Go to any other Walgreens or pharmacy than this. Extremely poor customer service. I pick up prescriptions for my mother and they always have a partial order ready. I always have to make TWO trips to this location the same day!!

Attempted to use the drive through on a Tuesday night at 8pm. Waited behind a vehicle for over 20 minutes. I had to leave as the transaction was taking too long. Drive through should be for quick stuff only. Insurance issues, prescription not filled yet anything over 10 minutes, the customer should be asked to pull to the side and wait.

Set up an appointment to get my second vaccination. Appointment was at 10:45. I showed up 15 minutes early as suggested and there was a big line at the pharmacy (not a big deal) so I got in line. There were two older women who walked in at 11 and complaining that they both had an appointment at 11 and it was ridiculous they had to wait in line with the rest of us. I was there for over an hour just to have these old cranks somehow cut in front of not only myself but also another customer that was patiently waiting behind me in place of getting vaccinated. Completely disregarded the appointments and poorly managed. I will never spend another dime at a Walgreens. Ever. Also, if anyone was wondering, Rite-Aid takes walk-ins for vaccinations, was much more professional and there was hardly a line.

There is a fed ex hub here back at the photo counter, I had an express package needing to be overnight aired to a lab, after hearing nothing from the lab 2 weeks later I contacted them (I never even got a receipt with a tracking number) the lab was able to track it and confirmed my suspicions, it never even got sent out… label created and never made it out of the store. My complaint is how can the employees not see a package there in their system or physically see it around the counter area or wherever they store packages for delivery? Very incompetent at the least.

I met this lady name NICOLE at the pharmacy she was very professional and well behaved .My entire family appreciate her service .

This Walgreens at 13 and Hoover is the Best. My whole family received there Covid Shot from Mohammad and his Assistant Nicole. My father loved going there for his prescription and also for the deals. Mohammad and Nicole have known my family for over 15 years. My kids our Grown and know they go there. This is the only DrugstoreMy family and I go to. First Class Service all the way around. I recommend this store and Pharmacy to anyone. And as for as waiting in line, I rather wait in line for good service than go someone and not be happy. Simply the Best! Maria

The five star is for LaToya! She was fast and helping customers at drive through pharmacy as well as at the counter. She was kind, informative, knowledgeable and cared about her customers! I haven’t seen this level of customer service in a long time! She even found a mistake another employee made on a label (prescription) (they were very busy), and assisted the employee in a kind and efficient way without making him look bad!I’ve worked in customer service for years. She encouraged me to be a better employee and server. Thank you, LaToya! I hope you are appreciated and valued at your job!

It was clean and had what I wanted I got in and I got out quickly.

I have been waiting well over an hour now to get my second vaccine. The first go around was about a 45 minute wait. Why do we bother making appointments. Go somewhere else.

Worst place ever for customer service, prescription refills. Over a year now something is always wrong. I am now without heart pills again. I called they said ready for PICKUP. 1hour 12 minutes waiting in line and got the wrong meds AGAIN. My insurance doesnt give me choices of pharmacy.I hope i dont have a heart /attack fbeore i go back and try again to get my right meds tomorrow

The pharmacist personally judge me because I don’t stay near the pharmacy and I’m younger he didn’t fill my prescription and I’m in so much pain he called my doctor also and still didn’t fill it based off his personal judgment .

Mohammed is the best pharmacist weve ever had. Mike rocks too. Nichole and all the rest are the best!

Pharmacy drive up and walk up always takes forever! CVS has much better customer service then them too and super fast too bad my insurance only takes Walgreens for now

Do not order photos from this store! It’s been two months and I have Still not received them! Customer service is no help as they just want you to repurchase phots you already purchased. Photo department is clueless on orders. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Ordered photos here and forgot to pick them up. When they called to remind me I was eager to go get them until the lady started to scold me about how she is going to throw them away blah blah blah. Seriously, you think Im gonna come pay you anything after that? Nope, just made a nice walmart order for the same thing and went their while I got the groceries. Good job girl!

The Pharmacist is rude, treats you like a drug addict and is very intrusive. Worst experience ever

I would imagine the store side in operation its probably just fine and like any other Walgreens. However the pharmacy can never get anything right, if they give you an estimated time for example, 10-15 minutes, expect to be there for no less than 30 minutes. I specifically expressed directly to the pharmacist himself that I needed to pick up my son from school at 3 o clock, it was 1:50 p.m. and he says I will have it ready 45 minutes to 1 hour no later. I sit down in the waiting chairs get comfy on my laptop and at 2:45pm I got in line and was speaking to someone by 2:50pm and they had one of my five prescriptions filled, and there was even something wrong with that. Every time I come here even if I call ahead to try to have it filled hours ahead of time when I get here they start working on it then. Ive just never had such poor service at a pharmacy.

This is one of the most friendly Walgreens ever, the cashiers up front are.....and the pharmacists are exceptionally friendly and so very caring, they will call you and let you know that you need A refill or to see how the medicine is helping you . THE PHARMACISTS AND HIS STAFF ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TO ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS! Thank you from the Boyer, Demecs and King family! We highly recommend this location!

Clean, well-stocked store with very nice cashiers and pharmacy technicians. There are drugstores seemingly on every corner these days, but I prefer this one.

This place seems to be chronically understaffed. Expect your prescription to be ready hours after your original estimated time, and to stand in line for 20 or 30 minutes when you get there.Tried filling a medication for my pet here. A normal human medication, just prescribed for an animal. The pharmacist had no idea how to input it in the computer, then I was told goodrx coupons were not able to be used for animal medications. Spoke with goodrx and it turns out the pharmacist either didn’t know how to, or didn’t feel like inputting the information, so I spent twice as much on the medication.If you want a quality pharmacy, go to the Meijer on Mound.

Pharmacy and other staff are very friendly and helpful. I prefer this pharmacy despite their hours.
