and the doors were already shut but the doors say that they close at 9pm. Lady looked at me and kept walking. I Will be not returning here to do business. I came extremely too far for this to have happened. I was 1 of the first people to come to this beauty supply and have since moved and came all this way just to get turned around because someone wanted to go home 9 minutes early. BAD BUSINESS

I loved the wigs I purchased there. Security guy upon entering gave warm greetings and the ladies in the wigs area were very helpful although I couldnt try wigs on but it was understandable they worked out fine beautiful wigs I love them

Please add this store to the list of business owners who are using COVID to take advantage of customers. Try ons are not allowed. You are given only 7 days to return items, even after a holiday weekend. The store closes at 7 PM. If you are employed, good luck getting there on time. I will never return.

A fun, huge, amazing place to shop for many things. Made me so happy when a lady that worked there danced with us. Counter girl was happy and smiling, and staff was really helpful finding things. ☺

I wanna give this place 5 stars so bad. It is literally a candy store for people like me who love beauty supply stores. But unfortunately I bought some stuff that didnt ring up on sale (it was). So I had to drive back after checking my receipt. I thought we settled everything and I left again (I was in a rush) only to realize I got shorted again.Saying that to say check your receipt and make sure everything adds up. Im sure it was all just a misunderstanding.

Great selection of products— but this is where it ends. If you desire friendly interaction from the staff or need a question answered, don’t bother. Also, beware of the expired products from high end brands. I bought a large tub Mizani relaxer and it wasn’t any good. And of course there’s a no return policy.

They have hands down the worst customer service. If they didn’t have a store full of stuff they’ll probably be struggling.

Greeter at the front was super rude when he asked me to use the hand sanitizer before entering, which I have no problem with. But just nicely remind people. You dont need to have an attitude. And secondly, they pretty much ONLY carry products for natural hair. Little to no products for non-textured hair. Wont waste my time here again.

Im going to have to take my stars down to 3 and it was at a 5 for the thinner chinese lady who was so rude to my Sister a (Minister) whom I sent there and she stood waiting several minutes waiting to ask a question as the lady was talking to the security guard. The lady turned back to my Sister and my Sister said to her, I just want to ask a question! She rudely told her ....Im not finished talking yet, she meant talking to the security guard! You should watch your attitude, you never know whos stepping into your store to spend money consistently. No she doesnt need weave hair, but the offer you would have received would have been very accommodating. Youve lost my, my family and my friends business. Course Im sure you dont care as long as other people need weave, Youre good! But karma has its way of coming back, were living in times where we need to respect one another and appreciate life!

Used to be my favorite beauty supply, but the Asian female employees always have an attitude, they never want to provide assistance, they only want us to come, shop, leave. Regardless to what the question is they’re always grouchy and talking smart, telling you what they aren’t and don’t do: I never have an issue getting assistance from a guy or any of the black females. They give you discount cards for points but never want to look up accounts, they’re always looking at you as if you’re bothering them, and I’m over spending my money at this location.

The best part is that most everything is available without needing assistance. Bonus: the clothing and costume jewelry department is outstanding! All they need is groceries and it would be a one-stop shop. Ill surely be visiting again soon.

I will not be visiting this beauty supply anymore. I had been to this location over a dozen times since they first opened! The last 2 visits in late October 2020 and early January 2021 was horrible! They have changed alot and I dont appreciate being followed around the store like Im going to steal. This stores customer service is trash!

Rude staff and watchful behavior as if one is stealing..not returning. Sad that they treat people that way but you can tell that it’s what’s expected by management. Second time coming but this suburban beauty will not return with my hard earned money! Learning customer service is very important to establish and maintain customers. Two visits here and won’t be returning nor do I recommend this place. Sorry but the poorcustomer treatment is over the top with more concern of profiling and being rude.

I am a frequent customer & usually the staff is very helpful. When I purchase certain items the staff brings the items up to the counter which is fine I guess its for security reasons. But yesterday one particular associate took one of my items to the back for inventory but she changed the sticker price 😒. It was only a few dollars more but its the principle. Dont try to switch the sticker right before I purchase it. So obviously I purchased the other item she didnt change (only because I really needed it). I may have to find another store
